CoCl_2掺杂聚苯胺修饰电极测定水中的溶解氧   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
制备了可溶性聚苯胺掺杂CoCl2修饰玻碳电极,并用循环伏安法测定水中的溶解氧.研究表明:阴极峰电流ipc与水中的溶解氧浓度具有良好的线性关系.将测定结果与碘量法相比较,误差<±3%.另外该法操作简便、快速,所用电极性能稳定,为化学修饰电极用于分析水中溶解氧提供了一种新的途径.  相似文献

To investigate effects of Zn on Cd uptake by spring wheat (Triticum aestivum, L.) in solution culture, long-time hydroponic experiment (1 month) (Experiment 1) and short-time Cd isotope (109Cd) tracing experiment (24 h) (Experiment 2) were conducted. In Experiment 1, spring wheat (cv. Brookton) was grown in nutrient solution at uniform cadmium concentration of 20μ mol/L and 10 zinc concentrations (0, 1, 5, 10, 20, 100, 200, 500, 1000, 2000 μ mol/L). In Experiment 2, spring wheat seedlings,pre-cultivated in complete nutrient solution, were treated with 109Cd of uniform activity and the same series of Zn concentrations as those in Experiment 1 for 24 h. Cd concentrations in shoots and roots in Experiment 1 increased marginally but not consistently with Zn increasing at Zn rates of 1~200 μmol/L, and then decreased significantly at high rates (>200 μ mol/L). In Experiment 2, the response of 109Cd activities in shoots and roots to increasing Zn was greatly similar to the response of Cd concentrations to Zn increasing in Experiment 1. The results of the two experiments indicated that the short-time and long-time exposure of spring wheat to Zn had similar effects on Cd accumulation.  相似文献

目的:了解登楼梯能量消耗状况以及探讨能耗测量和计算方法.方法:30名受试者登12层楼(每级台阶高度16 cm,共204级台阶,垂直距离32.6 m),每位受试者以90步/min和100步/min的步频上下两次楼梯.在登楼梯过程中,通过便携式肺功能仪(德国CORTEX MgtaMax 3B)测量受试者的摄氧量、通气量、能耗、心率、呼吸商、氧脉搏等指标.结果:上下楼梯的能量消耗比是2.7;1;在一定步频范围内,随着步频的提高,能耗相应增加,两者呈线性关系.以90~100步/min上下楼梯可以代表日常登楼速度;以90~100步/min登12层楼的运动时间不到3 min,多数受试者的能耗、心率等生理指标经过快速上升期后进入稳定状态;登楼梯的能耗值有明显的年龄和性别差异,20岁组男性显著高于50岁组男性和20岁组女性;利用多项式回归建立的登楼梯能耗预测方程,能够准确反映日常爬不同楼层的能量消耗值.  相似文献

Unstable angina is a critical condition of heart resulting from narrowing of vessels supplying blood to heart. Ischemia of the myocardium leads to oxidative stress and severe tissue damage. The objective of the present study was to determine the effect of l-arginine administration on the oxidant–antioxidant homeostasis which otherwise gets imbalanced in patients with cardiovascular diseases. The results obtained, show improvement in the oxidant–antioxidant levels of the subjects upon incorporation of l-arginine. Our findings suggest that supplementation of l-arginine along with regular anti-anginal therapy may be beneficial to the patients of unstable angina.  相似文献

This study aimed to examine the reliability of different power and velocity variables during the Smith machine bench press (BP) and bench press throw (BPT) exercises. Twenty-two healthy men conducted four testing sessions after a preliminary BP one-repetition maximum (1RM) test. In a counterbalanced order, participants performed two sessions of BP in one week and two sessions of BPT in another week. Mean propulsive power, peak power, mean propulsive velocity, and peak velocity at each tenth percentile (20–70% of 1RM) were recorded by a linear transducer. The within-participants coefficient of variation (CV) was higher for the load–power relationship compared to the load–velocity relationship in both the BP (5.3% vs. 4.1%; CV ratio = 1.29) and BPT (4.7% vs. 3.4%; CV ratio = 1.38). Mean propulsive variables showed lower reliability than peak variables in both the BP (5.4% vs. 4.0%, CV ratio = 1.35) and BPT (4.8% vs. 3.3%, CV ratio = 1.45). All variables were deemed reliable, with the peak velocity demonstrating the lowest within-participants CV. Based upon these findings, the peak velocity should be chosen for the accurate assessment of BP and BPT performance.  相似文献

Whilst previous research has highlighted significant relationships between golfers’ clubhead velocity (CHV) and their vertical jump height and maximum strength, these field-based protocols were unable to measure the actual vertical ground reaction force (vGRF) variables that may correlate to performance. The aim of this study was to investigate relationships between isometric mid-thigh pull (IMTP), countermovement jump (CMJ), squat jump (SJ) and drop jump (DJ) vGRF variables and CHV in highly skilled golfers. Twenty-seven male category 1 golfers performed IMTP, CMJ, SJ and DJ on a dual force platform. The vertical jumps were used to measure positive impulse during different stretch-shortening cycle velocities, with the IMTP assessing peak force (PF) and rate of force development (RFD). Clubhead velocity was measured using a TrackMan launch monitor at a golf driving range. Pearsons correlation coefficient analyses revealed significant relationships between peak CHV and CMJ positive impulse (r = 0.788, < 0.001), SJ positive impulse (r = 0.692; < 0.001), DJ positive impulse (r = 0.561, < 0.01), PF (r = 0.482, < 0.01), RFD from 0–150 ms (r = 0.343, < 0.05) and RFD from 0–200 ms (r = 0.398, < 0.05). The findings from this investigation indicate strong relationships between vertical ground reaction force variables and clubhead velocity.  相似文献
