俄罗斯高等教育体制的源流考察及其创新发展

俄罗斯高等教育在经历了前苏联教育与科学分离、体制与意识形态僵化的发展时期后,后苏联时代开始积极寻求新的发展战略,直至今日为回应国家需求开始谋求教育与科学协同发展、调整高等教育结构类型、完善教育资源配置机制。我国在进行高等教育体制改革的进程中,也需要摆脱体制惯性依赖,强化法律调节机制、积极搭建创新人才培养平台、积极推进协同创新。     

俄语谐音记忆法：借助于“带语义的音标”的联想记忆

介绍三种记忆方法：一是谐音联想记忆法,这是文章最有新意之处也是重点所在。关键在于借助于＂谐音＂的发现,从而在中外文的语音与语义之间创造性地建构一个特殊的联想,以便于巩固记忆;二是强调构词法的活学活用,特别是尝试着将构词法与谐音方法糅合在一起,以便相互支撑,发挥更大效用;三是俄文-英文字母的对应关系记忆法,它必须与前面两种方法配合在一起,发挥积极的作用。

European Standards in Russian Higher Education and the Role of English: a case study of the National University of Science and Technology,Moscow (MISiS)

This article considers the current changes in Russian universities, especially moves towards a more outward-looking, international approach, driven in particular by the Bologna Process. It is noted that the speed of change has been uneven, with many institutions slow to embrace reform. The situation at the National University of Science and Technology, Moscow (MISiS) is taken as an example of an institution where reform is moving ahead rapidly. The role of English teaching is examined as a driver of change. Research that informs the reforms is reported and the wider impact of English language teaching on academic quality and institutional culture is described and evaluated.     

Private Higher Education in Russia: capacity for innovation and investment

This article considers the potential role of private institutions in the development of Russian higher education. After decades of a government centralised higher education system, there is a clear trend towards the privatisation of education institutions and the diversification of education practices. Some commentators consider this to indicate that the Russian State is losing control of education; others welcome private initiatives, both in formal and informal education. Russian higher education has also been greatly challenged by the current demographic gap: the total number of secondary school graduates expected in 2012 is half that of 2006. This strengthens the competition for the enrolment of students in private and public (federal and municipal) institutions. Based on recent interviews with senior management at a number of provincial private universities, this article suggests possible avenues for private universities to extend into the education market and considers the implications.     

俄语同音异义词探析

同音异义词是语言中极其重要而又十分普遍的现象,也是外语学习的难点之一。本文从俄语同音异义词的形式、同音异义词产生的原因、同音异义词在语言中的修辞功能三个方面进行论述,发现同音异义词贯穿与语言的各个层面,在很大程度上反映着语言所承载的文化。因此,很好的学习与掌握同音异义词有助于俄语学习。     

非熟练汉-俄双语学生的俄语词汇通达研究

笔者采用语义任务语音干扰和语音任务语义干扰的范式,考察母语为汉语的俄语学生俄语词汇通达语音、语义的作用。结果表明:语音任务中,被试对同义异音词的反应时较长,错误率高;语义任务中,被试对同音异义词反应时较长,错误率高。该结果证明母语为汉语的俄语学生俄语词汇通达中语音、语义共同起作用。实验结果支持词汇通达双通道模型。
