黄河水质自动监测站技术达国际先进水平

中国水利网报道8月16日，由中国水利部国科司组织的“国家‘948’计划项目”——黄河“水质自动监测站技术及设备引进”成果验收暨鉴定会在郑州召开。水利部国科司司长高波主持会议，中国工程院院士王文兴、魏复盛以及14名国内知名的水资源

全新在线滴定技术的研究与应用

A new on-line titration method and device based on a new technique-continuous flow titration is described.By the means of electronically controlled switching of a solenoid valve,the main component of the system,the equivalent point of the titration is easily determined.Several kinds of mixing tools were examined.whereby a self-made mixing chamer with minimum volume gave best results and was therefore used in the dveice,The error of the titration is within 0.2% and the relative standard deviation(RSD) is below 1.2%,The results show no difference compared with a commercial device,meanwhile the new on-line titration system is cheaper and fully automated and thus easy to hand and less slovent consumption.     

化学需氧量快速测定方法的研究

用银盐和铬（Ⅲ）试剂代替汞盐作为消除氯离子干扰的抑制剂，可以减少示盐对环境的污染；用硫磷混酸体系提高氧化剂的氧化能力，可以使回流时间由2小时缩短到10分钟，用此方法对生活污水进行分析，与标准方法相吻合，充分体现了无汞、快速的特点。     

Application of Artificial Neural Network in the Research of the Bohai Bay Eutrophication

In order to research the feasibility of artificial neural network (ANN) in the research of eutrophication of the Bohai Bay in China, an ANN model simulating chlorophyll a, b and c concentrations, concerning temperature, dissolved oxygen, salinity, pH value, chemical oxygen demand (COD), PO43-, NO2-and NO3-factors in the Bohai Bay was presented and validated. After experiencing and training by Matlab, the model′s validation mean square error (MSE) performance is 0.009 985 02. R-squared between estimated and observed concentrations of chlorophyll a, b and c are 0.965 7, 0.998 7 and 0.970 7 respectively, indicating that the estimated value agrees with the observed value well, and the model can be used in the prediction of eutrophication of the Bohai Sea. In order to study the influence of model input factors on chlorophyll concentration (i.e. model outputs), hypothetical scenarios were introduced to show model output responses to variations in input factors. The limitation of temperature, salinity and phosphate that induce red tide in the Bohai Bay was also presented.

建筑给水二次污染的探讨

探讨了建筑给水系统在设计、施工、管理等各个环节产生二次污染的原因及严重性，提出采用优质管材和新型内防腐涂料，控制贮水池和水箱的水质污染等防止水质污染的技术措施，推荐使用虹吸、隔墙、接通气管等较优的设计方法保证生活系统和消防系统共用贮水池时的水质。     

长征路上红军将士猝死之谜

1936年10月15日黄昏，夕阳西坠，残阳似血。位于六盘山下环县一个叫耿湾的小镇上，走来一队经过长途跋涉而非常疲惫的红军。战士们褴褛的衣衫和满面的征尘，使整个队伍笼罩在一种悲壮的气氛之中。看天色将晚，指挥员一声令下，三个营的红军队伍决定夜宿耿湾镇。将士们准备美美地睡上一觉，而后再向这次长征的终点一一陕北根据地进发。毕竟，他们已经来到了陕甘边界，根据地已经遥遥在望了。然而，随着第二天清晨嘹亮的军号声Ⅱ向过之后，一个令人震惊的惨痛消息不胫而走，夜宿耿湾的300多名红军将士在夜里突然死去。他们身上既没有受伤的痕迹，脸上也不带任何痛苦的表情。经过了千万里转战和无数次枪林弹雨的300多名红军将士，就在即将到达根据地的前夕，不明不白地在耿湾镇魂归天国。     

贾鲁河水质的变化规律研究

通过对贾鲁河水质化学需氧量(COD)、生化需氧量(BOD)、氨氮、电导率、pH值以及高锰酸盐指数6个参数的的监测和研究,总结了贾鲁河水质近三年的变化规律,为贾鲁河水污染的治理提供了依据.     

用秩相关系数法分析沙溪河沙县段水质变化

以沙溪河县段主要污染无SS、DO、COD5、BOD5、NH3-N、NO2-N、NO3-N、挥发C4H5—OH、总硬度为参评因子采用Daniel的趋势实验，分析沙溪河县段近7年各期水质的变化趋势、结果表明除总硬度外其它主要污染物均有不同趋势的下降。
