乡村振兴战略下农村公共体育服务的协同治理研究——基于多元主体协同治理模型

农村公共体育服务作为农村体育中的基本组成部分,其发展与治理是实现乡村振兴的重要内容,是提升体育治理能力现代化和实现体育强国梦的必经之路。运用文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法,结合乡村振兴战略的时代背景,基于协同治理的基本理论,把握农村公共体育服务协同治理的现实动因,分析农村公共体育服务协同治理中存在的均等化供给落实不到位、服务管理体制结构失衡、市场经济模式功能缺失、农民需求表达体系欠缺等现实问题。通过构建农村公共体育服务多元主体协同治理模型,确保治理公正平等、完善政府职能结构、促进机制融合发展、激发需求主体活力等方面实现农村公共体育服务有效治理。     

邻近性视角下长三角协同创新绩效影响因素实证研究

以江浙沪三地为研究对象,结合三地2008—2016年的面板数据,探讨制度临近性、认知邻近性和经济邻近性等因素对协同创新绩效的影响。实证结果表明,经济邻近性和制度邻近性能够促进协同创新绩效的提升;认知邻近性与协同创新绩效的关系呈倒U形。模型测度结果显示,江浙沪地区之间的认知邻近性较高,已对协同创新绩效产生抑制作用;经济邻近性和制度邻近性对跨区域协同创新绩效尚处于正向影响阶段。最后基于实证结果提出政策建议。     

支撑学科协同创新的云系统平台比较研究

[目的] 在协同创新的工作宗旨下,目前的学科信息系统逐步向协同工作性、信息资源的高度集成化、服务的主动性方面发展,图书馆在选择上遇到了困难,需要有一种合理的分析方法对其进行比较分析。[方法]从协同工作下的信息资源集成化趋势分析,剖析云环境服务体系架构,以协同性、主动性、集成性、云环境、资源获取等多角度比对分析现有平台的特点。[结论]总结出建设面向学科协同创新的信息资源集成与服务系统的特征与趋势,为未来系统构建提供建设框架与参考。     

北京冬奥会推动京津冀冰雪旅游发展效应及协同推进策略研究

摘要：以冬奥会进入“北京周期”后为契机,采用文献资料和实地调查等研究方法,对北京冬奥会推动京津冀冰雪旅游发展效应及协同推进策略进行了研究。研究认为：北京冬奥会推动京津冀冰雪旅游发展的效应明显,主要表现在北京市冰雪场馆建设数量明显增加、连续举办的国际冰雪赛事和国内冰雪赛事促进冰雪旅游发展的影响力明显提升、冰雪旅游融合效应显著;天津市冰雪旅游协同发展目标明确深耕细作释放新活力效果显著、冰雪旅游民生工程建设落实有声、“冰雪旅游+文化”深度融合带来红利;河北省在滑雪场和滑冰场数量逐年提升、以张家口为核心的冰雪旅游发展区位优势明显、生态冰雪旅游发展成效显著。据此提出构建京津冀冰雪体育产业链,促进京津冀冰雪旅游产业经济生态圈建设的可持续发展;以全域旅游发展理念为引领,构建多元化的京津冀冰雪旅游公共服务体系;构建完善的京津冀生态冰雪旅游资源开发与环境保障体系的北京冬奥会推动京津冀冰雪旅游发展效应的协同推进策略。     

我国体育健身产业研究：“十二五”回顾与“十三五”前瞻

以文献研究、理论分析为主要研究方法,对“十二五”期间我国体育健身产业研究现状进行了回顾,并对“十三五”期间的研究主题进行了瞻望。研究认为,“十二五”期间我国体育健身产业研究既取得了一定的成绩,也存在一些问题,突出表现在研究力度不大、理论借鉴不足、对市场需求关注不够等方面。在此基础上,结合国家政策以及体育健身产业的发展趋势,提出了“十三五”期间的主要研究议题,包括体育健身产业供给侧结构性改革研究、“互联网+”背景下体育健身产业研究、社会资本视角下体育健身企业发展研究以及区域体育健身产业协同发展研究等4个方面。     

“Looking back (and forth)”: Acknowledging the people who make personal narratives plausible

The past decade has seen a noticeable rise in the number of people embracing autoethnography as an “alternate” research methodology. As a result, a plethora of first-person narratives and pieces of creative non-fiction now exist for truth-seeking scholars to access for authentic inspiration. The author’s unique contribution to the ongoing conversations was first inspired by the professional confessions of a friend and former colleague. Sociological introspection, packaged as a piece of creative non-fiction, should stimulate sociological imagination, evoking a memorable, equally meaningful reaction. In this paper, the author’s goals is to inspire rather than inform, encouraging readers to take time to think about their sport management memories and the meanings attached to their sport management experiences. Readers should question the plausibility of producing professional narratives of self. Readers are encouraged to have a conversation between themselves and the various leaders, legends, and legacy-makers they have followed in order to become who they are. The author encourages readers to reflect on the things they have seen, the places they have been, and the lived experiences they have produced along the way. Readers are prompted to consider the costs and consequences of presenting autoethnography through the guide of creative non-fiction.     

Making sense of the development of inclusive practices

Schools in England are currently being asked to pay greater attention to the issue of educational inclusion. This paper reports some of the findings of a collaborative action research Network that was set up to address the implications of this trend. The Network involves teams of university researchers in working with practitioners in order to encourage the development of inclusive practices. As a result of this work, it is argued that the development of such practices is not about adopting ‘recipes’ of the sort described in much of the existing literature. Rather, it involves social learning processes that occur within a given workplace. The paper attempts to provide deeper understandings of what these processes involve. To assist in this analysis use is made of the idea of ‘communities of practice’, as developed by Etienne Wenger, focusing specifically on the way he sees learning as a characteristic of practice. It is argued that the development of inclusive practices involves collaborative working arrangements; that they can be encouraged by engagement with various forms of evidence that interrupt ways of thinking; and that the space that is created through such interruptions can enable those involved to recognize overlooked or, indeed, new possibilities for moving practice forward.     

The work of women teachers in primary literacy education: knowing and doing

This paper provides a retrospective account of three decades of my work as a literacy educator and researcher. Taking key insights from feminist sociologist, Dorothy Smith, including women's standpoint, the everyday world as problematic, institutional capture, a sociology for the people, I revisit my research on literacy, poverty and schooling. I argue that understanding better the effects of what we do in educational institutions, through collaborative research with teachers, can lead us to generate positive alternative equity‐driven practices.     

基于协同创新的欧盟创新驿站平台机制研究

立足中小企业技术创新现状,明确创新平台对其创新能力提升的路径价值。围绕"创新平台作用机制是什么"及"如何实现协同创新"两大问题,以欧盟创新驿站为例,对其形成背景、发展概况、组织架构、业务流程及特点等描述分析。以知识在业务体系中流动及转变为视角,对知识创造准备、知识创造、知识应用所构成的知识创新机制进行分析,并对监督、协调、信任、合作为主要内容的平台治理机制进行研究,进而总结对中国相关实践的适用性及借鉴价值。     

协同创新的动态演进机制

协同创新是一个系统工程,需要整合分散的创新活动,建立各主体共同参与的动态演进机制,才能形成官产学研用协同创新生态系统。基于CAS理论,本文从协同创新的主体及其行为的复杂适应性、协同驱动的要素及其相互关系、协同演进的路径三方面对协同创新的动态演进机制进行研究,以期丰富和完善协同创新理论,构筑和充实协同创新的框架。
