The NASCAR experience: Examining the influence of fantasy sport participation on ‘non-fans’

While NASCAR has traditionally been among the most watched sports in the US, the brand has suffered due to economic conditions and waning interest. As a result, NASCAR has focused its promotional efforts on new marketing and revenue-generating strategies to raise awareness of the sport. One way to increase awareness is through fantasy sports, which have seen a marked uptick in global popularity. However, using fantasy sports to activate involvement among self-described non-fans of a particular sport remains a relatively unexplored area. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of fantasy sports on attitude and certain behavioral factors using a mixed-method, comparison group design. Employing the path analytic model to examine relationships among variables, results indicate significant differences between study conditions and regression analyses show how patronage intentions were influenced. Focus group data buttress the quantitative results and support the use of fantasy sports as a way to convert self-identified sport non-fans into involved fans.     

4MW斩波串级调速系统的应用研究

本文主要讲述的是将状态空间平均法应用于4MW电动机斩波串级调速系统,解决了4MW电机斩波串级调速的控制系统的设计问题。利用状态空间平均法,将绝缘栅双极型晶体管（IGBT）和续流二极管（FWD）考虑为非理想元器件。实验表明,相比于传统串级调速系统,该控制系统可靠稳定,静态特性和动态特性更好,功率因数也更高。工业生产中,采用这种控制系统的设备运行良好,节能效果显著。

“The Courage to Express Myself”: Muslim women's narrative of self-empowerment and personal development through university studies

The purpose of this research is to understand the process of self-empowerment that religious and non-religious Muslim women living in Israel experienced during their university studies. The principal results indicate a narrative of self-empowerment which develops through three stages: (a) awareness of gender regulation; (b) moral resistance; and (c) self-empowerment through university studies. Major study findings reveal that women do indeed undergo a deeply personal process of self-empowerment, which then encourages a growing awareness to their own inner strengths and ability to draw on such power in other aspects of life.

消费者行为意向的前因与作用机理研究述评

在消费者行为研究领域,行为意向的前因及其作用机理研究一直备受关注。通过对典型研究成果的回顾发现,既有研究呈现出了一定的动态发展特征,且围绕三条主要线索展开:即以质量、价值、满意为主要前置变量;以理性行为等理论为基础;引入新变量或重塑既有模型。基于上述分析,提出了完善相关研究的建议。     

农业企业绿色创业导向驱动机制： 一项模糊集定性比较分析

探讨如何激活农业企业绿色创业以解决日益窘迫的环境问题,以我国207家农业企业为案例样本,基于集合论思想,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法(fsQCA),从环境、组织两个层面分析政府环境规制、市场压力、管理者环境认知以及绿色价值观等4个条件因素对绿色创业导向形成的多重因果机制。研究发现:缺乏市场压力是导致非高绿色创业导向的必要条件;高绿色创业导向的驱动机制分为3条路径,非高绿色创业导向的驱动机制分为2条路径,且与高绿色创业导向的驱动机制呈非对称关系。研究结论对推动农业企业绿色创业实践的启示包括:政府必须进一步做好政策宣传,企业要引进有绿色创业愿景的管理者,学校也要加强对学生生态文明意识的教育以及培养其社会责任感;在推动绿色创业中要把握好关键核心要素;企业管理者应当根据内部价值观和文化以及外部规制和市场竞争状况选择适合的绿色创业提升方向。
