基于CAS理论的有限理性项目经济评价研究

从复杂适应系统理论视角,应用CAS理论重新客观全面地描述了投资项目经济评价系统,建立了有限理性项目经济评价模型。有限理性项目经济评价模型将项目信息划分为三类,即确定性信息、风险信息和不确定信息,并从这三个信息维度综合评价投资项目,对传统经济评价方法作了探索和改进。     

Internet复杂性探讨

复杂科学的研究是当代科学研究的重要领域,尤其是复杂适应系统的研究更为人们所关注。本文首先论述了复杂系统的几个重要特征：开放性、复杂性、层次性及复杂适应系统的七个基本点,然后从其中的几个方面探讨了internet所呈现出的复杂适应系统特征;从而说明了internet是一个复杂适应系统。该系统所呈现的特征将为进一步研究其他复杂适应系统提供理论依据。

在简单介绍CAS理论的基本思想和特点的基础上，阐述了该理论对图书馆信息服务工作的启示。重点对如何将CAS理论应用到图书馆信息服务工作中去的创新思路和创新原则进行了积极、有益的研究探讨。     

中国科学院优博论文奖获得者培养环境及其学术成长分析——以中国科学技术大学为例

优秀博士论文奖获得者培养过程中的内外部环境对其成长发挥着关键作用。本文以中国科学技术大学2004年至2010年间62位中国科学院优博论文奖获得者为例,对其培养环境和学术成长进行分析,并在此基础上就科研拔尖创新人才培养提出一些具体措施。     

无线Ad Hoc网络中一种网络无关的P2P流媒体优化传输方案

根据无线Ad Hoc网络环境下P2P流媒体数据传输的特点,提出一种工作在P2P数据拓扑层面的,不依赖于底层物理网络的节点配置和特定的路由算法的优化传输方案.在发送数据时,节点结合应用层视频分片的重要性和网络状况动态地调整传输层参数,从而减小重要数据的传输延时和播放超时的概率.仿真结果验证了本方案对于改善服务质量和减小控制信令开销的有效性.     

Performance impact of research policy at the Chinese Academy of Sciences

We present evidence on productivity improvement experienced by the research institutes of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) after its implementation of the Knowledge Innovation Program (KIP). Using a balanced panel of data on R&D inputs and outputs of 59 research institutes in CAS, we analyze the productivity, technological and efficiency changes from 1997 to 2005. We document that the CAS research institutes have a productivity growth of 12.5% from 1998 to 2005, which can be further decomposed into 8.8% attributed to technological progress and 3.3% to efficiency improvement. Results of regional analysis show that institutes in Beijing and Shanghai, performed better than institutes in other regions during the same period.     

论在企业管理中应用CAS理论的必要条件

CAS理论的核心思想是“适应性造就复杂性”,主要表现为各层次主体的互动。企业管理者在企业管理中应用CAS理论需要具备务实灵活的哲学观念、分析精确的数理模型、开放的系统思维、求实动态的物理工具和开阔的社会视角;同时,柔性经济的组织设计、较高程度的层级分权、权变的战略管理、规范有序的员工培训、遵循技术发展规律及时调整组织结构是应用CAS理论不可或缺的组织基础。CAS理论是哲学思维、数学工具、系统论思想、物理学概念、社会学视角、管理学方法等有机综合的统一体,企业完备的组织管理基础和企业管理者的理论准备是在企业管理中应用CAS理论的必要条件。

竞技运动视频识别与比较系统的研究

竞技运动视频的识别与比较系统是现代科技训练方法在竞技运动训练中的实现。以定点拍摄的跳远运动视频为研究对象,实现了视频中运动目标分割和提取,进行对运动目标进行合成比较。通过对运动员实际训练体态或动作与标准体态或动作的比较,达到科学的运动分析与诊断的目的。这些功能的实现都是借助于VC++平台在WidowsXP系统下研究和实现的,系统便携、操作简单,有现场实效性。     

Sitting on the Fence: Integrating the two worlds of scientific discovery and invention within the firm

Applying a within-firm perspective to the topic of the division of innovative labor, I explore the organization of scientific discovery at the firm level — specialized or integrated with invention. Using data on inventors and authors related to U.S. publicly-traded science-performing firms for the period 1980–2015, the paper deepens our understanding of the determinants and the tradeoffs associated with the strategic choice of scientific discovery organization. I show that integration is related to a tradeoff between short-term applied R&D and long-term fundamental R&D; while integration is beneficial for invention, it has adverse effects on its scientific output, which decrease invention in the long run. The negative relationship between integration and publication reduces the direct increase in patents due to integration by approximately 90%. To better understand firms’ R&D organizational choice, I present internal and external factors that have implications on the benefits and costs associated with integration: reliance on science, stage of technology, external market for technology, and R&D spillins. Finally, I present consistent implications in terms of market value and show that value creation is related to organizational structure.
