新时代教育评价改革背景下高校质量文化建设的路径

教育评价是高校质量文化建设的价值导向,对高校质量观的形成和质量行为的产生起着重要的引导作用。在新时代教育评价改革背景下,高校质量文化建设应立足大学使命,从被动接收外部评价转化为主动拓展内部自发自觉的质量文化,从宏观的外部评价、中观的学校自评价和微观的师生评价三个层面探索高校质量文化建设的新路径。     

从心理学博士论文引文看我馆的期刊保障率

我们选择了本校发展与教育心理学2001届的博士论文作为引文分析的对象。从引文的文献类型、引文出版年代和引文的语言类型的角度统计出使用率较高的期刊，获知本校的期刊文献保障率，为订购专业期刊提供参考依据。     

Supporting students’ assignment writing: what lecturers do in a Master of Education programme

Teachers’ instructional practices surrounding written assignments have been little researched, despite writing remaining the primary means of assessment in higher education, including postgraduate professional development programmes. In this paper, we report a study that explored what a sample of lecturers in a Master of Education programme at an English-medium university in Hong Kong did to support students’ assignment writing. We integrate perspectives provided by the relevant higher education literature, the academic literacies approach and North American rhetorical genre studies to shed light on the findings derived from our analyses of interview and documentary data. We showed that our lecturer participants both engaged in direct instruction on assignment writing and provided indirect support. Our study contributed to the existing literature and raised questions for future research.     

Fact or folklore? Exploring “Myths” about outdoor education accidents: Some evidence from New Zealand

Abstract

This paper provides analysis on the frequency and nature of accidents and near accidents that have occurred in larger outdoor education centres in New Zealand. This is the first time that information of this type has been collected and analysed in New Zealand.

All 25 of the known outdoor education organisations employing three or more full-time staff were invited to participate in a study that would extract and review data from their records about accidents and near accidents. Twelve agreed to participate.

The data collected is analysed in the context of various myths that are often heard referred to by the outdoor education community. These are that: 1. i.focusing on minor incidents prevents major accidents occurring,

2. ii.selecting activities with high perceived risk but low real risk reduces exposure to accidents,

3. iii.more accidents occur while under the supervision of male rather than female instructors,

4. iv.accidents are more likely in the afternoon than the morning, and

5. v.outdoor education is dangerous compared to other risks in life.

The results lend some support to the factual nature of “myths” iii and iv, but help consign “myths” i, ii and v to the category of folklore. These results provide insights that may assist in developing strategies to improve safety in outdoor education.

In view of the current size and importance of the outdoor education sector in New Zealand and its likely future growth, one of the main recommendations arising from this study is for the establishment of a national system to formally record and report incidents and accidents.

浅谈体育教学与素质教育

提倡素质教育，发展素质教育是新的历史时期发展的必然要求。它符合现阶段我国国民经济发展和社会体制的变化，是当今发展的必然走向。高等职业教育能否适应经济发展的需要，很大程度上取决于在培养人才的知识、技能、素质诸方面能否满足社会的需要。本文着重阐述高等职业体育教学与身体素质教育的关系以及实施素质教育过程中对体育教学的要求。     

探究大学生网球运动体能训练理念与方法

现代大学生普遍出现亚健康状态,为改善这一不良现象应加强业余运动,而短时间内进行高强度的网球运动可以很好地满足所需求的运动量,并且高层次的网球比赛可以让人心情愉悦,极大地丰富人民群众的闲暇时光。所有运动都离不开体能的支持,这也包括网球运动。本文主要从网球运动知识开始,讲述了网球运动的体能训练和相关的注意事项。     

Reducing suspension for minor infraction and improving school climate perceptions among black adolescents via cultural socialization: A multi-informant longitudinal study

Racially disparate school disciplinary practices create inequitable circumstances for minority and immigrant youth around the world. In the U.S., Black youth are more likely than their White peers to be suspended for minor, non-violent infractions. This study explores (a) whether school cultural socialization practices reported by Black students (N = 544; M_age (SD) = 12.45 (1.57); 49% boys) and teachers (N = 38; 84% female) were linked to a reduced likelihood of receiving suspensions for minor infractions and (b) the extent to which Black students' perceptions of school climate mediated this relation. Results indicated that school cultural socialization was linked to a decreased likelihood of being suspended for a minor infraction and improved school climate perceptions for Black students. Black students’ perception of school climate mediated the link between school cultural socialization and suspensions for minor infractions. These results highlight school cultural socialization as a promising approach for increasing cultural responsivity and equity within schools, reducing racial bias, and expunging unjust disciplinary responses.     

论体教融合与青少年全面发展权的法治保障——以青少年受教育权为中心

在全面依法治国背景下落实国家对体教融合作出的最新部署,需要进行相关的法治考量与保障。通过对受教育权在现代教育法中的中心地位及其发展演进与发展权契合关系的分析,依据我国宪法的规定,表明接受全面发展的教育应是我国青少年的重要权利,进而提出青少年全面发展权的命题,并以此出发进行体教融合法治保障的相关探讨。在深入阐释基于青少年全面发展权利诉求和内在需要而必须深化体教融合的基础上,指出了因体制机制障碍、相关执法欠缺、职业身份与受教育权冲突等对青少年全面发展权的不利影响和现实困境,进一步从营造相应法治氛围、从顶层制度上理顺关系、加大实施监督力度、系统完善法律法规等方面,提出了加强以实现全面发展权为旨归的体教融合法治保障的有关对策。
