精密电主轴结构设计及测控技术发展现状

由于经济和环境因素,现阶段对高速、高精度、高效机床的需求越来越迫切,电主轴作为数控机床的关键功能部件,国内外学者在电主轴结构设计及测控技术方面做了大量的研究,取得了较好的研究成果。主要从国内外电主轴的结构创新、优化设计提高电主轴综合性能及电主轴的测量技术进行介绍,从中了解电主轴的研究现状,为我国电主轴设计人员及学者提供参考。     

Assessing postgraduate student perceptions and measures of learning in a peer review feedback process

Peer review feedback, developed to assist students with increasing the quality of group reports and developing peer review skills, was added to a master’s level Climate Change Policy and Planning unit. A pre- and post-survey was conducted to determine whether students found the process a valuable learning opportunity: 87% of students responding to the post-review survey indicated they saw benefit in both developing and receiving peer review feedback. Peer review design minimising the potential for plagiarism resulted in low levels of student concern surrounding plagiarism. Marks allocated by students were valid (consistent with the lecturer) and were generally reliable; however, distribution of marks had a higher variance where group report quality was low. Training on completing the peer review template could result in more reliable feedback. Consistent with the literature, the feedback developed during the peer review process focused on style and presentation preferentially to content. Seven out of eight group reports improved between report submissions, with all groups responding to peer review feedback. Peer review feedback and changes made to group reports indicated students had limited capacity to judge the quality of referencing and critical analysis.     

企业新计量信息流转模型和新自动计量模型设计与实施的应用研究

文章讨论了基于信息化数据通讯流转原理和现场自动控制理论,研究了冶金制造企业大宗原燃料、成品、半成品和产品新计量信息流转模型和新自动计量模型设计与实施的现代信息流转和自动称量达到自动、稳定、正确、可靠、合理、可追溯的问题,通过在本钢集团公司ERP、EMS系统配套运行和现场轧钢线计量称重实施等线上操作的手段来实现应用研究。解决了企业新计量信息流转模型和新自动计量模型设计与实施的问题,达到了计量信息系统的提出"数出一门,量出一家"和"网络化自动运行"要求,为冶金制造行业解决此类问题提供了新的思路和方法,具有极大的推广和应用价值。     

The effect of adaptivity on the reliability coefficient in adaptive comparative judgement

Comparative Judgement (CJ) is an increasingly widely investigated method in assessment for creating a scale, for example of the quality of essays. One area that has attracted attention in CJ studies is the optimisation of the selection of pairs of objects for judgement. One approach is known as adaptive comparative judgement (ACJ). It has been claimed in the literature that ACJ produces very high reliability, often higher than can be obtained by conventional marking. Bramley showed by simulation that adaptivity can substantially inflate the apparent reliability in ACJ. The empirical study described here compared an adaptive with a non-adaptive CJ study using GCSE English essays. An all-play-all set of comparisons of a subset of the essays allowed the extent of scale inflation to be quantified: the reported adaptive reliability was 0.97 whereas the deflated value was 0.84. The value from the non-adaptive study was 0.72. However, the scale from the non-adaptive study correlated slightly higher with external variables, suggesting the non-adaptive study was no less valid than the adaptive one.

对高校学生评教信度和效度的反思

由于高校教学管理观念上存在误区、学生评教制度设计不合理、学生评教组织过程不严密、评价主体参与不足、评价结果处理不当、学生评教未能形成经常化、制度化等原因,被广泛应用的学生评价教师教学质量(简称学生评教)在实践中没有发挥应有的作用。需要从以下几方面加强建设:正确认识学生评教工作,建立科学的学生评教制度,正确处理学生评教的结果,关注学生评教制度带来的道德风险,以提高学生评教的信度和效度。     

Impact of Anatomy Boot Camp on Students in a Medical Gross Anatomy Course

Lincoln Memorial University‐DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (LMU‐DCOM) offers an optional three‐week summer Anatomy Boot Camp course (ABC) to facilitate students' transition into medical school and promote retention of anatomy subject matter. The pre‐matriculation program is a supplemental instruction course that utilizes a small group learning format. Boot camp instruction is led by teaching assistants and two anatomy professors. Enrollees gain early exposure to Medical Gross Anatomy (MGA) course subject matter, which is taught in the fall semester, and learn study skills necessary to excel in medical school. No grade is assigned for the course, therefore participants can study without the fear of potentially affecting grades. This study evaluates the effectiveness of the LMU‐DCOM ABC course using data from four consecutive summers. Independent two‐sample t‐tests were used to compare ABC to non‐ABC students for the following variables: incoming grade point average (GPA) and Medical College Admission Test® (MCAT®) scores, MGA written and laboratory practical examination grades, and final MGA course grade. Additionally, a 26‐question survey was administered to 2012–2014 boot camp participants. There were no significant differences in incoming GPA and MCAT scores. However, boot campers scored significantly higher on the first two lecture and laboratory examinations (P < 0.05) for each year of the study. Thereafter scores varied less, suggesting a faster head start for boot camp participants. Mean MGA final grade was on average 3% higher for the boot camp cohort. 对大学外语考试的思考

在高校外语教学中,四、六级外语统考已经成为大学生必须参加的一种考试。因为有了四级证,学生就业机会就会增大。但外语测试中存在着相当多的问题,如试题题型单一,猜测性较大,导致应试教学的产生,不能调动学生学习的自主性和积极性,也不能有效地考查出学生的实际水平,因此,我国的大学外语测试亟待改革。     

光电测试技术与系统教学改革实践

针对本科生专业必修课光电测试技术与系统教学中存在理论与实践脱离的问题,从教学方法、教学内容、开放式实验、考核方式等方面进行了教学改革尝试,该课程将理论讲授与科研实践结合起来,取得了较好的教学效果。
