军用飞机着陆灯专用电源设计方案和理论研究

10 0 0 W军用飞机着陆灯的灯丝是一种非线性时变电阻 ,冷电阻极小 (0 .0 4Ω左右 ) ,工作几秒钟后才能达到额定阻值 (0 .9Ω ) ,在对该灯进行老炼及检测时 ,如何仿真飞机着陆时迅速点亮的实际情况 ,是设计这种专用电源的一大难题。本文运用非线性时变电阻理论和金陵职业大学电源专利技术 ,成功地解决了这一难题     

放顶煤工作面煤岩组合力学模型及其控制

根据放顶煤工作面的矿山压力及其显现规律、顶煤冒放结构、顶板移动结构等影响因素,结合我国厚煤层赋存状况,给出放顶煤工作面拱—拱、拱—砌体梁、拱—传递岩梁、台阶式悬臂—砌体梁以及台阶式悬臂—悬梁组合力学模型及其控制计算公式;在实践中根据工作面具体条件分析使用以上五种力学模型,则可求得较合理的支架工作阻力,从而有效地实现顶板控制。     

心理治疗阻抗现象研究评述

阻抗是指来访者在心理治疗过程中表现出来的反抗性、不服从、不接受或不配合治疗、缺乏治疗动机等心理现象。阻抗产生的原因既可能是来访者自身的因素,也可能是治疗师的因素。精神分析理论、行为主义、人本主义和认知心理学对阻抗有着不同的解释。阻抗测量量表分为状态阻抗量表和特质阻抗量表两类。为了提高干预的有效性,治疗师在对来访者进行治疗时,应充分考虑其阻抗水平并以此为基础为来访者设计相应的干预计划。指导性干预对阻抗水平较低的来访者干预效果最好,而非指导性干预对阻抗水平较高的来访者效果最好。将来的研究应进一步完善阻抗测量工具和研究方法,深化阻抗成因和影响因素的理论研究。

本文主要是利用流体媒质界面处速度和能流的连续性边界条件,定量地分析,研究弹性纵波在界面处的半波损失问题。通过分析、研究,得出了弹性纵波有无半波损失的正确判据,及“入射波由波阻小的媒质射入波阻大的媒质,界面处反射波存在半波损失”不是普遍成立的结论。     

Teacher resistance to engage with ‘alternative’ perspectives of difficult histories: the limits and prospects of affective disruption

This paper discusses teacher resistance to recognizing some perspectives of difficult histories. The paper focuses on the following question: How does affect contribute not only to the formation of teacher resistance, but also to its disruption in ways that enable the productive reclaiming of teachers’ engagement with traumatic histories? To address this question, the paper first revisits the notion of difficult knowledge, highlighting its affective dimensions and its relevance to teacher resistance. Then, it argues that the role of affect in resistance demands a different way of conceptualizing ‘teacher resistance’ to acknowledge how affect is entangled with both the micro- and macro-political dimensions of resistance. In the light of this reconceptualized notion of teacher resistance, the paper theorizes the notion of ‘affective disruption’ by using Judith Butler's social theory. Finally, the notion of ‘pedagogy of discomfort’ is revisited to demonstrate the new openings created by a reconceptualized notion of teacher resistance in the context of teacher professional learning.

Interpreting the Rules: Language and Transformation in a Boys’ Comprehensive

This essay emerges from my position as a new trainee teacher, entering my first school, a school as unique and also as typical as any. What struck me was the complexity of the school's culture (and counter-cultures). Language was revealed as a site of resistance, a clash between staff and pupils at the point of instruction; a reluctance to read or write; an unanticipated response to text. This resistance was often shut down, yet it must at some level be meaningful. Indeed, it was often clearly communicated to me by the boys' complaints about having to read the texts prescribed to them, or indeed in the depth of the creative responses, particularly to visual images, that many of them displayed when given the opportunity to write in class. This suggests the need for a broader understanding of the way language is used, the different registers employed by pupils in interactions in the classroom; and, for me in my new role as teacher, the challenge of how to harness those moments which enable students to explore expression in ways they find meaningful.     

What is normal,true, and right: a critical discourse analysis of students’ written resistance strategies on LGBTQ topics

This study examines how students perform resistance to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer topics in their written reflections in a higher education diversity course. Using a three-tiered critical discourse analysis , this article maps students’ resistant textual devices in their written reflections, analyzes the institutional setting of the course, and examines how the larger social discourse plays an important role. Findings suggest that students engage in resistance and (re)produce oppressive discourse in part due to the institutional and larger social discourse of the course and the topic. Implications suggest the need to promote to course instructors how language can (re)position students in a place of privilege.
