建构主义认知灵活性理论的教学实践——小学语文教师职前教育实践探微

作为教育界的一种新的认识论和学习理论,建构主义对传统的教学观念提出了尖锐的批评,对学习和教学作出了新的解释。认知灵活性理论是建构主义的一支,它反对传统教学机械地对知识做预先限定,让学生被动地接受;同时也反对极端建构主义只强调学习中的非结构的一方面,忽视概念的重要性。它主张,一方面要提供建构理解所需的基础．同时又要留给学生广阔的建构的空间,让他们针对具体情境采用适当的策略。本文主要阐述建构主义的认知灵活性理论在高等师范教育专业课《小学语文教学论》教学中的作用及实施策略。     

论马克思恩格斯的国际交往原则

弱小国家遭受的剥削与奴役以及欧洲列强之间的秘密外交和背信弃义促使马克思恩格斯扬起正义之剑．对不公平的国际秩序加以批判,并提出了一系列国际交往原则：民族独立;未来新社会的国际原则是和平;“努力做到使私人关系问必须遵守的那种简单的道德和正义准则,成为各民族之间的关系中的至高无上的准则”;各国无产阶级要加强国际合作。马克思恩格斯的上述思想并未过时,尤其在冷战结束后大国强权政治有所抬头的今天．其国际交往原则思想更具有重要的指导意义。     

微信研究回顾与展望

总结了微信在信息传播中的研究现状,分析当前微信研究中所存在的问题,探讨未来研究的方向。通过分析中外文献发现微信的研究主要有理论、技术和应用3个方面。微信自身功能属性是研究的基础,在传播上的特性是研究的重点,利用相关技术移植或创建新应用到微信是研究的目的。微信研究目前的范围和深度有限,未来的研究应重视人性化和实用性。     

Towards all-author co-citation analysis

The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA): the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting: on the one hand, the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work’s authors, and on the other hand, a simplified approach to all-author co-citation counting that takes into account the first five authors of a cited work. Results indicate that the picture produced through this simplified all-author co-citation counting contains author groups that are more coherent, and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed. Variations of counting more than first authors are compared.

信息交流在网络环境下有着不同的背景和特点。本文着重分析了互联网这种新媒介下信息交流的全新模式及其负面影响，指出应加快信息立法，以保护信息交流的知识产权并规范信息管理。     

我国新闻传播学期刊在WoS数据库被引的计量分析

【目的】 探讨我国新闻传播学期刊的国际影响力,为我国新闻传播学的研究以及相关期刊的评价提供一定的参考。 【方法】 运用文献计量学方法, 对11种CSSCI新闻传播学期刊2006年至2015年期间被Web of Science数据库引用的164篇论文进行了计量分析。 【结果】 我国新闻传播学刊物整体而言在国际上缺乏影响力。我国具有国际影响力的新闻传播学学者还为数不多。十年来,我国新闻传播学研究在国际上的“能见度”变化不大。 【结论】 我国的新闻传播学研究水平不高,国际影响力不大。     

激光广播式通信中光束能量均匀化的实用研究

在激光水下通信中,点对点通信在实际应用上存在实时定位困难、易受环境（水体、湍流）干扰等问题,因此本论文提出使用将激光光束进行扩束来实现广播式通信,并进一步提出将激光器发出的高斯光束在广播通信范围内实现能量分布均匀化的方法.     

运行中的GSM移动通信系统无线调优的探讨

用数学优化思想对运行中的GSM移动通信系统覆盖进行一个整体调优，通过建立数学模型描述其优化问题，并用目标更动法给出一优化算法解决工程调优中全局优化不周的缺陷.
