美国教育创客空间的发展逻辑、核心议题与未来展望

伴随着创客运动的繁荣,教育创客空间已然成为推进创客教育、培养创客思维的基础物理空间。在基于创客教育已有研究的基础上,结合《美国教育创客空间全国报告》的相关内容,本研究认为美国教育创客空间的发展过程中存在着三个核心议题:创客空间活动设计的公平性与包容性发展、创客空间课程设计潜在的隐性偏见和创客社群中的文化塑造问题。展望未来,美国教育创客空间的设计者应首先考虑为全体学生营造创客学习的氛围,创设无边界、无限制的创客空间学习环境,而并非选择特定的设备或项目;新的创客空间建设者要侧重最大化地开放创客空间,尽可能地拓宽与创客社群的合作与分享。     

Supportive Communication and the Adequate Paraphrase

The active listening paradigm recommends that helpers paraphrase the thoughts and feelings of support seekers. But how? This study compared evaluations of four types of paraphrase messages derived from the work of Polanyi. Results showed that certain forms of paraphrasing are evaluated as more helpful, sensitive, and supportive than others, though differences were not in full alignment with theoretical predictions, and results were dependent on narrative prompt. Our study provides initial empirical data that question the practical advice given to informal help providers found in our academic scholarship and textbooks. Formal and informal helping relationships have many similarities and differences that should be acknowledged and tested with a variety of methods and populations.

Exploring PERMA in spectator sport: Applying positive psychology to examine the individual-level benefits of sport consumption

Sport spectating provides numerous benefits for sport organisations and individuals. In this paper we use a positive psychology approach to examine the individual-level benefits of sport consumption in order to investigate the activation of five domains of well-being: positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning, and accomplishment (PERMA). Using a two-study panel research design, we collected qualitative data from a sample of Australian Rules Football consumers. In the first study, we explored how the PERMA domains were activated during the season. Study two included a follow-up interview with eight initial respondents in the off-season. We found evidence of four PERMA domains that were activated in the sport spectator context by a variety of consumer experiences. The emergence of these domains in both studies suggests sport marketers would benefit from actions including: creating more social spaces within their stadiums, hosting regular off-season events, and creating social-media based competitions which promote fan engagement and interactions throughout the calendar year.

民事执行难的原因及对策分析

多年来,民事执行“难”问题严重困扰着人民法院,并受到社会各界的普遍关注。“执行难”让当事人的合法权益无法得到保护,也损害了国家法律的尊严。本文试图从剖析“执行难”的原因入手,兼析当前司法实践中存在的错误认识,提出笔者对执行程序价值的理解,最后提出完善执行工作所应的树立的新理念和具体做法。     

Modelling life satisfaction and adjustment to trauma in children exposed to ongoing military violence: An exploratory study in Palestine

Exposure to war and ongoing political violence increases mental health risks among children, especially in terms of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and depressive or somatic symptoms. However, an exclusive focus on negative functioning can lead to underestimating the coping abilities and natural potential for adjusting to trauma of war-affected children at different developmental phases. Using structural equation modelling, we tested the extent to which data gathered in a predominantly nonclinical sample of Palestinian children (N = 1276) living in refugee camps supported a conceptual model in which the relationship between subjective wellbeing and the effects of trauma is mainly top-down in direction. The cross-sectional design adopted showed that feelings of life satisfaction contributed to better affect balance in children (aged 6–11 years), which in turn, mitigated the impact of traumatic events. These findings point up the importance of dimensions of subjective well-being in children involved in traumatic events and may inspire intervention and treatment focused on the ability to activate positive emotions as a crucial resource for dealing with traumatic reactions.

本文给出了两种稳定性矩阵的若干等价命题。得到了这两种稳定性矩阵类是亚正定阵类的某种相似扩张类。讨论了这三种矩阵类的各自扩张是否是饱和的问题。
