基于相位差校正法的加Blackman-harris窗FFT算法与实现

相位差校正法是连续两次加窗截断时域信号并进行两次FFT变换,然后利用其对应离散谱线的相位差校正出谱峰处的准确频率和相位的新校正方法,通过利用插值fft算法的窗谱函数公式还可以校正其幅值,用以解决离散频谱分析中由于不能做到同步采样带来的较大误差。由于加Blackman-harris窗函数的频谱泄漏影响小、计算精度高,所以本文采用加Blackman-harris窗截断。     

‘You should collaborate,children’: a study of teachers’ design and facilitation of children’s collaboration around touchscreens

Touchscreens are being integrated into classrooms to support collaborative learning, yet little empirical evidence has been presented regarding how children collaborate using touchscreens in classrooms. In particular, minimal research has been directed towards how teachers can design for and guide children’s touchscreen-based collaboration. Concurrently, the Programme for International Student Assessment and other international organisations have highlighted collaboration and ICT skills as crucial competencies for mastery in the twenty-first century. Accordingly, this article presents three narrative cases from a touchscreen project in Denmark, where 41 second-grade children and three teachers from two classrooms participated. The cases are based on ethnographic field data and 150 hours of video footage of natural occurring interaction in classroom settings. The ethnographic field data and video footage are examined using a collaboration model and embodied interaction analysis. Each case presents features of the subtle processes of children’s collaboration around touchscreens and teachers’ role in designing and guiding such collaboration. Thus, this article illustrates teachers’ and children’s situated processes of integrating touchscreens for collaborative activities in their classrooms.

Spatializing a global education phenomenon: private tutoring and mobility theory in Cambodia

ABSTRACT

Along with the dramatic expansion of private tutoring around the world, a significant body of literature has been produced to understand this phenomenon. While many studies consider the issue of geographic location, the spatial dimension tends not to be a central focus of private tutoring studies. In contrast, the present essay applies mobility theory to research from Cambodia, where private tutoring is essential to student success. It does so in order to place private tutoring provision into a broader perspective that includes but moves beyond the economic dimensions of supply and demand and the sociological dimensions of economic, cultural, and social capital to include consideration of how private tutoring provision is constrained by a multidimensional spatial field of possibilities and how private tutoring participation is enabled by one’s position and abilities in relation to that field. The paper argues for increased attention to ‘spatial capital’ in studies of private tutoring and education generally.     

基于二维象限分析法的大学排名影响研究

大学排名自产生以来一直以来备受诟病,备受争议的背后实质上反映出社会公众在对待大学排名方面所体现出的一元、片面的认识,并没有进行充分且辩证的思考。实际上大学排名无论是对社会还是高校的发展,都能够产生一定的积极作用。文章采用二维象限分析法,建构新的研究模型,将大学排名的影响进行详细的整理与归类,归纳出大学排名对两大主体:大学与社会所带来的积极、消极作用,如大学排名能够促进大学管理制度的改革与完善、大学排名对于不同群体的学生选择大学就读具有差异性等。因此,使用二维象限分析法对大学排名的影响进行逐一的分析,有利于从大学与社会的角度打破社会公众对大学排名原有的刻板印象,从而全面地认识大学排名的影响。     

"双一流"高校博士生"申请—考核制"制度设计与实践特征

以2019年东、中、西和东北部地区14所双一流高校的293份博士生招生简章作为研究样本,从申请条件、选拔方式、选拔标准、考核评分、保障机制和信息咨询六个方面构建指标观测体系。结果显示,总体上博士生"申请-考核制"表现为申请条件偏重综合能力考察,但存在考生出身限制;选拔方式偏重主观选拔方式,客观选拔方式相对弱化;选拔和评分标准模糊,招生自由裁量权过大;保障机制不健全,招生透明度有待提高。从地区来看,东部地区重门槛轻考核;中部地区重考核轻门槛;西部地区重门槛和考核轻保障;东北部地区重考核和保障轻处罚公开。基于此,研究提出了进一步优化完善我国博士生"申请-考核制"的基本思路。     

“三全育人”视域下实境学习评价指标体系的构建研究

“三全育人”理念围绕立德树人的根本任务,倡导全员育人、全方位育人、全过程育人的教育理念,实现了教育资源的多元整合。立足于全员育人的教育理念,在校企合作的实境学习中,切实发挥企业在育人工作中的积极作用。以高职院校市场营销专业为例,通过企业对实境学习成果的重要性评估,运用探索性因子分析法,构建高职学生实境学习的评价指标体系,推进实境德育评价工作,以期提升实境学习的有效性,打造校企育人共同体,推进产教深度融合。
