高校学科团队中学术骨干的领导力研究

学术骨干是高校学科建设团队中的骨干力量,是学科实力提升和优势特色形成的关键因素。学术骨干作为学科团队中的引领人,在学科建设中发挥着重要作用,重视团队中学术骨干的领导力,对学科建设的内涵式发展有着至关重要的意义。目前,在学科建设中,学术骨干在学科引领中存在领导力观念滞后、学科内部体制机制不健全、学术骨干能力素质有待加强、学科团队文化建设薄弱等问题。为了提升高校学科团队中学术骨干的领导力,实现学科建设的可持续发展,高校应在加强领导力理论基础、健全学科内部治理体制机制、提升学术骨干自身能力、重视学科团队文化建设等方面进行综合考虑。     

基层电大教师的专业身份危机

由于电大运作模式的弊端、教师管理的失范、实践理念的偏差和教师专业发展的滞后造成了基层电大教师身份的内部分化和外部泛化的＂身份危机＂。基层电大教师的教学工作和课程开发明显分离,网络教学新的特征和内涵进一步细化了电大教师的角色,教师岗位职能的细化使教师角色同一化,基层电大大量的管理工作进一步泛化了教师的角色,这些都不利于教师的专业发展。基层电大应通过纯化教师角色和控制教师工作量来提高外部认同度,通过建立教师专业发展标准和教学知识评价机制、重视教学理念的先进性、强调教学创新能力来提高内部认同度。

The effect of smartphones and playing video games on decision-making in soccer players: A crossover and randomised study

ABSTRACT

The objective of this study was to analyse the effect of the use of social networks in smartphones or playing video games on the passing decision-making performance in professional soccer athletes. Participants were 25 male professional soccer athletes (mean ± SD: age 23.4 ± 2.8 years). The participants performed three randomised conditions divided into three groups: control (CON), smartphone (SMA), and video game (VID). Before and after each experimental condition, the Stroop Task assessed the level of induced mental fatigue. Then, the athletes performed a simulated soccer match. A CANON® camera recorded the matches for further analysis on passing decision-making performance. A group effect was identified (p < .01) with impairment on passing decision-making performance for the SMA (p = .01, ES = 0.5) and VID (p = .01, ES = 0.5) conditions. We concluded that the use of social networks on smartphones and/or playing video games right before official soccer matches might impair the passing decision-making performance in professional soccer athletes.

职业资格证书制度属于国家考试制度,学历证书制度属于国家教育 制度,二者对教育供求的调节产生了不同影响。在学历社会向资格社会转轨过程 中,要实现职业资格考试对教育供求的有效调节,就必须研究职业资格考试与教 育供求调节的关系,改革国家教育培训制度,更好地适应劳动力市场的需要,这是 优化人力资源配置、加强人力资源能力建设的重要课题。     

Neuromuscular and technical abilities related to age in water-polo players

Testing is one of the important tasks in any multi-step sport programme. In most ball games, coaches assess motor, physical and technical skills on a regular basis in early stages of talent identification in order to further athletes’ development. The purpose of the study was to investigate anthropometric variables and vertical jump heights as a free throw effectiveness predictor in water-polo players of different age groups. Two hundred and thirty-six young (10–18 years) male water-polo players partitioned into three age groups underwent anthropometric variables’ measures and squat- and countermovement-jump tests, and performed water-polo free throws. Anthropometric variables, vertical jump heights and throw speed – as a proxy for free throw effectiveness – resulted different over age groups. Particularly, throw speed changed from 9.28 to 13.70 m · s^?1 (+48%) from younger to older players. A multiple-regression model indicated that body height, squat-jump height and throw time together explain 52% of variance of throw speed. In conclusion, tall height, high lower limb power and throwing quickness appeared to be relevant determinants for effective free throws. Such indications can help coaches during talent identification and development processes, even by means of novel training strategies. Further research is needed over different maturity statuses.

文献梳理、适切性分析与路径选择:信息化教学类比赛促进职校教师专业发展研究

在国家积极推动教育信息化的时代背景下,信息化教学类比赛为职校教师的专业发展提供了新的路径选择。在文献梳理的基础上,厘清了教师专业发展的三个维度以及技术(特别是信息技术)促进教师专业发展的相关理论,指出了信息化教学类比赛促进职校教师专业发展是具有坚实理论支撑的,分析了信息化教学类比赛与职校教师专业发展所具有的适切性。结合信息化教学类比赛的实际案例,提出了信息化教学类比赛促进职校教师专业发展的路径:研学比赛文件、微课育人及利用网络构建学习共同体。
