模拟微重力对玉米根尖细胞核的影响

用水平旋转的方法模拟微重力环境来处理正萌发的玉米种子,探讨微重力条件对玉米根尖细胞核结构的影响．结果表明,在微重力的作用下,根尖分生区细胞出现较多的异形核及微核,同时还发现大量的异位核;在36h内,随着处理时间的增长,出现异形核、微核、异位核的频率增高,当处理时间进一步增长时,异形核、微核、异位核的出现频率有下降趋势．结论：模拟微重力对植物细胞核的形态、结构具有明显的诱变作用．     

密度泛函理论研究叠氮二氢铟多聚体的结构与性质

在DFT-B3LYP／lan12dz水平上计算研究了叠氮二氢铟多聚体（H2InN3）n（n=1～4）的结构和性质．（H2InN3）2～4多聚体的全优化几何构型均为环状构型,若单体连接方式为H2In—Nα-Nβ-Nγ,则多聚体通过一子体系叠氮基的α-N和另一子体系的In原子相连,即In—N—In结合方式．二聚体（H2InN3）2中含In2N2平面四元环结构．拥有船式和椅式两种构象的两个三聚体（H2InN3）3的结合能相近,均含In3N3六元环结构．具有In4N4八元环结构的四个四聚体的能量稍有差别．与单体相比,结构参数变化较大．同时报导了单体和多聚体在不同温度下的热力学性质,发现叠氮二氢铟体系是二聚体、三聚体和四聚体的平衡共存体．     

无纸化传真系统的若干问题总结与探讨

在多年对无纸化传真系统研究开发的基础上,讨论了开发中遇到的几个问题,对传真文件格式的定义、转换、存储提出了作者独特的解决方案,同时对利用互联网进行网络传真提出了自己的设想。     

基于线性规则的直流电机模糊控制

主要研究基于线性规则的直流电机模糊控制,控制器中采用线性模糊控制规则和Sum-Product推理,系统以LM3S101控制器为核心,采用红外测速电路测量电机转速,利用PWM脉宽调制模式控制电机,同时LM3S101通过串口将电机转速发送给PC机,动态显示控制结果。最终实验结果证明了系统具有良好的稳态和动态特性。     

CaO+SiO2+Al2O3+MgO+FeO 五元渣系中FeO 活度的研究

Activities of FeO in CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-FeO slags were determined at 1673 K by electrochemical of the solid electrolyte cell： Mo [Mo＋MoOu[ZrO2（MgO）[Fe＋（CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-FeO）＋Ag[Fe. The influences of slag compositions and basicity on FeO activities were analyzed. The results reveal that, for slags of fixed （%CaO）/（%SiO2） ratio, MgO and Al2O3 content, there was an increase of FeO activities with increase of FeO content. For slags with constant {（%CaO）＋ （%MgO）}/（%SiO2） ratio, fixed FeO and A1203 content, FeO activities decreased when MgO content increased from 5% to 10%, and increased with the increase of MgO content when it was over 10%. The FeO activities increased when （%CaO）/（%SiO2） ratio changed from 1.03 to 1.30 in the slags of constant MgO, FeO and Al2O3 content.     

壳聚堂钯配合物磁微球的合成及其在催化丙烯酸与碘代苯反应中的性能

A magnetic-separated catalyst of chitosan-palladium complex (Fe3O4-CS-Pd) based on chitosan coated Fe3O4 microspheres was prepared by the “bottom-up” approach. The catalytic behavior of the catalyst in the cross coupling reaction of acrylic acid (AA) with iodobenzene (ArI) was investigated. Compared with the traditional homogeneous palladium catalysts, the catalyst was easily separated and reused.     

3D displacement measurement by white light digital image analysis in frequency domination area

In this paper, white light digital image analysis in frequency domination area for measuring 3D displacement is put forward. The measuring system has the characteristics of wholefield, non-contact and omnibearing measurement. It is simple and the coherent light is not demanded. Gray images before and after deformation are recorded using two CCDs at two different shooting angles, then digitalized and analyzed by frequency domination correlation arithmetic. The 2D displacement obtained is used to formulate 3D displacement via mathematical transformation, The experimental plate is 40 mm in length, 30 mm in width and 10 mm in height. The definite displacement is given using a 3D precise adjusting frame. The 3D displacement is calculated and compared with the definite displacement. The error is 4%-11% and the availability of this method was certified. Using this method, the compression deformation of a thin-wall cylinder with 140 mm in height, 64 mm in inner diameter and 64,6 mm in external diameter, was also measured. This method is proper to measure dynamic deformation.
