高校教师学术创业对科研产出的影响——基于倾向值匹配的反事实估计

高校教师学术创业对科研产出的影响一直是国内外争论的焦点。通过收集我国四所“双一流”大学教师学术创业的数据,运用倾向值匹配法探究高校教师学术创业与科研产出之间的因果关系。研究得出如下结论：高校教师参与学术创业后,科研产出数量不会发生变化,但科研产出质量会有所下降;不同学科教师学术创业对科研产出的影响效应存在异质性,工科类教师学术创业对科研产出数量和质量均无显著影响,而理科类教师学术创业对科研产出质量存在显著的负向影响。基于此,为了减少冲突,实现“研创”共生,建议建立“支撑保障”与“边界限制”并行的学术创业管理体制,并根据不同学科的特点进行分类管理。     

涉农高职院校现代农业创业教育的实践探索——以温州科技职业学院为例

温州科技职业学院紧扣现代农业创业人才培养目标,改革教育机制,构建"训、研、创、产"一体化的创业人才培养体系,实施以"导师—项目—团队"为核心的"师导生创、师创生学、师生企协创"的创业人才培养路径,成效显著。在总结温州科技职业学院创业教育经验的基础上,提出了培养现代农业创业人才的三点策略建议:充分利用农科专业特点,培养现代农业创业人才;科研创新与创业教育互相促进,构筑创业实践体系;乡村振兴战略与创业人才培养相互支撑,促进地方农业产业经济发展。

文章在剖析社会创新的内涵及特征的基础上,分析了社会创新对技术创新的影响机制以及二者协同发展的途径。研究表明,社会创新往往是技术创新的前提、伴随情况或结果,技术创新则为社会创新的实现提供了手段与工具。建设创新型国家的关键在于实现技术创新与社会创新的互动与协同．而社会企业及企业社会创新是推进”社会创新一技术创新”协同发展的重要形式。     

When do incumbents learn from entrepreneurial ventures?: Corporate venture capital and investing firm innovation rates

In this paper, we focus on the potential innovative benefits to corporate venture capital (CVC), i.e. equity investments in entrepreneurial ventures by incumbent firms. We propose that corporate venture capital programs may be instrumental in harvesting innovations from entrepreneurial ventures and thus an important part of a firm's overall innovation strategy. We hypothesize that these programs are especially effective in weak intellectual property (IP) regimes and when the firm has sufficient absorptive capacity. We analyze a large panel of public firms over a 20-year period and find that increases in corporate venture capital investments are associated with subsequent increases in firm patenting.

在对长三角地区136家企业战略人力资源管理、公司创业和组织绩效等变量数据调研的基础上,应用结构方程模型研究表明:企业战略人力资源管理实践对公司创业战略的设计和执行有着显著的促进作用,公司创业对组织绩效也有着积极的影响.这个结论表明,企业应当实施适当的SHRM实践在公司内部营造创新氛围、激励雇员承担更多的风险和实施积极"主动"的市场、研发等战略,促进公司内部创业战略的设计和执行,构建企业长期竞争优势.     

The social as the heart of social innovation and social entrepreneurship: An emerging area or an old crossroads?

This paper aims to contribute to the conceptual debate on the connection between social innovation and social entrepreneurship, considering the role of the ‘social’ within this connection. Supported by a systematic literature review (SLR) with an in-depth analysis of 34 articles from Scopus-indexed and Web of Science databases journals, this paper identifies, analyzes and describes the difficulties and opportunities in the social innovation and social entrepreneurship literature. Little is known about the link between both concepts and the influence of the ‘social’ in their development and implementation. This SLR was conducted to identify and describe definitions and patterns. Results show that the connection between social innovation and social entrepreneurship is in its take-off phase, but it still is a fragmented field with a huge lack of consensus. Thus, it will be important to see where the field will head, as this paper aims to be a first step in the understanding of social innovation and social entrepreneurship through a collective and integrated perspective, providing an elucidation of the different perspectives of the literature.
