物理是初中阶段的重要课程,也是学生对世界进行基本科学认知的引导课程.在学生系统学习了近两年的物理后,学校和教师应对学生进行物理核心素养评价和学业质量检测.在物理核心素质评价与学业质量检测中,只有从物理观念、科学探究、科学思维、科学态度与责任入手,才能让评价与检测全面、丰富和多元.

A case of vitamin B12 deficiency neurological syndrome in a young adult due to late-onset cobalamin C (CblC) deficiency: a diagnostic challenge

Vitamin B12 deficiency can present with neurologic and psychiatric symptoms without macrocytic anaemia. We describe a case of late-onset cobalamin C deficiency which typically presents with normal serum vitamin B12 concentrations, posing an additional diagnostic challenge. A 23-year-old woman with decreased muscle strength and hallucinations was diagnosed with ‘catatonic depression’ and admitted to a residential mental health facility. She was referred to our hospital for further investigation 3 months later. Heteroanamnesis revealed that the symptoms had been evolving progressively over several months. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the brain showed diffuse symmetrical white matter lesions in both hemispheres. Routine laboratory tests including vitamin B12 and folic acid were normal except for a slight normocytic, normochromic anaemia. Over the next 6 weeks her symptoms deteriorated, and she became unresponsive to stimuli. A new MRI scan showed progression of the white matter lesions. The neurologist requested plasma homocysteine (Hcys) which was more than 8 times the upper limit of normal. Further testing revealed increased methylmalonic acid and the patient was diagnosed with adult-onset cobalamin C deficiency. This case illustrates that Hcys and/or methylmalonic acid should be determined in patients presenting with neuropsychiatric symptoms suggestive of vitamin B12 deficiency with a normal serum vitamin B12 to rule out a late-onset cobalamin C deficiency.

应用社会网络分析的方法,对某体校田径专项的15人小班进行了整体社会网的测量,并描述和分析了班级的情感网络和工作网络。在此基础上,尝试对班级作为初级群体还是社会组织的争论进行分析,并得出了班级更倾向于是社会组织的结论。     

衡水湖微生物菌群分布的研究

研究了衡水湖水体4个水平采样点(深水区、芦苇区、香蒲区、荷花区)的主要理化指标与微生物菌群的丰度及分布,研究结果表明,深水区的水质量最好,其次是芦苇区、香蒲区和荷花区.同时讨论了水体微生物与TN和TP等生态因子之间的关系,以及水体污染物的来源及其保护治理的措施.     

论地方突发社会安全事件治理的问题与对策

突发社会安全事件频发已经成为近年来地方治理工作的一个重要特点。在社会转型的背景下,由于体制机制的制约,社会安全事件治理工作还存在较多问题,应当进一步完善突发社会安全事件的治理机制,更加注重社会风险的防控工作,为地方的科学发展提供更好的制度环境。     

网络群体性事件与政府应对策略

网络群体性事件是网络时代政府面临的一场新的危机与挑战。网络群体性事件作为群体性事件的特殊形态,因其具有信息传播迅速、虚实相互作用、事发难以预料等特质,如果政府应对失策不仅会使其在短时间内影响数百万群众心目中党和政府的形象,而且可能发展为现实中的群体性事件。因此,搭建网络沟通平台、树立网络话语权威、推进政治体制改革、建立公民自律意识是应对网络群体性事件的策略之选。     

我国男子高水平三级跳远运动员专项力量训练安排研究

摘要：男子三级跳远是我国参加奥运会田径比赛的潜优势项目,专项力量是影响三级跳远比赛成绩和技术水平提升的关键因素,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地调查等研究方法,分析研究我国最优秀的6名男子三级跳远运动员专项力量训练安排。结论：1）我国男子高水平三级跳远运动员的力量训练内容、方法手段、计划与负荷基本符合世界潮流,但训练中缺少单腿支撑进行的蹲、拉、提、举等练习,不够贴近专项需要;2）专项力量训练器材与世界发达国家相比科技化含量不高;3）专项力量负荷调整控制主要依赖教练员经验与身体素质指标推算。     

Kinship,Camaraderie and Contestation: Fāṭimid Relations with the Ashrāf in the Fourth/Tenth Century.

The founding of the Fā?imid caliphate across the southern Mediterranean, and then in Egypt, Syria and the ?ijāz at the turn of the fourth/tenth century, necessitated its negotiation with the ashrāf, those who claimed lineal descent from the Prophet Mu?ammad, and who by this time had gained significant influence as a social class based on their charismatic descent. While other dynastic powers fostered relationships with various members of the ashrāf, the Fā?imid–ashrāf dynamics were distinctive in that the Fā?imids legitimised their rule as Ismā?īlī Shī?ī imām-caliphs, based on their claim of descent from the Prophet Mu?ammad, and as the sole successors to his authority and leadership over the Islamic world. Consequently, Fā?imid–ashrāf relations were permeated by fraternal camaraderie as well as by competing contestations based on their shared claim to Prophetic lineage.     

中国成年人广播体操发展走向及成套动作编排特征研究

运用文献资料法和录像分析法对自 1951 年以来我国颁布的9套成年人广播体操进行统计分析,结果表明:(1)成年人广播体操遵循了系列化、层次化、大众化的创编原则,成套动作的结构符合人体生理心理规律,注重普及性和实效性;(2)成年人广播体操成套动作结构总体上呈单一逐渐过度到复杂再到简单的变化趋势;(3)成年人广播体操的动作姿势有19种类型,其空间特征呈现立体化、多样化和方位化,强调人体大关节参与运动,重视上下肢、头颈、躯干各关节之间的相互协调;(4)成年人广播体操中肩带肌群参与运动的频数明显高于其他主要肌群,上肢肌肉群的负荷偏大.
