农村社区建设与构建农村和谐社会

农村社区是农村社会的细胞和基本单元,是农村社会管理的基础。构建农村和谐社会必须把每一个农村社区建设成和谐社区。建设农村和谐社区必须从农村社区的特征、社会结构、变迁以及农村与城市的大背景去着眼构建。     

对快乐体育教学的几点思考

在旧的大学公共体育教学目标、教学大纲、教师的教学方法等因素的综合作用下，大学公共体育课显得郁闷而无生气。其弊端与误区在于：1．以一个标准要求不同的人；2．以较为标准的动作要求非体育专业的学生；3．忽视学生的主体性，泯灭学生自觉学习的动力；4．课堂组织呈现“机械化”刻板、单调；5．学生“为教而学”或为“考试而学”，而不是“为己而学”等等。郁闷的公共体育课挫伤了一部分学生的积极性，体育课的其他功能(如文化性、娱乐性、品德教育等)得不到应有的发挥。因此，必须改革现有的公共体育课，改革的第一步，就是使之成为快乐教学课，让更多的学生喜欢体育课和参与课外运动，并逐渐形成大学生体育教育文化。     

Developing a virtual engineering management community

The paper reviews the lessons of planning and running an Engineering Management practitioner development programme in a partnership between BP and the University of Manchester. This distance-learning programme is for professional engineers in mid-career experienced in the engineering and support activities for delivering safe, compliant and reliable projects and operations worldwide. The programme concentrates on the why and how of leadership and judgement in managing the engineering of large and small projects and operational support. Two intensive residential weeks are combined with a virtual learning environment over one year. Assessed assignments between and after the residential weeks provide opportunities for individual reflective learning for each delegate through applying concepts and the lessons of case studies to their experience, current challenges and expected responsibilities. This successful partnership between a major global company and a university rich in research and teaching required a significant dedication of intellectual and leadership effort by all concerned. The rewards for both parties and most importantly for the engineers themselves are extensive.     

化学农药对稻田昆虫群落组成及其动态的影响

本文对不同用药水平处理下的稻田昆虫群落及其动态的变化情况进行了研究。 1、稻田昆虫群落物种丰富度,在时间序列变化中,天敌种类数多于害虫类;在用药处理田,害虫和天敌种类数低于未用药田。经存在度分析,稻田共有27种以上的常见种,其中害虫10种,捕食性天敌昆虫5种,寄生性天敌昆虫6种。稻田蜘蛛6种。 2、优势度在用药处理下均趋降低,但降低水平不一致,害虫类优势度降低值比天敌类降低值高,而在叶面活动的天敌优势度降低明显。     

Global Social Responsibility: Developing a Scale for Senior High School Students in Japan

This research was conducted with the aim of clarifying a concept of “global social responsibility.” A total sample of 395 senior high school students in Japan responded to a pool of items mostly adapted from a scale developed by Starrett (1996) and provided additional data concerning their social experiences. The data were used in the development of a Japanese version of the Global Social Responsibility (GSR) scale. It was found that “global altruism,” “active involvement with society,” and “understanding of interdependence” constituted a construct of global social responsibility. It was also found that females, those who discussed social problems with their family, those who revealed a high awareness of responsibility and those who had multiple experiences of volunteer activities for community service showed high GSR scores. The scale provides both an awareness of the concept and a measure for determining levels of global social responsibility. Counseling professionals are encouraged to consider their roles from a global and social perspective, with the notion of responsibility being seen as central to the concepts of freedom and personal development.     

社区学院对美国教育发展的贡献及启示

社区学院在美国迄今已有百年历史。尤其是二战后的几十年是它发展的黄金时期,对美国教育发展做出了不可磨灭的历史贡献。美国高等教育大众化的实现、教育民主化进程的推进以及终身教育体系的构建都与社区学院的发展密切相关。它对我国高等教育的改革与发展具有一定启示。     

高校在读研究生体育状况的调查分析

通过问卷调查、查阅文献资料、访谈、数理统计等方法对我国24所高校的468名在读研究生的体育知识、锻炼方法、体育态度、体育习惯、体育行为以及体育管理现状等方面情况进行了深入的调查研究．结果表明：大部分研究生的体质有下降趋势；参加体育锻炼的周次数偏低，每次锻炼持续的时间偏短；大部分学生不能科学的进行体育锻炼，良好的体育习惯尚未养成，有必要对其进行有效的控制与引导；研究生体育管理不够健全。不能有效的为研究生组织体育活动；没有最基本的体育课，这些需要引起有关管理部门的高度重视。     

中、美、日学校体育教育的比较分析

从总体上看,美、日的学校体育教育具有以学生发展为中心,充分调动学生的积极性和创造性;重视培养学生的体育兴趣和爱好,充分发挥学生的个性和自主学习的能力等方面的优点。比较而言,我国的学校体育教育存在着体育教学内容设计及教学实践等方面的不足。因此,在体育教学内容上,要将体育知识与体育文化相结合,体育健身与快乐教育相结合;在体育课堂教学上,要充分发挥教师的主导作用,建立新型的师生关系;在教法和学法上要相辅相成,培养学生的创新意识和能力。

主城区社区经济将成为南通城市经济发展的一个新亮点。南通市的腾飞态势与功能定位、未来产业导向与城市建设以及崇川区在全市的领跑态势、良好的政治、经济、人文环境等,为发展主城区社区经济带来了难得的机遇。当前发展主城区社区经济面临的挑战是:应对观念上的模糊、资源上的有限、创新上的不足和改革上的滞后。     

合唱艺术与社区文化品位的建构

社会主义文化建设是一项长期的工作,尤其是城市社区文化建设更是关系到我国普通老百姓及全民族的文化素质的问题。随着我国社会主义经济的不断发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对精神文化生活提出了更高的要求,合唱艺术就是社区文化建设的一个有效载体和展示平台。
