[目的/意义]当前有关论文合著的研究大多以主题或学科为研究对象,很少从整个研究机构的角度去探讨各个机构之间的学术合著情况。[方法/过程]本研究选取2007-2016年在Web of Science发表的图书情报学方面的期刊文章,利用书目计量及社会网络分析两种工具,对其论文合著情况进行分析。[结果/结论]研究显示M大学在图书情报学领域的学术合著已经成为普遍趋势,同时论文合著活跃度分别与学术生产力和学术影响力轻度正相关。本文的研究结果为后续研究机构分析学术研究网络提供参考。  相似文献

通过对贵州省贫困地区中小学校长基本信息、个人素质、教育思想的调查与分析 ,发现大部分校长的情况良好 ,部分校长存在一些不容忽视的问题 ,即基本条件不达标、敬业精神不够、学校管理流于一般、知识功底较薄弱、缺乏现代教育质量观。为此 ,本研究提出了相应的建议。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

This case study presents a conceptual model of researcher performance developed by Deakin University Library, Australia. The model aims to organize research performance data into meaningful researcher profiles, referred to as researcher typologies, which support the demonstration of research impact and value. Three dimensions shaping researcher performance are identified: researcher practices, career stage, and activity space. We argue this model serves two practical functions for Deakin Library and librarians: (a) to develop a holistic understanding of what constitutes researcher performance in the contemporary higher education environment in Australia; and (b) to translate this understanding into a service needs diagnostic tool for the development of the Research Metrics and Advisory Service (ReMAS), a strategic library service providing systematic research metrics support to Deakin researchers, schools, and faculties. We argue that both the model and its practical applications may be adapted by other academic libraries within their national and higher education contexts.  相似文献

This paper reports on an Australian study that explored the costs and benefits of the National Assessment Programme, Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN) testing, both tangible and intangible, of Year 9 students in three Queensland schools. The study commenced with a review of pertinent studies and other related material about standardised testing in Australia, the USA and UK. Information about NAPLAN testing and reporting, and the pedagogical impacts of standardised testing were identified, however little about administrative costs to schools was found. A social constructivist perspective and a multiple case study approach were used to explore the actions of school managers and teachers in three Brisbane secondary schools. The study found that the costs of NAPLAN testing to schools fell into two categories: preparation of students for the testing; and administration of the tests. Whilst many of the costs could not be quantified, they were substantial and varied according to the education sector in which the school operated. The benefits to schools of NAPLAN testing were found to be limited. The findings have implications for governments, curriculum authorities and schools, leading to the conclusion that, from a school perspective, the benefits of NAPLAN testing do not justify the costs.  相似文献

在中国,研究学术系统权力类型的学者,通常将学术领域的权力分为行政权力和学术权力。这样的划分方式反映的是学术领域权力类型的简单表象,并不能说明性地描述学术领域的诸多事实。笔者认为,使用韦伯的社会学基本概念框架来划分学术领域的权力类型,将分析引向学术领域的行政体系,会更准确和深刻地反映当代中国学术领域的合法统治及其根源。  相似文献

This article presents the results of a single case study from a cooperation school in the Netherlands. A cooperation school is the result of a merger between a public and a denominational school. Pupils from secular and religious backgrounds meet in the classroom. This religious diversity in this school is explored by an empirical research study. The research question was how key values of the school and of its teachers are exerted in religious education. Content analysis of interviews and videos of the ‘moment of contemplation’ show that there is a discrepancy between the school values and the practice of this moment. Conclusions concerning a social and a substantive perspective are drawn in the light of theoretical insight concerning diversity in religious education.  相似文献

During the past twenty years, higher education institutions in China have gained enormous rights due to both the streamlining of administration and the decentralization of the government. Their legal status has hence changed dramatically. However, the expansion of their rights has also brought about the possibility of higher education institutions profiting by pursuing development. The influence of the market has begun to permeate higher education institutions, and this change has shown some characteristics of induced institutional changes.
