Where to Give Birth

In this column, the editor of The Journal of Perinatal Education discusses choices mothers make when deciding on where to give birth. The editor also describes the contents of this issue, which offer a broad range of resources, research, and inspiration for childbirth educators in their efforts to promote, support, and protect natural, safe, and healthy birth.     

一种微型天然气氧化重整制氢反应器的研发及性能测试

基于质子交换膜燃料电池的天然气微型热电联产系统的核心单元是重整制氢反应器．设计研发了一种集蒸汽发生和天然气水蒸汽氧化重整于一体的制氢反应器,实验测试了典型工况下反应器的性能,以及操作条件（水碳比、空碳比、空速）对反应器性能的影响．在典型操作条件下,反应器平均床层温度为630℃,反应器出口合成气的物质的量组成为H。40．61％、N。37．63％、CO5．56％、CH43．62％、C0212．58％,甲烷的转化率为92．56％,反应器能量利用效率88．3％．实验表明这种制氢反应器可用干微型天蚨气执由群声桑缔

Conversing on ethics,morality and education

In philosophical use, ‘ethics’ and ‘moral philosophy’ are more closely synonymous—one deriving from Greek, ethikē and the other from Latin moralis. In typical social science paradigms, there generally prevails a consensual sense of contemporary everyday use of ethics, except where earlier usage sustains discourse in terms of morals—as with moral psychology. This article takes a recent publication in this journal by Patrick Welch to propose a ‘conversation’ between theoretic and empirical approaches to ethics and morals. This is illustrated using works by Joseph Ratzinger to suggest a natural law approach that brings together premises and empirics in ethical and moral discourse and action. This kind of integration helps the discovery and owning of truth that is ‘not of one’s own making’. Such a synthetic approach is especially relevant to raising student identity with ethical/moral issues and in assisting their building of psychological structures and processes that support education in ethical/moral reasoning and action.

汉朝刺史之职设立之时存在着刺史秩位与职权之间不平衡的矛盾.两汉时期,自然灾害频繁发生,严重影响了人们的生产生活,也影响了刺史职权的变化.为治理自然灾害,刺史逐渐更多地参与具体的地方性政务,刺史的职权随之扩张到地方行政、司法等领域.自然灾害在一定程度上增强了刺史职权扩张的可能性向现实性的转变.刺史职权扩张不一定有利于治理自然灾害.

本文旨在探讨崇尚自然派艺术的审美情趣,着眼于“真”与“美”的概念剖析,以崇尚自然派艺术实践和理论为依据,从文学史和美学史的角度,审视崇尚自然派求真求美的艺术情趣以及自然、平淡的优美风格.崇尚自然派认为自然本身就是最好的艺术,在以自然物为描写对象的艺术创作中做到景象真切,情感真挚自然.崇尚自然派标榜自然、平淡的优美风格,认为真正引起美感的东西就在于斯,这是自然派区别于其他流派最鲜明的标志.     

魏晋人物品藻与山水审美的发生

审美主体的确立,实际上是人的觉醒,中国文学史将魏晋文学称之为＂文学的自觉＂,究其根源,乃是人性的自觉、理性的自觉和人的审美主体性的自觉在文学中的自然反映。人要进行对自然山水的欣赏,必须要构建出一个具有审美情怀的主体性的人,只有这样,山水审美才得以可能。人物品藻影响了魏晋自然审美的风格,而从另一方面来看,对自然山水的审美的过程,同时也是对魏晋人自身的气度风韵重塑的过程,人物品藻和自然山水审美的相互作用中,实现了人与自然的和谐,以审美的方式来体道、悟道、证道,这正是魏晋风度之所以让人迷恋之所在。     

从自然法的角度出发——探讨法律与道德之间的必然联系

法律与道德之间的关系可谓前千丝万缕,纵观古今中外,对于道德与法律之间关系的讨论可谓形形色色。本文中,笔者试图绕过法律与道德之间联系的种类,从自然法的角度出发,探讨法律与道德之间存在必然联系的原因。

Views From the Field: Conservation Educators’ and Practitioners’ Perceptions of Education as a Strategy for Achieving Conservation Outcomes

This article presents data from a mixed-methods study that collected data through surveys (n = 656), interviews (n = 15), and discussion groups (n = 75) to explore the use of social strategies such as education and outreach by non-governmental organizations and government agencies to reach outcomes related to biodiversity conservation and resource management. We examine and juxtapose perceptions of conservation practitioners with those of conservation educators regarding the efficacy of education to reach conservation or resource management goals. We explore how to facilitate integration among policy, science, and education efforts, and we suggest theoretical augmentations for conceptions of education and social strategies within conservation organizations.
