在分析社区体育对活动内容体系根本需求的基础上,结合民族体育自身特点,阐述了民族传统体育成为社区体育主体内容的必然性和必要性,以期对发掘整理民族传统体育,促进社区体育和全民健身发展起到积极的促进作用。

在众多的体育项目中,体育舞蹈是最具有人文性、社会性特色的项目,它以其独特的活动方式,在大学生社会化进程中发挥着其它体育项目所无法达到的作用. 本文围绕大学生的社会化这一主题,论述了体育舞蹈对提高大学生的人文素养、社会交往、审美能力和身心健康水平等几方面的作用.     

Educational Research for Policy and Practice in Japan – With Particular Reference to Youth Education

Based upon the Fundamental Law of Education, Japanese school education system has long been a source of pride for the country as a result of the high school participation rate, the homogeneity of compulsory education throughout the country. However, the confidence of the people in its schools is now showing severe signs of strain and fatigue. In recent years, there have been many reports about the growing seriousness of a number of educational problems having to do with young people in their childhood and adolescence. Since the mid-1970s, a number of problems have been highlighted. They include violent behavior, juvenile crimes, bullying, refusal to attend school, dropping out at secondary level of education, and corporal punishment. Against the above background, based on recommendations from such advisory bodies as the Central Council for Education and the National Commission on Education Reform, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology (MEXT) has adopted a range of policies and launched a series of educational reform programmes. For instance, what is called “Rainbow Plan”, based on the final report submitted by the National Commission on Education Reform, provides the country with basic guidelines for the educational reform in the near future. Roles of educational research for making policies have been of significance. Research initiated by the National Institute for Educational Policy Research (NIER) and the National Federation of Educational Policy Research Institutes (NFERI) is an example of contributions to the development of educational qualities in the country. 关于发展企业战略联盟的若干思考

20世纪90年代以来,我国出现了为数不少的各种类型的企业联盟。但一些企业联盟在运作中存在各种各样的问题,致使其未能充分发挥联盟的优势。究其原因,是企业联盟的理论尚未得到深入的阐释,结盟企业缺少对联盟科学运作的系统研究。鉴于这种情况,本文从战略联盟的定义入手,分析了战略联盟形成的原因,提出了企业构建战略联盟的几点思考和建议。     

Deterministic and randomized scheduling problems under the lp norm on two identical machines

Parallel machine scheduling problems, which are important discrete optimization problems, may occur in many applications. For example, load balancing in network communication channel assignment, parallel processing in large-size computing, task arrangement in flexible manufacturing systems, etc., are multiprocessor scheduling problem. In the traditional parallel machine scheduling problems, it is assumed that the problems are considered in offline or online environment. But in practice, problems are often not really offline or online but somehow in-between. This means that, with respect to the online problem, some further information about the tasks is available, which allows the improvement of the performance of the best possible algorithms. Problems of this class are called semi-online ones. In this paper, the semi-online problem P2|decr|lp (p＞1) is considered where jobs come in non-increasing order of their processing times and the objective is to minimize the sum of the lp norm of every machine's load. It is shown that LS algorithm is optimal for any lp norm, which extends the results known in the literature. Furthermore, randomized lower bounds for the problems P2|online|lp and P2|decr|lp are presented.     

运动表象训练在高校女生跨栏教学中的运用与研究

根据运动心理学原理，针对普通高校女生在跨栏学习过程中产生的消极、恐惧等现象，将运动表象训练运用到女生跨栏教学中，使跨栏的基本知识、基本技术和基本技能的学习与智能训练相结合，改变了原来跨栏教学枯燥而紧张的教学结构。实验结果表明，其教学结果优于常规教学。

根据竞争力评价的理论与评价模型分析,结合出版产业实际竞争状况,提出了出版产业竞争力的分层立体评价模型.     

高校创建"运动处方"指导中心的可行性研究

高校建立"运动处方"指导中心,客观上实现了"运动处方"理论与实践应用的紧密结合.给学生科学、合理的指导,使学生能够更深入地认识健身、健心要走科学的道路,避免学生盲目、随意的从事体育活动,收不到良好的效果.此外,通过评价学生的健身效果,不断调整"运动处方",也丰富了该学科的理论,总结了更实际的案例.因此,在高校创建"运动处方"指导中心是必要的、可行的.     

陕西省体育类非物质文化遗产保护现状分析

体育袭非物质文化遗产是非物质文化遗产库中重要的组成部分,运用文献资料法、调查法及逻辑分析法等方法对陕西体育类物质文化遗产的濒危状况、传承机制、资金投入、保护措施等方面进行了分析,旨在探析陕西省体育类非物质文化遗产保护过程中存在的问题,为其可持续发展提供参考。     

体育类核心期刊参考文献著录现状探析

为提高学术科研论文的撰写质量和办刊质量,运用数理统计法、文献法对16种体育类核心期刊参考文献著录现状进行深入研究,研究结果表明,我国体育类核心期刊的参考文献的参考文献数量偏少,规范化程度有待进一步提高,部分期刊的自引率偏高,对中文类型文献引用较多,外文文献较少,并依此提出了规范化建议。
