中国科技期刊出版伦理建设现状调研及发展建议

调研了国内科技期刊的出版伦理建设现状,包括期刊出版伦理声明、期刊制定的与作者/同行评审/编辑相关的伦理规范、期刊对学术不端行为处理的规定及流程.我国科技期刊出版伦理建设正处于成长阶段,对标国际出版伦理规范和最佳实践,建议参考国际通用出版伦理声明设置,细化对作者署名及责任,科研数据、图像采集/处理/使用的期刊政策,科学合理地制定重复出版等期刊出版伦理政策,落实利益冲突声明政策.     

论规范性文件写作中的章条式结构体例

章条式结构体例具有名称统一，表述规范，便于引用和查找的特点，是规范性文件写作的基本结构形式。章条式结构体例按表达功能可分为宏观中观，微观三个层次，其中条具有核心地位，章条式结构体例在规范性文件中的具体表述形式应当符合以下原则：便于阅读解和查找引用；准确体现结构体现的表达功能及其层次关系，统一，规范，稳定。     

技术伦理、利益伦理与责任伦理——工程伦理的三个基本维度

技术伦理、利益伦理和责任伦理是工程伦理研究的三个基本维度。其中,技术伦理即工程技术活动本身的伦理问题,集中关注工程质量与安全,主要涉及工程师与管理者、技术标准、伦理标准与管理标准之间的关系;利益伦理也是工程活动的基本伦理问题之一,其基本要求是有效协调工程活动中各方面的利益关系、实现效益与公平的统一;责任伦理则是工程伦理的灵魂和内核,主体及限度是工程责任伦理首先关注的问题。     

管理伦理,不仅是社会责任

管理伦理在西方已经备受理论界和企业界的重视 ,但在国内尚未引起各方的关注。本文着重探讨了管理伦理在企业管理中的积极作用 ,指出企业在管理活动中重视伦理问题并不仅是企业的社会责任 ,也是企业自身管理的需要 ,并且有助于提高全社会信用水平 ,提高全社会经济运作效率和效益。     

网络表达中的怨恨——基于舍勒现象学的分析

网络表达正与转型期社会层出不穷的非常态事件一起＂互动＂,构成更为复杂的社会生态。以大学生为主体的网民,往往成为怨恨情绪笼罩的表达主体和表达对象。借助舍勒现象学的分析,得出基本结论：基于怨恨的网络表达,来自于结构性的失衡及由此造成的个体的无能感和无力感。结构性的失衡是外在强加于个体的怨恨的种子,无能感则是个体对抗结构性因素的、并转向怨恨的内发因素。     

The Role of History and Ethics of Anatomy in Medical Education

While time spent on anatomical education in medical school curricula has been diminishing over the last decades, the recognized role of anatomical dissection has expanded. It is perceived by many students and faculty not only as the means of learning the structure and function of the human body, but also as an opportunity for the acquisition of professional competencies such as team work, patient–doctor interaction, medical epistemology, self-awareness, and an understanding of medical ethics. This viewpoint article proposes that this learning process can be supported effectively through studying examples from the history of anatomy, as insights from this history can help illuminate contemporary ethical issues in anatomy and medicine. Anatomical education can thus provide not only the opportunity of gaining awareness of ethical questions, but also a chance to practice these new insights within the protected environment of the laboratories, in interaction with the dead and the living. Consequently, a new role has developed for anatomists, which includes the interweaving of the scholarly exploration of the history and ethics of anatomy with the practical application of research results into a reframed concept of anatomical education. Anatomy, as a foundational discipline in the medical curriculum, can thus provide a first step on the educational path of empathetic and humane medical caregivers.     

论科学发展观的伦理思想

科学发展观是我国经济社会发展的重要指导方针,是中国特色社会主义建设必须坚持的重大战略思想。科学发展观蕴含的伦理哲学思想不仅是对中国古代和西方伦理思想合理内容的高度概括,也是现代自然伦理思想和道德伦理思想的集中反映。     

太湖蓝藻对生态环境的影响及其生态学治理

近年来,蓝藻已成为太湖的常客,每到夏天蓝藻都有不同程度的暴发,2007年的这次蓝藻暴发影响之大是前几次无法相比的,它严重影响了周边人民的日常生活,从而受到党中央国务院的高度重视。蓝藻问题已不是第一次出现,而为何到蓝藻严重影响人们的生活、生产了才引起社会各方的关注？本文将试图从生态伦理的角度探讨蓝藻暴发的深层原因并在生态文明建设过程中寻找出解决这一难题的途径。     

Flourishing Ethics

This essay describes a new ethical theory that has begun to coalesce from the works of several scholars in the international computer ethics community. I call the new theory ‚Flourishing Ethics’ because of its Aristotelian roots, though it also includes ideas suggestive of Taoism and Buddhism. In spite of its roots in ancient ethical theories, Flourishing Ethics is informed and grounded by recent scientific insights into the nature of living things, human nature and the fundamental nature of the universe – ideas from today’s information theory, astrophysics and genetics. Flourishing Ethics can be divided conveniently into two parts. The first part, which I call ‚Human-Centered FE,’ is focused exclusively upon human beings – their actions, values and characters. The second part, which I call ‚General FE,’ applies to every physical entity in the universe, including humans. Rather than replacing traditional ‚great ethical theories,’ Flourishing Ethics is likely to deepen and broaden our understanding of them.
