Considering a company’s limited time and resources, an effective training method that improves employees’ ability to make ethical decision is needed. Based on social cognitive theory, this study proposes that employing games in an ethics training program can help improve moral reasoning through actively engaging learners. The experimental design with an ethic board game as the experimental group and ethics instructions as the comparison group was conducted to examine the effectiveness of a game-based ethic training method on improving moral reasoning. Results show that using games in an ethics training program significantly decreases respondents’ importance rating on issues associated with lower stages of an individual’s cognitive moral development (CMD) and increases their importance rating on issues associated with the highest stage of CMD. In addition, a game-based ethics training program was found to produce significantly greater change on the importance rating towards issues associated with the middle stage of CMD than a non-game based ethics training program. These findings suggest that a game-based ethics training program could effectively develop moral reasoning, and shape moral views better than a non-game-based training program. Discussions and suggestions for future research were included to conclude this study.  相似文献

【目的】 研究科技期刊诚信危机的治理方法,为解决我国科技期刊诚信危机提供借鉴。【方法】 通过文献分析,对科技期刊诚信危机进行界定,并总结科技期刊诚信危机发生的深层原因,在此基础上,提出解决诚信危机的策略。【结果】 出版制度不健全、学术评价体系不科学,以及科技期刊出版从业人员职业道德缺失等,导致了科技期刊诚信危机。可从制度规范与伦理建设两方面对诚信危机进行治理,包括完善出版法律法规和学术评价体系,推动行业伦理规约建设以及出版人员职业道德建设。【结论】 加强科技期刊制度规范与伦理建设,可在一定程度上治理科技期刊的诚信危机。  相似文献

随着高校教学改革力度的不断加大,传统灌输式为主的课堂教学方法已受到广泛的质疑和批评,而形式生动活泼的互动式教学已日益受到教师们的关注以及学生的认可。在诸多互动式教学的方式中,分组讨论式教学法是其中较重要的一种。教学研究发现,作为高校"两课"教学主干课程之一的《思想道德修养与法律基础》课的内容体系特点比较适合采用分组讨论式教学。而要使分组讨论式教学发挥其应有的功效,教师必须做好考评制度的设计、讨论程序的设计以及必要的课堂组织协调和监控。本文就此进行了分析和论述。  相似文献

伦理学作为一门学科的特点是渗透性,其使命在于教化人,使人的关系秩序化并使人在这种秩序中获得存在的满足。为了获得政府和社会更多资源的理解和支持、获得人们更为专业的理解和支持,伦理学有必要也有可能升格为一级学科;伦理学的发展应当呈现哑铃型状态,即在每一个学科专业中都应开设相应的伦理学课程、适当减少和萎缩伦理学硕士点、适当增加和扩大伦理学博士点;学位点的建设应当引进足球联赛制中的升降级方法,双向流通。  相似文献

Research with children presents issues beyond those normally encountered in adult exercise science research. This paper explores the specific ethical issues that are encountered when conducting paediatric research in the exercise sciences. We identify the historical, moral and philosophical underpinnings of ethical conduct. The issue of consent and children's ability to provide informed consent is discussed, as is the nature of therapeutic and non-therapeutic research. Finally, we examine the information that is required by a local ethics and research committee and provide guidance material to help in the formulation of an application to such a committee.  相似文献

In this paper, we argue that reflecting upon our personal experiences and the origins of our ethical and political beliefs can be useful to see that, as much as society has a strong influence on us, each of us has the capacity to influence society. Also we suggest that there exist intimate links between personhood and pedagogy. As such, through the use of bio-pedagogical passages, we examine the process of coming to the realisation of the need to develop ethical principles that enable us to contribute to society in universally beneficial ways through our teaching. Moreover, we explain that, as they try to help prospective educators understand their future role in society, physical education teacher educators (PETEs) ought to start with clear ethical principles, not just merely technical (or even scientific) ones. These principles, in turn, can serve as a guide for all pedagogical (read political) actions, both inside and outside the classroom. We close this paper offering viable guidelines as to how this can be done.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Attention has been given to the revised National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics that guides social worker use of technology. The revision of the NASW Code of Ethics has signaled a transition in the profession toward ethical online practice using modern techniques and contemporary tools. Practicing social workers are applying these new ethical standards, and many social work educators are doing so when using information and communication technologies with students. However, little research focuses on teaching social work students about digital ethics and professional online conduct.
