湖南省武术馆校现状和可持续发展的对策研究

通过文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法,在了解湖南省武术馆校的整体状况的基础上,对实现湖南省武术馆校可持续发展的影响因素进行分析,提出相应对策建议．     

论学术期刊优先数字出版的质量与速度平衡

通过中国知网数字出版平台,调查了50种学术期刊进行优先数字出版的文献编辑质量及发表时滞缩短情况.结果发现:优先数字出版的稿件所处阶段越早,发表时滞缩短越明显;但稿件的编辑质量较差,待正式出版时改动较大.由此可见,期刊优先数字出版应兼顾质量与速度,不断摸索并选择最恰当的优先出版模式.     

Understanding storage environmental stability during power outages: A key issue in sub-tropical climates

Efficient air-conditioning systems facilitate climate control in modern museums, libraries, and archives. The climate in Hong Kong is typically hot and humid, so the survival of collections is highly dependent on 24-hour air-conditioning systems to maintain the desired environment in repositories of archives and books, or artefact stores. The continuous operation of such systems in turn relies on a number of factors, such as uninterrupted electricity supply, an active maintenance programme, daily monitoring of their performance and quick response to irregularities as well as backup or alternative systems to support the air-conditioning load in case they are down for servicing. From the risk management point of view, unlike the latter four factors, electricity supply is an external factor that cannot be guaranteed. Fluctuation in the power level that results in stoppage of air-conditioning equipment is not uncommon even in well-developed countries. Long power outages could be catastrophic as they might lead to irreversible damage to collection items as a result of fast, large, changes in temperature and relative humidity (RH) towards the external environment if the air-tightness or hygrothermal stability of the storage are not good enough. Understanding storage environmental stability, especially during electrical power disruptions, is an essential part of the preservation measures and disaster preparedness necessary to protect valuable collections in cultural heritage institutions in the region.     

保安员队伍稳定性研究

我国现代保安服务业兴起于２０世纪８０年　代中期，是实行对内搞活、对外开放和商品经济发展的产物。文章通过以武汉市保安服务总公司保安员为研究对象，运用社会学、社会心理学理论，分析影响他们职业稳定性的内在因　素和职业环境的若干因素，并且提出解决问题的相应对策。     

核心稳定训练对篮球运动员核心区域肌电、身体素质的影响

以中国戏曲学院篮球男运动员为研究对象,运用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法对核心稳定性训练对篮球运动员核心区域肌电身体素质影响进行实验研究,探讨核心稳定性训练对篮球运动员的影响。对身体素质指标以及核心区域肌电进行实验前和实验后测试。训练每周2次,每次60min,在8周的核心稳定性训练后对核心区域肌电、身体素质的各项指标进行了测试。结果:实验后经测试发现实验组中反映核心区域肌电、身体素质的各项指标都有了及其显著性的提高(P<0.01)。结论:核心稳定性训练能够有效的提高核心区域肌电、身体素质,有助于运动技能的发挥和身体素质的提高。     

Foreign players and competitive balance in Greek basketball and handball championships

One of the key issues of team sport championships is competitive balance. One of the dimensions of competitive balance is concerned with the differences in sporting capabilities of teams within a season. The aim of this study is to evaluate competitive balance in Greek basketball and handball championships in relation to the presence and number of foreign players. The examined periods are from 1965–1966 to 2012–2013 (n = 47) for basketball and from 1983–1984 to 2012–2013 (n = 30) for handball. Foreign players appeared in basketball starting from 1988 while in handball from 1999. For each season and sport, two global and three special indices that capture competitive balance in the multileveled championship structure were calculated. Results showed that the number of foreign players per team is dependent on the country's macroeconomic status and in its turn improves the overall competitiveness, as well as competitiveness at the relegation level. In handball foreign players appeared later and in lesser numbers than in basketball. The increase in competitiveness of the national basketball league as a result of the increase in numbers of foreign players across all teams was followed by an upsurge in the quality, performance and achievements of the top teams participating in the European competitions.     

功能动作测试在中学生基本运动能力评价中的应用

目的：采用功能性动作测试系统（Functional Movement Screen,FMS）评价青少年在完成不同功能动作模式时身体各部分的稳定性、对称性和灵活性,研究其基本运动能力及影响因素。方法：以上海市某中学中随机挑选的100名初中生为研究对象,对他们进行7个特定动作的测试并评分,并对测试结果进行统计分析。结果：FMS测试总分满分为21,受试对象FMS总分均分为14.89,总体水平偏低;女生肩关节灵活性和直腿抬高测试得分显著高于男生,但总分上男女生无显著差异;青少年在完成动作时普遍存在身体晃动、力量不足和两侧肌力不对称现象,髋、膝、踝关节灵活性受限且稳定性较差,脊柱的屈伸能力不足,两侧盂肱关节和髋关节的活动能力不对称。在旋转稳定性、跨栏架和直线弓箭步３个测试中这些不足尤为明显。结论：青少年基本运动能力水平较低,大多数人需要进行矫正训练;男女生总体上的表现差异不显著,但女生在肩部灵活性和直腿抬高测试的表现要优于男生,故男生需加强肩部和髋部关节的灵活性锻炼。     

女子跳水单人10m台动作稳定性研究——以2015年喀山游泳世锦赛跳水比赛为例

采用文献资料、数理统计、逻辑分析、观察等方法对2015年世界游泳锦标赛跳水比赛女子跳水单人10m台的比赛成绩、动作难度、动作组别、最后得分进行对比分析研究,提出影响中国女子跳水单人10m台动作稳定性的因素,为备战2016年里约奥运会女子跳水单人10m台项目的训练提供科学理论依据。     

对普通高校武术教学现状的探讨

通过对普通高校武术教学现状的调查访问。分析了高校武术教学内容的设置、教学模式、教学方法及手段等方面存在的问题。就这些问题进行探讨并提出建议。
