高新技术企业运行发展预警模型研究——以湛江市高新技术企业为例

针对高新技术企业认定后的运行发展监测盲点,分析高新技术企业运行登记指标,利用突变级数法建立高新技术企业运行发展预警模型。并通过预警模型,开展湛江市2015—2017年高新技术企业运行发展预警情况实证分析,并运用灰色预测模型方法对湛江市部分高新技术企业未来运行发展情况进行预测。

Rapid phenotypic evolution with shallow genomic differentiation during early stages of high elevation adaptation in Eurasian Tree Sparrows

Known as the ‘third polar region’, the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau represents one of the harshest highland environments in the world and yet a number of organisms thrive there. Previous studies of birds, animals and humans have focused on well-differentiated populations in later stages of phenotypic divergence. The adaptive processes during the initial phase of highland adaptation remain poorly understood. We studied a human commensal, the Eurasian Tree Sparrow, which has followed human agriculture to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Despite strong phenotypic differentiation at multiple levels, in particular in muscle-related phenotypes, highland and lowland populations show shallow genomic divergence and the colonization event occurred within the past few thousand years. In a one-month acclimation experiment investigating phenotypic plasticity, we exposed adult lowland tree sparrows to a hypoxic environment and did not observe muscle changes. Through population genetic analyses, we identified a signature of polygenic adaptation, whereby shifts in allele frequencies are spread across multiple loci, many of which are associated with muscle-related processes. Our results reveal a case of positive selection in which polygenic adaptation appears to drive rapid phenotypic evolution, shedding light on early stages of adaptive evolution to a novel environment.     

战略性关键矿产资源供给安全研究综述与展望

战略性关键矿产资源事关人类社会持续发展、在关键领域发挥战略性作用。本文从战略性关键矿产资源的界定与遴选、供给风险评价与预警、供给安全体系优化与政策三方面对当前研究进行了综述。主要结论有：①战略性关键矿产资源是满足国防军事需求与实现战略性关键产业良性发展的原材料,是一个国家或地区主权属性的集中体现,需结合国家或地区发展实际动态遴选战略性关键矿种;②战略性关键矿产资源供给风险具有更强的模糊性与不确定性,战略性关键矿产资源供给风险评价模型的建立面临诸多挑战;③通过全球资源优化配置,完善全球治理体系,是战略性关键矿产资源供给安全体系优化与政策选择的重要方向。从多学科交叉研究供给安全的形成机理,由大数据驱动与全球供给链跟踪明确供给风险评价要素,基于外部冲击因素和内部产业因素结合的视角完善战略性关键矿产资源供给安全政策是未来战略性关键矿产供给安全研究的重要方向。

本研究通过对多重压力叠加下的"后疫情"时期大学生就业特点进行分析,梳理"后疫情"时期支持大学生就业的政策,在政府、企业、地方高校和个体层面提出河北省地方高校大学生就业成效提升对策,为提特殊时期政策制定提供一个新的研究视角,为有效缓解大学生就业难的问题提供参考。

1953年粮食危机与统购统销政策的出台

统购统销政策的出台,与1953年粮食危机的出现、过渡时期总路线的贯彻有密切的关联。此前,中国粮食供需的总体形势虽有所缓和,但并没有根本好转。为解决大规模工业化建设对粮食的需求以及稳定物价的需要,中央政府不得不谋求新的控制粮食资源的办法。粮食危机的出现,为统购统销政策的出台提供了一个重要时机。另外,在酝酿采取统购统销政策时,中央政府一开始就把它纳入到过渡时期总路线中去,以便对城乡传统生产关系进行改造。     

‘He is the Vagabond that Hath No Habitation in the Lord’: The Representation of Quakerism as Vagrancy in Interregnum England,c. 1650–1660

This article examines the printed representation, and prosecutorial characterisation, of the movements, actions and motivations of early Quakers as vagrant. It argues that the prevalence and power of representing (and subsequently treating) early Quakers as vagrants is an understudied aspect of the social and cultural history of the Society of Friends, particularly in Interregnum England. As evidence, it interrogates a furious pamphlet debate between mid-century religious writers and preachers, who devoted much time and ink to painting Quakers as mendacious vagabonds, and Quaker ‘First Publishers’, who responded at length and in a striking way to these accusations. The article concludes that these images of Quakerism as a form of ‘spiritual vagrancy’ created historically significant echoes in English and Atlantic culture.
