形成性评价在英文报刊阅读教学中的实践探讨

英文报刊阅读课程主要针对学生的阅读、翻译和语言综合运用能力进行培养.形成性评价运用于英文报刊阅读课程中,可以通过跟踪学习过程有效整合语言知识技能目标、文化目标和人文素养目标三者的达成度评价,这样不仅能够弥补以书面考试为主的终结性评价方式的不足,而且也有利于充分激发和维持学生的英语学习热情,培养学生的自我评价能力,发挥学生学习的主观能动性,培养学生的思辨能力、自主学习能力、自我管理能力和自我约束能力,在获得成就感的同时增强学习英语的自信心.教学实践证明,在英文报刊阅读教学中采用教师观察、自评互评、学习档案、访谈等形成性评价手段,能够充分尊重学生个体差异和学习优势,提升学习效果.与此同时授课教师可以及时发现英文报刊阅读教学中存在的问题,及时改进教学,提升教学效果.     

加强高校班级管理 促进高校班级建设

高校的班级建设对大学生的全面健康发展起着有效的作用。文章主要从班风建设、班级凝聚力建设、班级干部选拔任用、班级建设的考评四个方面来具体论述。     

The bilateral benefits of providing and receiving peer feedback in academic writing across varying L2 proficiency

Although the effectiveness of peer review has been examined, few have tested the joint benefits of providing and receiving feedback features and quality in L2 contexts. The present study investigated variation in key features and quality of feedback provided and received by high and low L2 proficiency students and its benefits on revision in the authentic setting of students experiencing both roles of providing and receiving peer feedback in English academic writing. Analyses on two drafts from 50 students, 1356 idea units of anonymous implementable peer feedback and back-evaluation ratings revealed that the combined effect of providing and receiving feedback on revision was prominent for all students. But the bilateral benefits of providing and receiving feedback features were more significant for high proficiency students, while providing feedback features and quality benefited low proficiency students more. The study implies that students need more bilateral training with both providing and receiving feedback.     

Reviewer assignment algorithms for peer review automation: A survey

Assigning paper to suitable reviewers is of great significance to ensure the accuracy and fairness of peer review results. In the past three decades, many researchers have made a wealth of achievements on the reviewer assignment problem (RAP). In this survey, we provide a comprehensive review of the primary research achievements on reviewer assignment algorithm from 1992 to 2022. Specially, this survey first discusses the background and necessity of automatic reviewer assignment, and then systematically summarize the existing research work from three aspects, i.e., construction of candidate reviewer database, computation of matching degree between reviewers and papers, and reviewer assignment optimization algorithm, with objective comments on the advantages and disadvantages of the current algorithms. Afterwards, the evaluation metrics and datasets of reviewer assignment algorithm are summarized. To conclude, we prospect the potential research directions of RAP. Since there are few comprehensive survey papers on reviewer assignment algorithm in the past ten years, this survey can serve as a valuable reference for the related researchers and peer review organizers.     

怎样提升领导者的领导能力

领导是领导者在一定的环境下,运用权力指导和影响组织成员,为实现组织目标而贡献的过程。领导活动由领导者、被领导者、领导环境、领导目标等要素构成,领导者对领导目标的实现起主导作用、决定作用,领导者的高明主要通过领导效果来体现,而领导效果主要来自领导能力。因此,提升领导者的领导能力可以加快并确保领导目标的实现,其中,领导者搞好与群众的合作,则是提升领导者领导能力的关键。     

高校体育社团干部组织领导方式的调查研究

运用文献综述法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法,以山西省部分高校体育社团(51个、21种)的组织建设为研究对象,对社团干部组织领导进行研究,旨在高校体育社团干部领导方式的健康发展模式,完善高校体育社团组织建设,促进山西省高校体育社团发展。     

互助听课制和英语教学质量的提高

有关研究表明校内同事之间互助听课有利于教学质量的提高。目前学生缺课多，原因不只在于他们的学习态度，与授课质量也有直接关系。建立同事互助听课制度，使听课成为日常教学的一部分，采用科学的听课方法，可以让老师们相互借鉴，取长补短，共同进步，使每堂课都能最大限度地让学生受益。     

禹伐三苗之战对武当山武术形成的影响

文章运用历史文献资料、文物考查、专家咨询等研究方法,结合中国武术产生的原因对武当山下丹水之浦禹伐三苗之战对武当山武术活动形成的影响进行了探讨,研究结果表明:禹伐三苗之战促使了武当山武术器械和技击技能的发展;部落宗教祭祀活动的武舞“干戚舞”在促进武术的发展、普及的同时,更标志着武当山武术的诞生。     

教练员领导问题的研究进展

体育运动领域中教练员领导问题的研究是运动心理学和管理心理学中一个具有交叉性的重要研究领域。通过对以一般领导理论为基础发展起来的体育运动领域中教练员领导问题的理论、测评方法和研究成果的综述,旨在推动我国运动心理学者对教练员领导问题的研究。     

Violence against children perpetrated by peers: A cross-sectional school-based survey in Uganda

Violence against children by peers is a global public health problem. We aimed to assess factors associated with peer violence victimization among primary school children in Uganda. We conducted multilevel multivariable logistic regression analyses of cross-sectional data from 3706 primary students in 42 Ugandan primary schools. Among primary school students, 29% and 34% had ever experienced physical and emotional violence perpetrated by their peers, respectively. Factors strongly associated with both physical and emotional violence were similar and overlapping, and included exposure to interparental violence, having an attitude supportive of violence against children from school staff, not living with biological parents, working for payment, and higher SDQ score. However, we found that younger age, sharing sleeping area with an adult and achieving a higher educational performance score, were specifically associated with physical violence. On the other hand, being female, walking to school, reporting disability and eating one meal on the previous day, were particularly associated with emotional violence. Interventions to reduce peer violence should focus on family contexts, school environments and those with poor socio-economic status may need extra support.
