知行统一观在篮球比赛中的运用研究

以全国航空管理系统篮球赛14个队的知行能力获胜率为研究对象，运用问卷调查等方法，对知行统一观在篮球比赛中的运用情况进行研究。结果显示：比赛是知行能力的竞争，知行统一是通变的基础；比赛中知的核心是知已知彼的认识过程，行的原则是避实击虚的实践过程。

多团队系统协作机制的结构方程模型研究——以高新技术企业NPD多团队系统为例

以高新技术企业NPD多团队系统为研究对象,在对MTS理论进行梳理和对NPD团队间协作过程分析的基础上,提出了基于团队过程的NPD多团队系统协作模型。通过问卷调查与验证性因子分析对模型与数据拟合度进行了评价,分别构建了过渡过程协作和行动过程协作的结构方程模型,并考察了两个过程之间的路径影响关系。结果表明,模型拟合度良好,过渡过程协作对行动过程协作有正向影响。     

知识型员工行为能力的因素结构研究

 知识型员工有效工作能力的提升是知识型企业可持续发展的关键。立足中国情景,以中国知识型员工为研究对象,遵循系统性的原则,综合考虑有效行为产生的两个重要方面,将知识型员工的个体能力分为知识与技术能力和行为能力两个维度,在此基础上重点探讨了知识型员工行为能力的因素结构。采用行为事件访谈法（BEI）对知识型员工进行关键事件收集并确定关键行为域,在此基础上编制了调查问卷,以来自中国知识型企业的调查数据为依据,采用探索性因素分析方法获得了知识型员工行为能力维度的构想因素结构;采用验证性因素分析方法检验了构想因素结构的合理性。研究发现,知识型员工的行为能力包括行动与目标簇、基本行为簇、影响力簇与管理簇4个因素,而且4个因素的标准载荷系数均高于0.8,说明4个因素很好地反映了行为能力;同时,在这4个因素之下又包括18项具体的能力要素,各能力要素对各个簇群均具有较好的解释力度。     

标准参照评估的行动实践 ——以香港中文大学通识教育基础课程为案例

香港特别行政区高校从2015年开始，学生学业评估陆续由常模参照评估转为标准参照评估。本文以香港中文大学通识教育基础课程实施标准参照评估的行动为案例，分析了这项新的学业评估方式在实施中所遇到的问题，讨论了解决方法并提出实施模型。该模型包含评分量表的设计与开发、量表使用、教师意见反馈与量表修改，以及评分之后的集体讨论这一套实施流程。文章最后指出，要保证标准参照评估的有效实施，需建立教师实践共同体。实践共同体的行动包括：教师共同开发评估标准，通过集体讨论对评估标准的含义和使用达成共识，共同审视评估结果，根据评估结果进一步修改和完善评估标准。     

Peer Teachers With Autism Teaching 3D Modeling

ABSTRACT

Few autism programmes address the needs of adolescents and young adults, and those that do are unlikely to include individuals with autism in the design and evaluation of the programme. This study involved nine youth with autism (ages 16–25) in the development and evaluation of a peer teaching programme where they taught three-dimensional modelling to other students with autism spectrum disorder. The methodology was participant-oriented research where the students with autism were co-designers and programme evaluators in the research. This approach highlighted their unique strengths and abilities and shifted the power such that they were leaders and not simply the recipients of knowledge from instructors. Four themes emerged through the qualitative analysis of the students’ perceptions of the peer teaching programme: 1) the meaning of peer teaching, 2) motivations for peer teaching, 3) challenges and 4) coping with the challenges of the role.

Local language a medium of instruction: challenges and way forward

The paper reports on a participatory action research study conducted in six rural primary schools in Uganda in 2013 to establish why children taught in the local language had difficulties in reading and writing. Findings through interviews, focus group discussions, reviews of exercise books and lesson observations indicated that though it was easier for pupils to learn the concepts in the local language; challenges ranging from poor translation, inadequate teachers’ language proficiency, lack of instructional materials, high pupils’ enrolment, lack of administrative support and teacher-centred approach of teaching, affected pupils’ learning to read and write. Participants recommended adopting the child-centred pedagogy, incorporating instructional materials, conducting continuous assessment and recording pupils’ competencies attained in reading and writing. Teachers need to engage more in Participatory action research in order to reflect on their practices and pupils’ learning, and collaboratively decide what works best and what needs improvement in their classrooms.     

A response to strategies and tactics through participatory action research in a developmental mathematics course

This paper explores the value of participatory action research in a community college developmental mathematics course. The authors used the framework of critical mathematics education in order to understand the critical conversations of students about their learning experiences, and also to help the instructor of the course develop the curriculum that attended to student experiences. The authors also draw on Michel de Certeau’s ideas about strategies and tactics to understand how students responded to their past learning experiences. Data results from the study show that students can gain a better understanding of their own learning and subsequently develop deeper content knowledge when they are more involved in the teaching and learning process. Lastly, the authors conclude that as adult learners grow in their understanding of the learning processes and of the content being presented, participatory action research can play an important role in the entire development of thinking and intellectual engagement.
