Validating Student Score Inferences With Person‐Fit Statistic and Verbal Reports: A Person‐Fit Study for Cognitive Diagnostic Assessment

The goal of this study was to investigate the usefulness of person‐fit analysis in validating student score inferences in a cognitive diagnostic assessment. In this study, a two‐stage procedure was used to evaluate person fit for a diagnostic test in the domain of statistical hypothesis testing. In the first stage, the person‐fit statistic, the hierarchy consistency index (HCI; Cui, 2007 ; Cui & Leighton, 2009 ), was used to identify the misfitting student item‐score vectors. In the second stage, students’ verbal reports were collected to provide additional information about students’ response processes so as to reveal the actual causes of misfits. This two‐stage procedure helped to identify the misfits of item‐score vectors to the cognitive model used in the design and analysis of the diagnostic test, and to discover the reasons of misfits so that students’ problem‐solving strategies were better understood and their performances were interpreted in a more meaningful way.

新形势下高职院校班主任的角色重塑

班主任是高职院校教师的重要组成部分,是学校从事德育工作,开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。随着2014年《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》的颁布,职业教育受到了越来越多的重视与支持,在职业教育改革日新月异的形势下,班主任的工作角色呈现了多重性、多元化发展的趋势。本文结合自身的班主任工作,对新形势下高职班主任的角色延展做了综述：班主任应该是集教育者、管理者、引路人、服务者、参谋者和学者于一身的多重身份。     

科技服务业个人-工作动态契合与企业创新绩效的关系研究

基于需要-满足理论与社会认知理论,针对科技服务业企业,从供给-需求契合,要求-能力契合,自我概念-工作契合三个方面研究个人-工作动态契合与企业创新绩效的关系。将心理授权作为部分中介变量,验证发现,个人-工作动态契合与企业创新绩效之间存在正向影响,供给-需求契合与心理授权之间不存在显著正向关系,要求-能力契合,自我概念-工作契合与心理授权之间存在显著正向关系。     

组织吸引力的影响因素元分析：基于过去25年研究的回顾

本文在对过去25年组织吸引力相关研究回顾的基础上,采用元分析的方法从工作的功能性特征、象征性特征,以及P-J匹配、P-O匹配等方面梳理和验证了组织吸引力的主要影响因素,探索和检验了上述因素与组织吸引力之间关系的潜在调节变量。元分析结果表明：功能性特征与组织吸引力显著相关,其中晋升机会(r=0.343)、薪资(r=0.327)与组织吸引力的相关性最高;象征性特征中,除强壮外,其他工作特征与组织吸引力均显著相关;P-O匹配(r=0.455)和P-J匹配(r=0.366)与组织吸引力之间的相关性较强;性别的调节作用显著,而研究对象和年龄的调节作用均不显著。研究还探讨了组织吸引力的未来研究方向及管理应用。

通过对江苏省盐城市社会体育指导员的年龄、知识层次、专业结构及指导全民健身活动等方面的全面调查，对社会体育指导员队伍培养与建设提出相应对策。     

Towards Automated Record Keeping, Interfaces for the Capture of Records of Business Processes

In June 1996, the National Archives of Canada issued its Guideline on the Management of Electronic Records in the Electronic Work Environment to all Canadian federal government institutions. Part of the Guideline contained a vision of automated record keeping in which records would be captured automatically based on the incorporation of record keeping rules in the design of automated work processes. As an illustration of this concept, the National Archives developed a demonstration prototype based on a project management work process situated within one of the operational activities of the department. This paper provides an overview of the prototype and an outline of both the lessons learned and the outstanding questions that have emerged concerning the feasibility of building an electronic work environment reflecting automated record keeping.
