小断面平行导坑快速施工技术

随着铁路的“跨越式”发展,大规模铁路建设将全面展开,据不完全统计,未来几年将建设的铁路隧道工程总长度超过2500km,其中特长隧道要占隧道总长度的1/3。各条线的长大隧道均为重点控制性工程,为此加快隧道的施工进度意义重大。本文根据襄渝线增建二线安康至重庆段新大巴山隧道施工情况,从施工组织、钻爆、出碴、运输、通风等多个方面介绍了平行导坑快速施工技术,希望能够给类似工程提供参考。

高校足球选项课对学生体育锻炼能力的影响

在深入剖析高校大学生体育锻炼能力内涵的基础上,采用教学对比实验,分别对以足球专修大学生与体育普修的大学生学习一年后其所具备的体育锻炼能力作相应的评估与比较。结果显示,足球专修大学生在多项反映个人体育锻炼能力的因子上,明显强于体育普修大学生．对此作相关原因分析。     

论高教学刊的题区意识——编辑技术研究系列论文之十二

题区意识是个编辑技术命题。题区对于一册刊物来说是其版区方阵里的“排头”区域。其内涵界定为：题区、署名区、栏目区、说明区。高教学刊的题区意识研究在于通过探讨题区布局原则及题区设计操作上的外化方略和编辑素质成份的强化要素来优化题区形象以期提高刊物质量。由于题区意识不到位,题区失误时有发生,由此说明化题区意识的重要性。

Dynamics of submaximal effort soccer instep kicking

During a soccer match, players are often required to control the ball velocity of a kick. However, little information is available for the fundamental qualities associated with kicking at various effort levels. We aimed to illustrate segmental dynamics of the kicking leg during soccer instep kicking at submaximal efforts. The instep kicking motion of eight experienced university soccer players (height: 172.4 ± 4.6 cm, mass: 63.3 ± 5.2 kg) at 50, 75 and 100% effort levels were recorded by a motion capture system (500 Hz), while resultant ball velocities were monitored using a pair of photocells. Between the three effort levels, kinetic adjustments were clearly identified in both proximal and distal segments with significantly different (large effect sizes) angular impulses due to resultant joint and interaction moments. Also, players tended to hit an off-centre point on the ball using a more medial contact point on the foot and with the foot in a less upright position in lower effort levels. These results suggested that players control their leg swing in a context of a proximal to distal segmental sequential system and add some fine-tuning of the resultant ball velocity by changing the manner of ball impact.     

The effects of football match congestion in an international tournament on hip adductor squeeze strength and pain in elite youth players

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of a congested international tournament match schedule on adductor strength and pain in elite youth football players. Twenty-two male players (age: 15.53 ± 0.48 years, height: 174.87 ± 7.59 cm, weight: 67.45 ± 7.40 kg) were included. The 5-second adductor squeeze strength was captured daily using a hand-held dynamometer during a 7-game international tournament. Pain during the squeeze test was recorded using numerical pain ratings (0–10) to quantify groin pain. Sessional rate of perceived exertion (sRPE) was collected during the tournament. Adductor strength changed significantly during the tournament in relation to time (F(14,294.94) = 1.89, p = 0.027) and cumulative sRPE (F(1,314) = 5.59, p = 0.019). Cumulative sRPE displayed a negative relationship with strength (B = ?0.008, SE = 0.0032, 95%CI = ?0.014,-0.002). The results indicate that for every 100 match sRPE arbitrary units the squeeze peak force reduced by 0.8N. Sixteen (72.7%) players demonstrated clinically meaningful strength reductions (>15%) during the tournament. Match congestion impacts on hip adductor squeeze strength in male youth football players. A negative relationship between match sRPE and adductor strength exists. Player monitoring involving the 5-second adductor squeeze test can be captured effectively and is suitable to include as part of secondary injury prevention during or immediately after a congested tournament.
