??The origin of the sytem of deposit copy and its development are reviewed and the controversies over the public lending right are discussed. The proper opinions on the system of deposit copy and the public lending right are stated from the viewpoint of law and socialogy. The problems relating to these two aspects are discussed according to the concrete conditons in China.     

图书开架阅览室借阅规律的研究

<正> 目前,设图书开架阅览室虽然作为成功的经验得到广泛推广,但借阅基本规律的研究还几乎是空白。本文以我馆的图书开架阅览室为例,统计分析了读者的借阅行为和规律。统计时域是1990年3月1日至7月10日(一个学期)。我院是理工科普通高等学校。设采矿系、冶金系、机械工程系、自动化系、土木建筑工程系、化学工程系、工业管理系和基础课部。学生2,829人。除工业管理系学制二年外,其余均四年。我馆图书开架阅览室中文图书18,000种,无复本。每周开放72小时。48个阅览座位。读者凭身份证入库选书,办理借阅手续后,在室内阅读。
