浅谈如何把握幼儿早期教育的“度”

我们知道,幼儿教育跟小学教育是两个不同的领域,它需要不同的教学理念、教学方法和教学手段,但在现实中,幼儿教育的“小学化”倾向正日益严重,不少幼儿园的教学手段尤其是私人幼儿园几乎跟小学一模一样。这种倾向,对于幼儿的健康成长是福还是祸？是喜还是忧,值得家长、幼儿园乃至全社会的深思。

Tai Ji Quan for the aging cancer survivor: Mitigating the accelerated development of disability,falls, and cardiovascular disease from cancer treatment

Currently there are more than 13.7 million cancer survivors living in the U.S., and that figure is projected to increase by 31% in the next decade, adding another 4 million cancer survivors into the healthcare system. Cancer is largely a disease of aging, and the aging of the population will sharply raise the proportion of older cancer survivors, many of whom will be long-term survivors (5+ years post diagnosis). This review will address the potential utility of exercise to address three health problems that are of particular concern for the aging cancer survivor and the healthcare system, i.e., disability, falls, and cardiovascular disease, because the development of these age-related problems may be accelerated by cancer treatment. While there are many different modes of exercise that each produce specific adaptations, Tai Ji Quan may be a particularly suitable strategy to mitigate the development of age- and cancer-treatment-related problems. Based on studies in older adults without cancer, Tai Ji Quan produces musculoskeletal and cardiometabolic adaptations and is more easily performed by older adults due to its low energy cost and slower movement patterns. Since cancer survivors are mostly older, inactive, and often physically limited by the lingering side effects of treatment, they need to engage in safe, practical, and effective modes of exercise. The dearth of published controlled trials examining the efficacy of Tai Ji Quan to mitigate cancer-treatment-related musculoskeletal and cardiovascular side effects points to ample research opportunities to explore the application of this non-Western exercise modality to improve long-term outcomes for aging cancer survivors.     

Opening a Window on Early Twentieth-Century School Sport in Cape Town Society

An attempt was made at recording structured sport in non-White schools in Cape Town, South Africa, prior to 1956. The study was introduced with a historical presentation of sport at mission schools. It was shown how these schools inherited a legacy of deprivation and neglect that impacted upon sport participation. Yet, champion sportspersons at these schools gained some recognition in a racist and hostile society. This was possible due to the efforts of a few Teachers' League of South Africa (TLSA) campaigners who saw sport development as part of their mission of uplifting children in their charge. The TLSA attempted organising athletic meetings from 1916 onwards. Teachers belonging to this organisation were instrumental in establishing the first mass-based school sport organisation in Cape Town in 1928, the Central School Sports Union (CSU). This organisation was the only avenue of meaningful sport participation for most of Cape Town's marginalised children. A study of the CSU enables historians to open a window not only on social and political complexities of school sport but also on the broader early twentieth-century Cape society.     

晋江市小学开展轮滑运动的可行性实证研究

积极探索创设新型体育课程,有利于促进学校体育课程教学目标的实现,增强青少年儿童身体素质。采用调查问卷法、访谈法、文献资料法和数理统计法等,对晋江市小学开展轮滑运动的可行性进行实证研究。从教师、学生、家长三个层面对晋江市小学开展轮滑运动的有利条件、影响因素、发展前景等方面进行了全面客观的调查实证分析。调查结果显示,晋江市小学生对轮滑运动的喜爱和接受程度高,晋江市各地小学学生参加轮滑运动的数量和水平具有明显差异,学校师资和场地条件较好,学生家长支持度高。晋江市小学开展轮滑运动具有较强的可行性。     

用优秀传统文化提升大学生人文素养的思考

素质教育的核心内容是学生人文素质的教育,加强人文素质教育有助于大学生人文精神的培养。博大精深的中国传统文化蕴涵着丰富的人文精神,认真梳理和总结中国传统文化的优秀成果,并与高校学生思想道德教育相衔接,将有助于大学生人文素质和人才培养质量的提高。     

经管类专业人才培养体系的转型与重构——以池州学院合作教育为例

依托多种资源,开展产学合作教育是应用型本科高校培养创新人才的重要途径。文章从合作教育视角探讨了池州学院经管类专业"面向市场,服务地方,合作办学,特色发展"的办学思路及经管类专业合作教育培养人才的资源整合问题;构建了经管类专业合作教育的人才培养目标及以能力为平台的课程教学体系;基于地方智库、产学合作平台建设、职业技能培养三类合作教育模式,探索总结池州学院经管类专业应用型创新人才培养的途径和方法。     

基于学校属性的现代学校制度设计

学校性格决定了现代学校制度构建的基本方向和总体架构。现代学校各项制度的构建都可以从学校的属性中找到依据，或者说，学校属性是现代学校制度建设正当性的依据。由于学校的性格呈现多元化，或者说学校应具有的价值追求存在多元化，因此现代学校制度应是一个包容多元价值的结构。     

互联网与大学思想政治教育工作方法的实证分析

以班级和思想政治教育工作者作为考察的切入点，作者设计了面向全班同学包含了学生干部、班委成员在内的全体学生的问卷，同时还设计了面向全体思想政治教育者的问卷，辅以各种文献，对该班级成员对于互联网与大学生思想政治教育者的工作方法等进行了实证分析。结果表明，全班同学对于互联网的积极态度、期望思想政治教育工作者的素质提高等指标相对要高，表明互联网在思想政治教育工作方面有重要作用；通过全班同学对于互联网的热爱程度，我们认为在新时代要大力提高思想政治教育者的综合素质，以期能够在新形势下掌握好大学生的心理动态，提高思想政治工作的实效性，更好地为大学生服务。     

PLCs: Key PD component in learning transfer for teachers of English learners

As part of a two-year long professional development program for in-service teachers leading to endorsement in English as a Second Language (ESL), this investigation examined teachers' perceptions of the role of professional learning communities on their professional development experience, particularly on their sharing and transfer of learning into their instructional practice. Results from this mixed-methods research indicated that teachers perceived their professional learning communities, especially the reflective dialogue enacted during their weekly Try It Out discussion based on peers’ strategy implementations, as the most relevant component of their professional development program to their transferring of learning into their instructional practice.
