公共图书馆治理结构现状分析——以当代西方国家公共文化管理体制转型为背景

当前西方各国的公共文化管理体制正经历着从单一模式向双重模式的转变,由此必然对作为公共文化重要组成部分的公共图书馆及其治理结构产生深远的影响。伴随着西方国家公共文化管理体制的深刻转型,西方国家公共图书馆治理结构正呈现出与以往不同的显著特点,其主要表现为:治理单元、设置主体、建设主体、管理主体、实施主体的传统界定正在发生变化,原来泾渭分明的界限正日趋模糊,整合与相互包容的趋势日趋明显。     

创新型国家目标下政府科技研发组织体系的变革与发展

本文以创新型国家政府科技研发组织体系的共性变革趋势为基础,通过时我国科技体制改革的历史回顾,揭示了现阶段我国政府科技研发组织体系中仍待解决的主要问题,指出在建设创新型国家的目标下,我国的政府科技研发组织体系必须做出适应性调整和完善,包括:以创新体系的要求再造公共科研组织体系,多举措做强企业技术研发支撑组织,以及以组织和制度创新引领跨部门跨组织合作,推动合作研发的深度发展.     

高职教育与先进制造业发展研究综述

高等职业教育为先进制造业的发展提供了大量的一线技术技能型人才。围绕高职教育与先进制造业发展,该文从先进制造业的界定、高职教育与制造业的关系、发达国家经验借鉴、制造业发展背景下中国高职教育存在的问题四个方面出发,系统梳理相关文献,总结国内学者的研究成果,并进一步提出未来可行的研究方向,以期为中国更好地推进高职教育改革提供借鉴。     

社会主义核心价值观与东盟地缘文化战略研究

中国在与东南亚国家发展合作的过程中总会遇到各种各样的问题。要想推进中国与东南亚文化的融汇、同步发展,共同构建良好的环境资源,就必须在传统文化基础上积极地相互借鉴与学习、取长补短,同时要在双方之间建立一份信任与理解,使中国在东南亚威胁论的说法不攻自破。     

Arab Mediterranean youth's values: The role of values and value congruence on intentions to Emigrate

This paper analyses the role of personal values, value congruence and intentions to emigrate among Middle East and North Africa (MENA) youth. We use a survey data set (N = 8.087) from Algeria, Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco, and Tunisia, collected among respondents aged 15–29. Results showed that beyond demographic characteristics, such as being male, highly educated and not having a job, personal values predicted higher chances of reporting intentions to emigrate. Logistic regression results showed that stimulation and achievement values predicted higher, and tradition values predicted lower chances of reporting intentions to emigrate. Furthermore, value congruence (i.e., having similar values as those of most of their co-nationals) was related to lower chances of reporting intentions to emigrate. These results support the notion that those who intend to emigrate differ from their co-nationals in terms of value priorities. We discuss the policy implications of our findings.

Population policies and education: exploring the contradictions of neo‐liberal globalisation

The world is increasingly characterised by profound income, health and social inequalities (Appadurai, 2000 Appadurai, A. 2000. Grassroots globalisation and the research imagination. Public Culture, 12(1): 1–19. [Crossref], [Web of Science ®] [Google Scholar]). In recent decades development initiatives aimed at reducing these inequalities have been situated in a context of increasing globalisation with a dominant neo‐liberal economic orthodoxy. This paper argues that neo‐liberal globalisation contains inherent contradictions regarding choice and uniformity. This is illustrated in this paper through an exploration of the impact of neo‐liberal globalisation on population policies and programmes. The dominant neo‐liberal economic ideology that has influenced development over the last few decades has often led to alternative global visions being overlooked. Many current population and development debates are characterised by polarised arguments with strongly opposing aims and views. This raises the challenge of finding alternatives situated in more middle ground that both identify and promote the socially positive elements of neo‐liberalism and state intervention, but also to limit their worst excesses within the population field and more broadly. This paper concludes with a discussion outling the positive nature of middle ground and other possible alternatives.     

论郭嵩焘的外交思想

郭嵩焘在充分了解“国情”和“夷情”的基础上提出了“以和为主”的外交思想,认为中国应循理外交,对外交往要知己知彼,要通其情,达其理,知其法。这是中国理性外交的发端,不仅促发人们传统外交思想的转变,在近代中国外交史上起了奠基和启蒙作用,而且对加速中国近代化的进程起到了推动作用。     

中国与欧亚部分国家体育法比较研究

运用文献资料,比较研究的方法,通过对法国、俄罗斯、日本、中国四国体育法立法形式,立法背景及主要内容的对比、剖析中国与欧亚部分国家体育法的同构性、差异性,提出完善我国体育法规的建议。
