基于随机算法的组卷策略设计

本文以在线考试系统组卷为研究背景,设计了组卷模块架构,在随机组卷算法中引入了题量、题型、知识点、难度和时间等约束条件,采用高分优先、难度限制、时间限制和随机抽取等原则选择试题,组成较为精确的试卷,为在线考试系统的组卷提供了新的方法和思路。

融资约束、公司治理与技术资本配置——来自中国高端装备制造业上市公司经验证据

选取2009—2013年度中国A股高端装备制造业上市公司作为研究样本,对基于公司治理的融资约束、技术资本与公司绩效的关系进行检验。检验结果显示,(1)技术资本配置与公司市场绩效显著正相关,与会计绩效显著负相关。公司治理对技术资本与市场绩效的关系有明显的促进作用,而对技术资本与会计绩效的关系促进作用不明显。(2)技术资本配置存在融资约束,配置水平依赖于企业的内部现金流的高低。公司治理和融资约束均会影响技术资本配置对内部现金流的依赖程度。(3)外部融资方面,企业首选外部股权融资,其次是外部债权融资。公司治理水平影响技术资本配置对外部股权融资额的依赖程度;融资约束程度影响技术资本配置对外部债权融资额的依赖程度。(4)融资约束程度与技术资本配置显著负相关,公司治理影响融资约束对技术资本配置的程度。     

Organizational justice and conflict: Do perceptions of fairness influence disagreement?

Organizational justice may be a vital factor in the development of conflict between personnel within sport organizations. Specifically, perceptions of injustice may increase the potential for disagreement regarding codes of conduct and organizational procedures. The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of multiple dimensions of organizational justice (i.e., distributive, procedural, interactional, and informational) on the perception of intragroup conflict. Paid staff from 262 regional sport commissions and convention and visitors bureaus (CVBs) across the United States responded to an online study to measure perceptions of justice and conflict. Results indicating procedural, interactional, and informational justice predicted the perception of intragroup conflict in this setting. The unique impact of each type of justice may be explained by instrumental and relational models, which has implications for sport management theory and practice.     

政府采购、信贷约束与企业技术创新

将信贷约束渠道纳入分析框架,运用2012年世界银行对中国企业经营环境的调查数据,采用非线性回归模型对政府采购促进企业技术创新的作用进行拓展研究。实证研究发现,政府采购通过有效缓解信贷约束,进而显著推动企业技术创新,即信贷约束发挥了重要中介作用。在运用工具变量弱化内生性问题,以及运用Norton方法重新处理交互项和替换代理变量进行稳健性检验后,上述结论仍然成立。进一步实证考察发现,对于面临更强信贷约束的民营企业、中小企业和资本技术密集型企业,政府采购促进其技术创新的中介效应更为突出。旨在进一步释放企业创新活力和促进经济高质量发展,需要强化政府采购促进创新的政策导向,增强政府采购缓解信贷约束的功能,在采购实施中兼顾效率和平衡。

对提高教育信息化投资效率的思考——基于米尔顿·弗里德曼“教育券”思想

教育信息化将成为教育改革的重要突破点,然而目前我国教育信息化的投资还存在投入严重短缺、低水平重复建设较严重、政府教育管理部门效率低下、学校的个性化发展难以满足等现状,制约了教育信息化的发展。教育券作为一种适应市场经济的制度,对提高教育信息化投资效率提供了许多新的视角。文章基于此种考虑,探讨教育券适用于教育信息化领域的可能及提高教育信息化投资效率的措施。     

汉语中连谓谓语句的歧义现象

本文提出了连谓谓语句的两种歧义格式：一种是连动短语作谓语的句子与主谓短语作宾语的句子的歧义;一种是连动短语作谓语的句子与动补短语作谓语的句子的歧义。并就此剖析了歧义产生的条件,从而论证出消除歧义的一些方法。     

Poultry Farmers' Information Needs and Sources in Selected Rural Communities in the Greater Accra Region,Ghana

A survey was conducted to assess poultry farmers' information needs and sources in selected rural communities in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. Data were collected from 150 poultry farmers in 13 communities. Information on disease management, egg storage, feeding and nutrition, vaccination, shelter, pesticide application, marketing of poultry products, and debeaking were the major information needs of the poultry farmers in the study area. The major sources of information for the poultry farmers were from family and friends, the Internet, books, the veterinary office, leaflets, television, researchers, and newspapers. Some of the major constraints faced by poultry farmers when accessing information include lack of skills to access information, inadequate information resources on poultry, inadequate veterinary officers, lack of information centers, and inappropriate airing time of agricultural program on radio stations. The study recommended that community libraries and information centers should be established: It is important that such rural libraries and information centers should contain simple agricultural reading materials, such as leaflets, agricultural magazines, books, and research reports that are written in non-technical language. The veterinary service department of the Ministry of Food and Agriculture should identify relevant sources and use them to deliver information to the poultry farmers.
