完善食品安全监管 增强政府公信力

食品安全危机损害了公众的身心健康,造成社会的恐慌,影响到社会和谐安定。食品安全事件泛滥凸显政府在食品安全监管中的漏洞与无力,损害政府的形象,更危及到政府的公信力。文章从政府监管的角度,基于当前政府公信力在食品安全危机中面临严峻的挑战,分析了政府公信力为什么下降并提出提升政府公信力的几个着力点。

Hedonic and utilitarian value: the role of shared responsibility in higher education services

While on-campus student housing availability has been shown to improve retention, the interdependence between students and providers in creating the value of campus living has not been explored. This paper, therefore, draws on theories from marketing and education to investigate the role of shared responsibility in educational service outcomes (perceived utilitarian value, perceived hedonic value, satisfaction, and positive word-of-mouth) in the context of university housing. Analysis using a general linear model shows that all dependent variables increase as students’ sense of shared responsibility increases. These results contribute to the literature by introducing the notion of shared responsibility to the examination of student housing value perceptions. After implications for various stakeholders are discussed, recommendations for future research are given.

Multimodal social semiotic analysis of Delhi rape conviction news in 2013 in CNN IBN website*

Performative acts of reading in websites are defined by interactivity which constitutes a site of action and signs in cyberspace. The interactive potential in websites is further augmented through multimodal representations of content. Multimodality hinges on synaesthetic combinations of multiple modes such as orality, writing, visuality and sound. This paper seeks to examine the multimodal representations of discourses surrounding the news of death sentence awarded to four convicts involved in Delhi gang rape and murder of Nirbhaya in CNN IBN news website. Furthermore, it adopts an approach to locate affective forces that characterise the multimodal text concerning the macro-theme of the news through mediated discourses of affect.

近年来,我国各种食品安全事件频发,凸显了我国食品安全监管方面存在的严重问题。本文以完善食品安全法律体系为视角,在介绍我国食品安全法律体系现状的基础上,分析了我国现行法律体系存在的缺陷,通过借鉴主要发达国家经验,结合我国的具体国情,提出了整合现有法律法规、完善现有监管模式、强化惩罚力度及建立食品安全监管问责制度等完善我国食品安全法律体系的建议。

功能翻译理论认为翻译目的决定翻译过程,源文只是形成译文的众多因素中的一种,该理论对口译教学的启发在于,口译教学应该摒弃依赖教科书的传统教学方法,转而在课堂上模拟出各种口译情景,为形成译文提供除文本以外的其他积极因素。实践证明,这种情景口译教学模式是行之有效的。
