博士后考核评价工作的理性思考

本文通过对博士后考核实践和理论分析，基于鼓励博士后的创新性研究，促进其科技成果转化的思想，对博士后考核评价的办法及其标准提出了一些建设性的建议。     

道德法律化:当前道德建设的重要途径

随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展，我国道德状况出现了紊乱和“滑坡”的现象。这在很大程度上是由于道德规范的软约束机制造成的，因此，应从道德与法律的内在规律出发，结合道德法律化的历史和现实的实践经验，强化道德软约束，加强道德法律化建设。

高中历史课程改革,不仅打破了历史学科体系,而且未能顾及学科整体性的一般要求。模块的形式是新的,但此形式于学习视野、学习内容和学习方法,也未能较好的体现学科应有的现代意义。为什么如此切割历史学习内容;历史教学的活力究竟在哪里;历史课程改革的基本方向是什么等,需要历史教学工作者做进一步的思考。

数学"核心思想"代数思维教学研究

全美数学教师理事会关于“为每个人的代数”的报告,促使了越来越多的数学教育专家开始关注代数思维的教学研究,提出了代数核心思想作为贯穿整个中小学代数教学的主线.代数思维的教学主要涉及两个方面:发展数学思维工具和基本代数思想的学习.代数核心思想包括:数、运算方法和关系、性质、比例、等价、比较、变量、模式、关系和函数、方程和不等式.     

Supporting students’ assignment writing: what lecturers do in a Master of Education programme

Teachers’ instructional practices surrounding written assignments have been little researched, despite writing remaining the primary means of assessment in higher education, including postgraduate professional development programmes. In this paper, we report a study that explored what a sample of lecturers in a Master of Education programme at an English-medium university in Hong Kong did to support students’ assignment writing. We integrate perspectives provided by the relevant higher education literature, the academic literacies approach and North American rhetorical genre studies to shed light on the findings derived from our analyses of interview and documentary data. We showed that our lecturer participants both engaged in direct instruction on assignment writing and provided indirect support. Our study contributed to the existing literature and raised questions for future research.     

美国课程标准之评价标准的比较、评价与借鉴

90年代以来,美国掀起了席卷全国的以标准为基础的教育改革运动.各州相应制定自己的学科课程标准.然而各州标准优劣参半,不一而同.为了促进所有州课程标准的提高,许多组织机构提出了他们的评价标准,开展了评价各州课程标准的运动.本文遴选影响较大的三个组织的评价标准,进行对比,予以评价.最后在合理借鉴的基础上,尝试提出我国新课程标准之评价标准.     

Inter-subject comparability of examination standards in GCSE and GCE in England

Results from Rasch analysis of GCSE and GCE A level data over a period of four years suggest that the standards of examinations in different subjects are not consistent in terms of the levels of the latent trait specified in the Rasch model required to achieve the same grades. Variability in statistical standards between subjects exists at both individual grade level and the overall subject level. Findings from this study are generally consistent with those from previous studies using similar statistical models. It has been demonstrated that the alignment of statistical standards between subjects based on the Rasch model would likely result in substantial change in performance standards of the examinations for some subjects evidenced here by significant changes in grade boundary scores and grade outcomes. It is argued that the defined purposes of GCSE and A level qualifications determine how their results should be interpreted and reported and that the existing grading and results reporting procedures are appropriate for supporting these purposes.     

会计标准非正式执行机制研究

本文主要通过基本的博弈理论对会计标准执行机制进行研究,表明正式执行机制存在局限性,进而提出需要强化两种非正式执行机制,一是道德机制,二是声誉机制.有效的会计标准非正式执行机制应是道德机制和声誉机制良好结合的结果.最后提出我国建设会计标准非正式执行机制的主要对策.
