采用基于压电陶瓷应力波的方法对套筒灌浆的密实性进行缺陷检测。通过有限元方法模拟灌浆套筒构件在健康与不同缺陷工况下的响应信号,在此基础上采用小波包变换定义了缺陷检测指标小波包能量。数值算例研究结果表明:小波包能量指标能够有效地识别灌浆套筒内部灌浆料的密实性,并且随着灌浆缺陷的增大指标值逐渐增大。 相似文献

A novel cement matrix smart piezoelectric composite and its application as sensing element are presented. A cement matrix smart piezoelectric composite piece encapsulated in a cement mortar formed a practical sensor, and it was tested on material test system with cyclic loading. According to the theoretical analysis, the function of the cement matrix piezoelectric sensor output voltage was expressed in terms of the magnitude of the input cyclic loading amplitude and frequency. The curve fitting of gain function that is defined as sensor‘s gain factor under different frequencies of input loading was carried out. From the results of curve fitting, it is found that the cement matrix smart piezoelectric composite has a simple relationship between input loading and output voltage. Therefore the cement matrix piezoelectric composite sensor is suitable to be applied in structural health monitoring. 相似文献

In this study, Fabrikant (1989, 1991)'s new results in potential theory were used to obtain the exact and complete solution
for the problem of a penny-shaped crack in an infinite transversely isotropic piezoelectric body subjected to antisymmetric
point loads (point charges and normal point forces); then the complete solution for the problem of one-sided loading of a
penny-shaped crack was obtained by the superposition of the symmetric loading solution in Chen and Shioya (1999) and the antisymmetric
one presented here; and then the reciprocity theorem of piezoelectric media was used to deal with the problem of interaction
between arbitrarily located point forces and a point charge with a penny-shaped crack and obtained the exact expressions of
the crack faces' normal displacement in terms of elementary functions and some non-singular integrals; and finally obtained
the normal displacement of the positive and negative faces of the crack under many loading cases as shown in figures for an
infinite PZT-4 piezoelectric ceramic body weakened by a penny-shaped crack.
