中国高校女教师队伍发展的现状分析

This paper examines the changing status of women faculty through an analysis of statistics on China’s universities from 1994 to 2004. This paper first presents the trend of a drastic increase in women faculty members in recent years. Further details on the academic ranks of women faculty, their age and highest degrees obtained are also presented. A comparison of female representation in faculty ranks is made between China and a few selected countries. Lastly, this paper attempts to account for the low percentage of female professors in higher education. Recommendations for the professional development for women faculty are made in the end.      

液固两相槽道流中柱状粒子取向的数值研究

对柱状粒子在槽道流场内的运动进行数值模拟，然后用统计方法得出大量柱状粒子的取向分布；给出了粒子长径比、粒子密度和流场区域对粒子取向分布的影响．计算结果表明，柱状粒子长径比的变化对粒子取向分布的影响不明显，粒子密度对粒子取向分布有一定影响，而流场区域所造成的流场横向速度梯度对粒子取向分布有重要影响．随着流场横向速度梯度增大，粒子取向趋势愈加明显，且当流场横向速度梯度增大到一定程度时，粒子取向都趋向于流动方向．文中部分结果与相关实验进行了比较，两者定性吻合较好。     

Robust parameterisation of ages of references in published research

The purpose of this research is to illustrate the use of the gamma distribution to model the ages of references in published research, and to demonstrate that the two gamma distribution parameters characterise a field of research in a manner that is complementary to and more nuanced than the Price Index or mean age of references.Minimum Distance Estimation is shown to produce robust estimates of the gamma distribution parameters because of the insensitivity of the Kolmogorov–Smirnov test in the tails of the distribution.Using a sample of 816 articles from 26 different journals across six subject areas, it is shown that the gamma distribution is at least as good as a lognormal distribution to model the ages of references in research articles.The two gamma distribution parameters indicate the rate of publication of new knowledge within the respective discipline and the citing behaviour in terms of the recency of references. Interpretation of these gamma distribution parameters enables a more nuanced and granular interpretation of the distinctiveness of disciplines, sub-disciplines, formats of publication and the distribution of references within articles than possible using the Price Index, half-life or mean age of references.     

试论清朝隆化封建土地形成与权属的争夺

清朝土地制度是封建土地所有制。土地形成分为国有和私有两种,一种是满州贵族官员跑马圈占土地,一种是平民百姓开发土地。圈地攫取土地资源是游牧民族掠夺财富的继续。土地形成以后,争夺土地的斗争一直没有间断过。尽管清政府多次禁止民人典买旗地,并用公款4次回赎,但已无济于事,到光绪朝,旗地一统天下国有制度已到了无可挽回的崩溃边缘,经过几百年惨淡经营的八旗庄田终致解体,大量旗地变成了民田。从清朝建国到中华民国37年（1948年）,纵观300年的历史,隆化封建土地经历了集中——分散——再集中——再分散的发展演变阶段。     

关于高师美术教育的思考

高师美术教育是高等师范教育的组成部分,和其他人文学科相此,它具有师范性、人丈性、艺木个性、创新性的鲜明学科特色。高等麦术教育的发展进步,除培养学生的美木技能外,还要传播美术文艺：培养学生的审美能力、实践能力。重视激发学生的创新思维,要将美术教育从纯技能学习层面提高到美术文化学习层面。     

关于高师中文教材改革与中学语文教育对接的思考

教材是体现高师教育理念的重要载体,教材质量的高低,直接影响人才培养的质量。当前高师中文教材存在着不符合培养创新型人才的种种问题,因此,必须进行有效的对策研究,改革和完善高师中文教材,以促进与中学语文教育的对接。     

高师英语专业语音水平测试体系探析

文章从当前高师院校英语语音教学及语音测试问题的思考入手,指出传统以60分为及格线的语音测试的不足,并结合语音测试的相关理论和高师院校英语教育专业的培养目标,探讨了＂英语语音水平测试体系＂对语音教学的正面反拨效应,重点分析了对我校英语专业2009级200名学生不同时期语音测试成绩的跟踪实验结果,初步证实了该套体系的实用性和可行性。     

HSK口部动词研究及启示

口部动词是动词的特殊小类,也是对外汉语集合式词汇教学的一个重要集合。通过对《汉语水平考试词汇与汉字等级大纲》中口部动词的研究发现：口部动词可分为四类,且义项丰富,多义口部动词义项泛化的基本形式为：＂口部动作义→一般口部动作义→引申义或比喻义＂;口部动词的使用频度与大纲的设计基本一致。根据这一研究结果,对外汉语口部动词的教学可以遵循区分频度原则、分别释义原则和汉外对比原则以提高教学效果,并可以针对不同级别的学生确定不同的教学设计思路。     

环状光束辐照下光学薄膜基底温度场有限元分析

基于热传导方程,利用有限元分析方法,利用MSC.Marc有限元软件建立了激光辐照下光学薄膜基底温度场的三维模型,研究了光学薄膜基底在环状光束辐照下的温度场分布,并进行了分析.     

一种分布式水情计算机控制系统的设计

给出了一种组成分布式水情计算机控制系统的网络结构,介绍了现场测控单元的结构、功能设置以及通信实现,软件设计方法。系统经试用,运行效果良好。
