对近25年来中外体育概念研究的比较

本文对中外近25年体育概念的研究进行了回顾与比较,将中外体育概念研究分为3个阶段.在不同的研究阶段,先后确立了体育是教育的组成部分,体育是文化的组成部分,人的发展与社会需要在体育中具有高度的一致性,从中发现体育的内涵不断扩大,人,成为体育概念研究的主体.值得借鉴的是,国外在对体育概念进行研究时,非常注重历史继承性和批判性,界定研究范围,具体情况具体对待,同时注意玩、游戏、娱乐、体育、竞技、运动和工作等之间的相互关系.     

论国民党乡村整合举措失败的经济原因--浙江二五减租的个案分析

大革命失败后,随着浙江省地方财政危机局面的不断加重,地方政权的扩张与推行“二五减租”之间的矛盾日益突出,而这种矛盾的冲突和斗争,不仅严重阻碍浙江“二五减租”的进程,甚至对国民党众多整合乡村计划的推行,也带来了意想不到的严重后果。

The effectiveness of subsidies revisited: Accounting for wage and employment effects in business R&D

The present paper investigates the effectiveness of public subsidies on business enterprise research in a panel of OECD countries. We contribute to the literature by explicitly distinguishing between the effects of a subsidy on R&D employment and expenditure, thereby accounting for a potential increase in scientists’ wages. We employ instrumental variable regressions to address endogeneity problems of the subsidization. The results indicate that subsidies are effective in generating additional research expenditure. Expenditure for business research increases by roughly 20% more than employment. We take this as evidence that subsidies may raise scientists’ wages given standard production functions.

敦煌石窟中书写藏汉文字的T形榜子颇具时代特征,榆林窟第25窟八大菩萨曼荼罗造像中的T形榜子更具研究价值,有三个方面的问题需作研究:1.为什么榆林第25窟T形榜子仅出现在八大菩萨曼荼罗造像中?2.为什么该T形榜子中未写藏文?3.为什么主尊T形榜子中汉文题名清净法身卢舍那佛,而与主尊本身的大日如来形象不合?     

Do education and income affect support for democracy in Muslim countries? Evidence from the Pew Global Attitudes Project

Using micro-level public opinion data from the Pew Global Attitudes Project 2005, this study investigates the effect of educational attainment and income on support for democracy in five predominantly Muslim countries: Indonesia, Jordan, Lebanon, Pakistan, and Turkey. Holding all else constant and compared to not finishing primary education, this study finds that secondary education and higher education encourage support for democracy in Jordan, Lebanon and Pakistan. The results therefore suggest that support for democracy is a social benefit of education in Jordan, Lebanon, and Pakistan. Regarding income, the results indicate that relative to the poor, those belonging to middle-income groups are more supportive of democracy in Lebanon and Turkey. Curiously, there is no statistical relationship between belonging to the richest groups and supporting democracy.

Political aspects of innovation

“Political aspects” that enhance, but also undermine, the positive transformational power of public innovation policies are examined. As such, this paper follows Micha? Kalecki in his 1943 paper that identifies the “political aspects” which enhance and undermine the positive transformational power of Keynesian full employment policies. Similarly, this paper provides a policy framework that identifies what government and business support as innovation policies. The role of innovation stems from Schumpeter's long-run perspective, but incorporates the more dynamic cyclical short-term and trend perspectives of Kalecki. This paper critiques the strategy of public innovation policy in general and derives policy implications.     

第25届世界大学生运动会中国男篮进攻能力的比较研究

采用文献资料、专家访谈、数理统计等研究方法,对第25届世界大学生运动会中国男篮进攻能力进行比较研究。分析结果表明：中国男篮最高身高和世界强队最高身高相比有一定优势;个人防守能力和全队防守能力与八强队伍相比还存在较大的差距;投篮总次数和总得分明显低于对手;在利用对方失误得分、二次进攻得分、阵地战得分方面均低于八强;而在利用快攻得分的环节上具有较大的优势。
