The principles of building the information-analytical system of a teaching and research situation center

The requirements for a situation center in the analytical services of administrative management are formulated; their functions and types of support are considered using the example of the Russian Academy of State Service attached to the President of the Russian Federation.     

Organisational communication and its relationships with job satisfaction and organisational commitment of primary school staff in Western Australia

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationships between aspects of organisational communication and dimensions of job satisfaction and general organisational commitment. Participants were 358 staff members from 35 government primary schools in the state of Western Australia, who completed a survey comprising the Organisational Communication in Primary Schools Questionnaire, the Teacher Job Satisfaction Questionnaire and a five item general organisational commitment scale. Factor analyses established 13 aspects of job satisfaction and 9 dimensions of job satisfaction. Multiple regression analyses were used to investigate interrelationships. The findings suggest several aspects of organisational communication were related to job satisfaction and organisational commitment. This article concludes with implications for future research with regard to communication and for the maintenance of optimal levels of job satisfaction and commitment in schools.     

The case for natality in pastoral care and why it matters

The author presents the concept of natality for consideration in terms of pastoral care and educational purpose. The discussion identifies significant threats to the future for pastoral care in schools, including the Global Educational Reform Movement and the increasing emphasis on teachers taking charge of discipline in the classroom, at the expense of relational and emotional engagement. The author proposes options for professional development and improvements in school culture with natality as a recurrent reference point in a holistic view of education.     

珠三角城市群内部职能专业化水平测度与分析

对珠三角城市群内部职能专业化水平进行测算,并与产业结构专业化和长三角地区职能专业化水平进行比较。结果显示,珠三角地区产业结构保持基本稳定,但职能专业化水平呈不断上升的趋势,特别是在实施珠江三角洲地区改革发展规划纲要和产业转移政策以来,职能专业化水平上升更为明显,并已高于长三角地区。但职能专业化水平与国际发达地区相比还存在一定差距。     

组织支持认知与领导—成员交换对员工回报的影响实证研究

根据组织支持认知(Perce ived O rgan izational Support)和领导—成员交换(LeaderM ember Exchange)的研究,员工既与组织也与主管建立了社会交换关系。在借鉴国内外的相关理论的基础上,通过100对主管和员工的问卷调查验证了企业员工的组织支持认知对他们的任务绩效、组织公民行为和组织承诺有正向的影响;而企业员工的领导—成员交换认知对他们的组织公民行为有正向的影响。     

基于社会交换理论的新生代员工工作承诺影响机制研究

构建新生代员工的工作承诺模型并着重讨论各维度之间的影响关系。基于多组织268份研究样本,使用结构方程模型进行实证研究发现,工作承诺各维度间影响以工作伦理和目标承诺为驱动力,以工作卷入和职业承诺为中间变量,最终影响主管承诺和组织承诺。研究揭示出新生代员工工作承诺的复杂性和结构性特征与承诺之间的相互影响关系,对人力资源管理实践有重要的借鉴作用。
