论教育研究中的问题与视角

确立教育问题是教育研究的出发点。教育问题的确立主要有两个问题域：一是教育者或研究者在教育实践中的体认,二是教育者或研究者对教育理论的质疑和批判。在确立教育问题后需要把问题上升为课题的高度,根据需要采取灵活多变的研究视角,最后经过研究过程得出正确的结论。     

关于强化社会综合治税问题的分析与思考

与其说经济决定税收,不如说税源决定税收。对税源的有效控管程度决定了税收的实现程度,税收的实现程度也决定了税收职能的实现程度。面对纳税人＂经营多元化、收支隐蔽化、分配多样化、核算利益化、偷税骗税智能化＂等新情况、新特点以及纳税人数量的大幅增长,仅靠税务机关的力量显然不够,需要以政府为领导的社会综合治税。本文立足于江西,在分析社会综合治税的必要性、可行性基础上,指出了目前社会综合治税工作存在的问题,有针对性地提出了加大宣传力度、加快制度建设、健全工作机制、提高信息化应用水平等应对措施。     

数字图书馆区域性问题研究

论述区域数字图书馆建设应注意三个问题：资源建设的区域性,资源应该体现本区域的文化、经济特色,符合本区域产业信息需求,防止资源同质化和简单罗列或相加;资源服务的区域性,应协调本区域内不同行业、系统的数据库资源建设,提高区域内信息资源保障率,增强区域服务的指向性;政策主导的区域性,政府是地方整体利益的代表和相对独立的行为主体,政府层面的支持和认可是实现区域共同利益最大化的基础和保障。     

Anabolic–androgenic steroid use and correlates in Norwegian adolescents

This paper surveys the prevalence and correlates of anabolic androgenic steroids (AAS) use among Norwegian adolescents, and examines the degree to which sports participation is a mediating or moderating factor to well-known correlations between AAS use and problem behaviour. The data come from the “Ungdata” study, a cross-national youth survey system offered to all municipalities in Norway (response rate: 74%, N?=?77,572). The study demonstrates a lifetime prevalence of AAS use of 1.27% and a higher prevalence among boys (1.81%) than girls (0.76%). The analyses show that AAS use is clearly related to problem behaviour such as violence and other substance use. When controlling for problem behaviour, there are no correlations between AAS use and exercising in a sports club or on one’s own, whilst there is a weak positive correlation between AAS use and exercising in a gym or engaging in other forms of physical exercise such as dancing or martial arts. These patterns are more or less the same for boys and for girls. We conclude that adolescent AAS use is a low-prevalence phenomenon that primarily takes place in smaller subgroups of individuals who engage in other forms of problem behaviour as well.     

An example of the use of dynamic mathematics software to create problem-solving environments that serve multiple purposes

Problem-solving is regarded as a major component of mathematical performance, and well-designed problem-solving-based learning environments have the potential to assist students in developing a meaningful understanding of mathematical concepts and procedures. In this respect, given its various features, dynamic mathematics software has been regarded by mathematics educators as a promising tool for designing such environments. This study presents an example of the use of technology to create a dynamic learning environment through a discussion of the pedagogical value of a problem selected for an activity, followed by the implementation sequence of the problem-solving activity in the classroom. The students’ experiences during the implementation of the activity are also discussed; and finally, an additional version of the problem is recommended for use in the classroom.     

“一带一路”背景下边境贫困县人才引进的探讨——以乌什县为例

在"一带一路"背景下,以新疆阿克苏地区边境贫困县乌什为例,探讨"人才引进"存在的问题及建议,并发现乌什县在人才引进方面存在如下几个问题,人才总量不足、结构不优;人才流失现象严重;人才队伍整体素质偏低;人才引进机制不健全。通过"一带一路"倡议下乌什县的人才需求和国家对新疆边境贫困地区的政策相结合分析得出,边境贫困县必须构建科学、合理和符合当地实际的人才引进服务管理机制。最后,根据"一带一路"经济社会发展实际需求,提出了加强边境贫困县人才引进的建议。     

我国体育明星广告的现状与问题

采用文献资料、逻辑分析及综合归纳等研究方法,运用广告传播学、市场营销学的相关原理,分析我国体育明星广告的现状,重点探讨我国体育明星广告存在的问题,为新时期我国体育明星广告的发展提供理论依据。     

高等数学教学中数学思想方法作用的强化

数学思想方法在数学学习中起着重要作用．但在高等数学教学中,数学思想方法没有引起足够的重视从强化数学思想方法在数学问题解决中的作用、运用数学思想方法形成学生良好的认知结构、将数学思想方法作为鉴赏数学美的重要途径、重视类比法以外的其他思想方法的运用四个方面论述如何强化数学思想方法的作用．     

一维装箱问题的交叉算法分析

2004年孙春玲等研究了一维装箱问题,给出了一个近似程度最好的近似值为3/2的近似算法-交叉算法.遗憾的是他们的交叉算法的近似值分析是错误的,本文通过两个反例说明了他们的错误所在,并给出一个正确的近似值分析.
