基于“1+X”证书制度的活页式教材开发与设计

“1+X”证书制度与活页式教材是我国职业教育当下和未来的重点建设方向,两者融合的教材可称为“课证”活页式教材。企业任务导向和职业技能等级标准既是“课证”活页式教材的重要特征也是其开发与设计的关键,以新能源汽车专业为例,提供了“课证”活页教材开发设计流程和基本思路,并强调了建立动态评价和反馈机制的重要性。     

运用哈伯特学习法进行“3＋X”历史总复习的尝试

面对“3＋X”高考新形势，要在高考中让X（即文科综合科目）取得优异成绩，就决不能“原地踏步”，必须认真分析高考“3＋X”的新情况，在继承传统的基础上再作创新，找出应对新策略。笔者通过教学实践发现，将哈伯特学习法引入“3＋X”历史总复习，能收到良好的效果。目前，我们运用哈伯特学习法进行“3＋X”历史高考总复习的尝试，已取得了一些经验，形成了一套模式，命名为“哈伯特历史复习法”。     

一种新的电视卫星自主导航技术

为减轻地面测控站的负担,提高电视卫星自主导航的能力,本文提出一种基于X射线脉冲星的电视卫星自主导航技术.该技术利用脉冲星辐射的X射线信号,自主确定航天器的时间、姿态、位置和速度,为电视卫星的自主导航提供了一种新的思路.     

脆性X染色体综合征的临床检测方法研究

目的是建立一种简便、快捷的脆性X染色体综合征的临床检测方法.在常规PCR的基础上,采用热启动法,同时加入PCR增强剂Btaine、DMSO,对20例表型正常人群外周血样本进行FMR1基因（CGG）n重复序列检测.结果表明,改良后的FMR1基因PCR扩增技术能够高效扩增CG富集区,采用该方法我们检测了20例外周血样本均获得目标片段,PCR扩增产物片段长度400～500bp（相当于n=20～53）.因此,该方法简便、快速、经济而且重复性好,可用于群体普查和门诊快速筛查脆性X染色体综合征.     

Ultrasonic tomography and its applications in oilfield

INTRODUCTION Oil and water well is an important basic estab- lishment in oilfields. In many oilfields, there are many different damages in the well’s casing walls after its development for a period of time. They will affect the normal production of damaged wells and adversely influence the neighbouring wells and the block, and threaten steady production. There are different kinds of damages due to multiple problems in the casing walls, for example, corrosion, perforation, decreased diame…     

冷轧纯铝板在不同温度退火后的织构

通过对单向冷轧的纯铝板在140℃，200℃，300℃，380℃退火，用X射线衍射物相分析，研究冷轧纯铝板在退火前和各温度退火后的织构，结果表明，在140－300℃的中低温退火后，板中的形变强织构被削弱，产生新的退火织构；在380℃的高温退火后，板中的形变强织构被进一步增强。     

Infrared Absorption Spectra of Serpentine Cat＇s Eye from Sichuan Province of China

Infrared （IR） absorption spectra and X-ray powder diffraction （XRD） patterrns of sexpenfine cat＇s eye from Sichuan Province have been investigated, and infrared absorption bands of the serpentine have been assigned in this paper. The results indicate that the bands near 3 600 - 3 700 cm^-1 belong to the stretching absorption band VOH, the bands in 948 - 1 100 cm^-1 axe assigned to the stretching vibraling band Usvo, and the bands at 600 570 and 440 cm^-1 respectively belong to the bending vibration band VOH, δMg-O and δSi-O. The serpentine cat＇ s eye includes two types： chrysotile and antigorite. Chrysotile has a sharp and intensive band at 3 688 cm^-1 and a weak band at 3 643 cm^-1 , while antigorite has only one intensive band in the region. At vibration band VSi-O, chrysotile and antigorite have a similar feature at 1 071 cm^-1, but the band at 980 cm^-1 in anfigorite has been split into two bands in chrysotile - a strong one at 1 027 cm^-1 and a weak one at 949 cm^-1. In addition, antigorite has a characteristic bending vibrating band δMg-O at 570 cm^-1. Based on the analysis of the feature of crystal structure, their IR differences axe well explained.
