乡村政权建设视角下的国民党敌后游击战初探

在中华民族的抗日战争中,国民党在组织正面战场的同时也开展了敌后游击战。国民党的敌后抗日游击战是以失败告终的。文章从乡村政权建设的视角分析了国民党敌后游击战走向失败的原因：国民党虽然在基层政府建构、基层政党建设、基层社团控制等方面加强了敌后乡村政权建设的力度,但其所采取的政策违背了敌后人民的利益,得不到敌后人民的支持,因而未能建立稳固的乡村政权。国民党乡村政权建设的失败是其敌后游击战难以长期坚持,最后走向失败的重要原因。     

抗战时期陪都重庆的“收复台湾运动”

抗战时期,台湾革命同盟会在重庆掀起一场声势浩大的收复台湾宣传运动,唤起大陆民众关注台湾问题,同时要求国民政府抗战胜利后收复台湾。台湾革命同盟会的复台运动有力地促进了国民政府收复台湾各项工作的开展,在中国抗日民族解放战争与光复台湾的伟大事业中发挥了应有的作用,谱写了两岸关系史的重要篇章。     

用单片机I/O引脚实现A/D功能的原理与应用

本文利用现行有些单片机输入，输出(I／O)引脚的输入阻抗高、输出驱动能力强的特性，分析了用I／O引脚实现模数转移的原理，并在此基础上，提出了这种方法在电阻测量、键盘检测中的应用。通过该方法的讨论可开阔解决问题的思路。

Humor in middle management: women negotiating the paradoxes of organizational life

Women in middle management continue to face multiple paradoxes arising from their structural and gendered locations that add to the uncertainty of negotiating organizational life. Investigating the lived experiences of women middle managers can illuminate the constraints and paradoxes endemic to organizing, for such experiences foreground tensions at the intersection of structure, identity, agency, and power. Specifically, this contextual investigation of conversational humor explores links between organizational status, gender, and paradox. In so doing, it demonstrates how women can use humor to negotiate managerial identities and to navigate organizational life. This study uncovers nuanced and important communication tactics of middle management women. This study also reveals the value of investigating the complex convergence of humor, gender, and organizational communication theory.     

Narrative Capacity,Resistance Performance,and the “Shape” of New Social Movement Networks

The current research explored two new social movement networks in the United States in order to demonstrate the impact of narrative capacity on the “shape” of an activist network. In particular, we found that activists in a network that demonstrated efficient narrative capacity described the hub organization in positive terms, while activists in a network that demonstrated poor narrative capacity held mixed perceptions about the hub. Some activists in the second network held positive perceptions about the organization, while others held negative perceptions. The observations from these two research sites led us to conceptualize activists' differing perceptions about their respective hub organizations as “distance” that they experienced from that hub. Therefore, two different star shapes emerged from our research: a symmetrical star and elongated star. Such findings demonstrate the importance for narrative capacity in the construction and maintenance of effective activist networks.     

耐力和抗阻运动对血脂代谢的影响

长期规律的体育运动均可有效地改善其不良的脂质结构,并能延缓因增龄而带来的不良影响,从而使冠心病的危险性显著降低。目前WHO已将体育运动过少列为冠心病的独立危险因素。因为运动训练对血脂水平的改善起到了至关重要的作用。本综述旨在阐明耐力运动和抗阻运动对血脂代谢的影响。     

Effect of loading on peak power of the bar,body, and system during power cleans,squats, and jump squats

Abstract

Nine males (age 24.7 ± 2.1 years, height 175.3 ± 5.5 cm, body mass 80.8 ± 7.2 kg, power clean 1-RM 97.1 ± 6.36 kg, squat 1-RM = 138.3 ± 20.9 kg) participated in this study. On day 1, the participants performed a one-repetition maximum (1-RM) in the power clean and the squat. On days 2, 3, and 4, participants performed the power clean, squat or jump squat. Loading for the power clean ranged from 30% to 90% of the participant's power clean 1-RM and loading for the squat and jump squat ranged from 0% to 90% of the participant's squat 1-RM, all at 10% increments. Peak force, velocity, and power were calculated for the bar, body, and system (bar + body) for all power clean, squat, and jump squat trials. Results indicate that peak power for the bar, body, and system is differentially affected by load and movement pattern. When using the power clean, squat or jump squat for training, the optimal load in each exercise may vary. Throwing athletes or weightlifters may be most concerned with bar power, but jumpers or sprinters may be more concerned with body or system power. Thus, the exercise type and load vary according to the desired stimulus.
