该文旨在研究具有非线性动力学特征和时变耦合时滞的二阶多智能体系统的领导随从一致性问题,所研究的系统具有切换的拓扑结构.基于Lyapunov泛函理论和线性矩阵不等式的方法,本文给出了一类领导随从一致的充分性条件,并通过具体实例验证所给判据的有效性.     

引入监督机制的政府信息公开演化博弈研究

政府信息公开是法律制度和行政行为的有机结合,根据《政府信息公开条例》的规定,政府部门有及时公 开信息的责任和义务。申请行为和公开行为都需要付出一定的费用或劳动,在引入监督机制的情形下,设定若干假设 及参数,对政府部门、公众与媒体等三方博弈做无差异分析,结合演化稳定策略及其相应的相位图做具体分析,由此 导出启示和建议,并对分析过程做出结论性判定。     

系统动力学在软件项目管理中的应用:对解决问题各备选方案的评价

用系统动力学模型,描述软件开发项目中各因素之间复杂的相互作用关系对项目绩效的影响,为项目管理者提供一个可靠的工具,用来检验项目执行过程中出现问题时,各种备选解决方案的实施效果。     

基于系统动力学的新兴技术产业化策略研究

新兴技术产业化对推动社会经济发展具有重要作用,本文在两个维度上将新兴技术产业分为四类,并在系统的视角下对以混合动力汽车为代表的第IV类新兴技术产业化进行了研究。通过建立和分析混合动力汽车产业化的系统动力学模型,提出了中国混合动力汽车产业化发展的策略体系。本文的研究表明,通过系统建模对新兴技术产业化进行研究,是进行该领域研究的一种可行思路和方式。     

骨形态发生蛋白2在带电自组装单层膜上的吸附

骨形态发生蛋白2（BMP-2）在人体组织和器官的再生过程中起着重要的作用.利用分子动力学模拟（MD）的方法探究BMP-2在带正电荷和负电荷的自组装单层膜（SAMs）上的吸附情况.SAMs是由分子CH₃-（CH₂）₉-X组成,其末端官能团选择为SO₃^-和N（CH₃）₃⁺.模拟结果显示,尽管BMP-2带8个负电荷,在带负电和正电的表面都能被吸附.更有趣的是,发现蛋白的吸附强度还取决于BMP-2表面带电氨基酸的分布情况.此外,BMP-2吸附在正电荷表面后活性位点朝向表面,吸附在负电荷表面后活性位点朝向溶液.     

相对论性Chaplygin动力学系统的Birkhoff表示

定义相对论性Ｐｆａｆｆ作用量,得到相对论性Ｐｆａｆｆ－Ｂｉｒｋｈｏｆｆ原理和相对论性Ｂｉｒｋｈｏｆｆ方程。证明了一类特殊相对论性Ｃｈａｐｌｙｇｉｎ方程可以直接纳入相对论性Ｂｉｒｋｈｏｆｆ方程。     

The dynamics and intricacy of budgeting in secondary schools in Lesotho: Case studies of three high schools

Abstract

This paper reports on the qualitative study that used in-depth interviews and document reviews on financial management practices in their schools. The participants were school principals of the case study schools. The findings of the study highlighted problems regarding the implementation of the policy – despite the Manual for Principals of Secondary Schools on financial planning and organisation, there are still problems regarding the collection and recording of school fees, budgeting, as well as a lack of administrative support. Findings further suggest that during the process of budgeting, power relations surface where principals play a dominant role in decision making regarding both departmental budgets and the school's main budget. Findings also suggest that lack of policies on the use of fees affects issues of budgeting in these schools. Moreover, most school principals are not provided with sufficient capacity building on financial matters, which cripples them in performing the budgetary tasks. The implications of the study are that there should be adequate capacity building of the principals in regards to budgeting and systems should be put in place regarding policies on how the school fees are to be used.     

Hip joint kinetics in the table tennis topspin forehand: relationship to racket velocity

The purpose of this study was to determine hip joint kinetics during a table tennis topspin forehand, and to investigate the relationship between the relevant kinematic and kinetic variables and the racket horizontal and vertical velocities at ball impact. Eighteen male advanced table tennis players hit cross-court topspin forehands against backspin balls. The hip joint torque and force components around the pelvis coordinate system were determined using inverse dynamics. Furthermore, the work done on the pelvis by these components was also determined. The peak pelvis axial rotation velocity and the work done by the playing side hip pelvis axial rotation torque were positively related to the racket horizontal velocity at impact. The sum of the work done on the pelvis by the backward tilt torques and the upward joint forces was positively related to the racket vertical velocity at impact. The results suggest that the playing side hip pelvis axial rotation torque exertion is important for acquiring a high racket horizontal velocity at impact. The pelvis backward tilt torques and upward joint forces at both hip joints collectively contribute to the generation of the racket vertical velocity, and the mechanism for acquiring the vertical velocity may vary among players.
