电子商务网站用户的感知因素对满意度和行为的影响研究

在电子商务的交易中,网站的成功与否直接关系到电子商务战略的成功与否。从网站使用者感知的角度来研究网站评价更能体现潜在电子商务交易者的参与。在文献分析的基础上,基于消费者感知的角度,从界面设计、网站内容、技术支持、有用性、易用性和网站效应等六个方面提出了电子商务网站用户的感知因素对其满意度和行为的影响的假设,构建了研究模型,根据研究变量制定了问卷并搜集到180份有效问卷,分析了样本的特征,利用SPSS对模型量表进行了信度分析和因子分析,并采用结构方程模型软件LISREL进行了实证分析。数据分析结果表明,研究模型的拟合效果较好,除网站内容和技术支持外其他四个因素显著影响了用户满意度和用户行为。最后对研究结果进行了讨论,并提出了对策建议。     

中国农村低收入群体社会保护的政策安排

社会保护政策安排是专门针对一个国家或社会的低收入群体,其政策目标是为了减少贫困和促进社会公正。改革开放以来,中国针对农村低收入群体的社会保护政策主要归结为区域性和开发性扶贫政策、传统社会救助政策以及农村最低生活保障制度。从社会保护政策的演进与转型中,可以得出：农村最低生活保障制度作为一项旨在保护农最低收入群体基本生存权利的不可或缺的社会救助制度,是对原有的社会保护网的一种修补,是一项适宜的制度选择。     

对消费者不苛求对欺诈者不放任--对《消法》第49条的认识和理解

整顿市场经济秩序的重点是保护消费者的经济利益。《消法》中所规定的“消费者”,应当包括为“打假”而购买商品的人,因为“打假”有利于保护全体消费者的利益,有利于监管市场,符合《消法》的立法本意。对欺诈行为的确认,不能给经营者提供“无意售假”的借口,应当依据已经发生的客观事实,从各个方面去认定经营者的欺诈行为。对“增加赔偿”的规定,应当作整体和全面的理解：当消费者的受害损失超过购买商品和提供服务价款的一倍时,应当按实际损失甚至更高的标准进行赔偿;当经营者许诺“假一罚十”时,法律应当支持受害消费者获得10倍的赔偿;法律还应当从更深入的层次采取措施,使商品销售者和提供服务者的欺诈经济成本高于欺诈经济所得,力争在源头上杜绝对消费者实施欺诈行为的心理动机。     

Health Literacy's Influence on Consumer Libraries

Health literacy has been redefined in recent years to move beyond an individual’s own communication skills to include the skills of persons working within health care organizations, including librarians. Provision of consumer health services and resources, while a long-standing practice in hospital libraries, has also been redefined. As definitions of health literacy have evolved, so too have hospital librarian services as they embrace their role within health literacy. Many hospital medical and consumer health librarians have developed programs, services, and collaborations to further health literacy awareness, education, and initiatives for consumers, health care professionals, and their parent organizations.     

Profiling Family Physicians and Their Use of Information Sources

This paper discusses the information needs of family physicians and analyzes the way in which family doctors use information resources. The historical development of family practice as a specialty is also reviewed. Demographic data about family physicians, their patients and practices are presented to put their information needs into proper perspective. The paper closes by making some recommendations about how libraries can better meet the needs of the practicing family doctor.     

Motivation in group assessment: a phenomenological approach to post-graduate group assessment

Whilst group work has many benefits for enhancing collaborative learning, it can cause anxiety in summative assessments when group members do not contribute equal effort. Increasing understanding of student perceptions of group assessment, and in particular their motivation to persevere to overcome the challenges, has the potential to lead to better assessment design and reduce dysfunctional behaviour. This exploratory study borrows from phenomenology to investigate the lived experience of a cohort of post-graduate journalism students at a UK university, who were required to work in small groups to produce a web-based, multimedia journal for a final summative assessment. Using the expectancy-value theory of motivation, this study examines whether students were motivated by the task, and how this might influence their perception of the group assessment experience. The study found that not only was the group motivated by this assessment design, but also, in contrast to much of the literature on group assessment, their experience of group work was defined by harmony, loyalty and an ‘all for one, one for all’ attitude. It is therefore proposed that student groups are less likely to be dysfunctional or dissatisfied with group assessment if the group expects to do well and values the task.

报纸杂志承载着对历史现实的记录,是历史学研究的重要文献。民国时期创刊的天津《北洋画报》是当时天津办刊时间最长、影响最大的画报,是研究民国天津城市化进程与消费文化的重要文献。本文依据画报史料,从消费空间、生活范式、消费时尚等方面重构民国天津市民的消费文化空间。

马尔库塞以其敏锐的洞察力对资本主义的消费异化进行批判,指出依靠艺术革命和审美革命来克服消费异化,但是他却忽略了制度原因从而造成其理论的局限性。

本文通过对消费者信心指数的分析,首先建立干预模型并进行了检验,然后根据此干预模型得出将来消费者信心指数的预报值,从而为未来经济政策的制定与调整以及进行定量分析提供理论依据.
