改革开放以来外资检验检测认证机构在华发展历程研究

为系统深入研究改革开放以来外资检验检测认证机构(TIC)在华发展状况,以14家典型外资TIC机构为研究对象,将外资TIC机构在华发展历程分为探索、培育、快速发展、高质量发展4个阶段。研究发现,不同阶段外商投资政策与行业监管政策的调整直接影响到外资TIC机构在华发展战略、经营策略、业务方向、成长速度等;外资TIC机构在华发展的主要经验包括全国布局分支机构、多元业务统筹经营、开展并购抢占市场、紧贴中国市场需求、积极进军新兴领域、参与社会公益事业。基于研究发现,提出继续深化改革、强化科学监管和扶持民营机构等启示对策,以期为推进国有与民营TIC机构做大做强做优以及中国外资TIC机构监管体制机制改革提供参考借鉴。     

Preparing for New Degree Plans: Finding the Essential Journal Titles in an Interdisciplinary World

The creation of new degrees at an academic institution often requires additional library resources to provide adequate support. Identifying the needed library materials can be especially difficult for interdisciplinary programs. The process of serials analysis undertaken for new interdisciplinary degrees at the University of Texas at Dallas was explained in this session. The presenter also discussed results and the need for ongoing analysis of serials collections used for academic programs.     

北京高校男篮运动员身体训练水平有效因素的研究

在现代运动训练理论中，探索运动员训练水平的有效因素是一个重要的课题。本文对北京高校男篮运动员的各项身体素质进行研究，筛选出影响运动训练水平的有效因子和简便易操作的检查性项目，为教练员更好地控制训练过程提供科学依据。     

Graduate learning outcomes in science: variation in perceptions of single- and dual-degree students

The development of transferrable skillsets, articulated in statements of graduate learning outcomes, is emphasised in undergraduate science degree programmes. Science students enrolled in dual (double) degrees comprise a significant minority of Australian science undergraduates. Research comparing perceptions of single and dual degree students on their science learning outcomes has rarely been explored. The Science Students Skills Inventory was used to compare the perceptions of single (n = 640) and dual (n = 266) degree undergraduate science students. The instrument explored science graduate learning outcomes across six indicators: importance; the extent to which outcomes were included; the extent to which they were assessed; improvement; confidence; and likely future use. Analysis of findings, employing the planned–enacted–experienced curricula framework, offers insight into potential avenues towards coherence of the experienced curriculum by arguing the need for shared perceptions of graduate learning outcomes for single and dual degree science students. The key contribution of this study is a shift towards progressive curriculum development that draws on both single and dual degree student perspectives to achieve graduate learning outcomes. Recommendations include: whole-of-programmes curricular pathways premised on progressive development of learning outcomes that are inclusive of dual degree students, explicit interdisciplinary learning opportunities, and adoption of dual/single status as a demographic variable reported in future research.     

论我国知识产权海关保护出口检查制度

由于特定的历史背景,我国知识产权海关保护出口检查制度的立法缺乏实践的积累,并且未有顾及我国经济和利技发展的现实,甚至超越了“世界水平”。立足于我国国情,从最大限度保护权利人利益与维护社会公众利益、保护知识产权与促进国际贸易自由流通两个方面达到平衡来考虑,我国应当在《知识产权海关保护条例》的修改中重点考虑取消现行的出口检查制度。

文章从单色光强的计算出发,探讨了光源的线度对干涉条纹可见度的影响。并以杨氏双缝干涉为例做定量分析,计算出了光源的临界宽度。     

A hybrid point cloud alignment method combining particle swarm optimization and iterative closest point method

3D quality inspection is widely applied in many industrial fields including mould design, automotive and blade manufacturing, etc. A commonly used method is to obtain the point cloud of the inspected object and make a comparison between the point cloud and the corresponding CAD model or template. Thus, it is important to align the point cloud with the template first and foremost. Moreover, for the purpose of automatization of quality inspection, this alignment process is expected to be completed without manual interference. In this paper, we propose to combine the particle swarm optimization （PSO） with iterative closest point （ICP） algorithm to achieve the automated point cloud alignment. The combination of the two algorithms can achieve a balance between the alignment speed and accuracy, and avoid the local optimal caused by bad initial position of the point cloud.

汽车检测与维修技术专业是高职院校开设较多的专业,每年培养大量毕业生,但国内高技能维修人才仍有很大缺口,造成这种现象的重要原因之一是毕业生换行转业频繁.通过对南通地区汽车维修行业调研,分析学校培养和企业所需学生素质之间的差异,探究问题产生的深层次原因,提出基于卓越技师培养计划的汽检专业培养模式,强调学生职业素质和职业技能的双培养.
