高职院校学校体育政策执行情况分析

学校体育政策在高职院校执行过程中存在缺损,这是由于教育政策的执行主体在认识上有偏差,体育政策执行的条件和环境还需改善,体育政策本身有待完善。高职院校要落实好学校体育政策必须提高认识,完善政策执行条件和环境,加强监督与评估。     

Giving up technology and social media: why university lecturers stop using technology in teaching

University lecturers use a wide range of technologies when teaching and there has been much research into how particular technologies are adopted. However, there are also many technologies that, despite early promise, are no longer being used in university teaching and have been abandoned by institutions or individuals. This article presents the results of a qualitative investigation into why university lecturers stop using technology. It used detailed episodic narrative interviews to explore the experiences of lecturers using technology in their teaching at three UK universities. While the data provides examples of technologies that were discarded as they became outdated and were replaced by new devices, this was not the only reason that technologies are rejected. The data also demonstrated that even relatively up-to-date or innovative technologies or practices (e.g. the use of Facebook) may be abandoned. The article discusses the participants’ experiences of ceasing to use technology and demonstrates the importance of context in decisions about using technology and social media in teaching. The article argues that studies of technology adoption should be accompanied by research that revisits the sites of these studies to consider how the implementation of technology continues over time and how it comes to an end.     

Using the Objective Borderline Method (OBM) to support Board of Examiners’ decisions in a medical programme

Decisions about progress through an academic programme are made by Boards of Examiners, on the basis of students’ course assessments. For most students such pass/fail grading decisions are straightforward. However, for those students whose results are borderline (either at a pass/fail boundary or boundaries between grades) the exercise of some discretion by university staff is required. In the interests of the transparency of the exercise of this discretion and to increase the chances that the ‘right’ decision is made, we tested the validity of the second version of the Objective Borderline Method (OBM2) decision-making tool in a medical programme. Our results suggest that application of OBM2 provides valid data to help university staff make robust decisions about a student’s progression through a programme, and with which to defend these decisions if that should be required.     

浅议我国会计电算化的实施

随着计算机技术的发展，将计算机应用于会计领域已在我国得到了推广、普及，但在我国会计电算化的实施过程中还存在许多问题，本文就如何加强会计电算化的措施进行了讨论。     

Disparity in practice: diverse strategies among teachers implementing interactive whiteboards into teaching practice in two Swedish primary schools

This paper reports on a project aimed at identifying and exploring the development and implementation processes of teaching practices with interactive whiteboards (IWBs) in two Swedish K-6 schools. The purpose of the project was to generate results and insights of value when preparing student teachers for professional use of IWBs and to give school leaders guidelines when implementing IWBs. A range of methods were used to collect rich and varied empirical materials in this exploratory project. Judging from our data, it was obvious that the implementation process of IWBs, just like other information and communication technology initiatives, is very technology-oriented, but also dependent on attitudes. Over the course of time in the project, different strategies emerged among the teachers regarding whether and how they used the IWBs in their lectures. It also became increasingly clear during the study that there is a distinction between technical interactivity and pedagogical interactivity. Our results further suggest that training is needed when introducing these boards for future users. This training should include both technical instructions and pedagogical discussions.     

国家助学贷款可持续发展的政策分析——基于政策体系与实践模式层面

国家助学贷款政策是解决家庭经济困难学生上学难、促进实现教育公平战略目标的重要措施。本文从政策和实践两个层面探讨国家助学贷款的可持续问题。文章梳理了国家助学贷款政策的体系、类型,比较了不同类型政策的制度安排;以政策实践的行动者和行为角色为变量,归纳了市场化经营和行政主导两种政策实践模式,并从行为意愿和管理能力两方面剖析实践模式的优势与潜在问题;最后,分析、讨论了国家助学贷款发展趋势,指出政策层面和实践层面的潜在冲突,并进一步提出了改进国家助学贷款政策的方向和建议。     

实验室文化创新机理研究

实验室文化创新既是实验室文化自身发展的本质诉求,也是实验室进一步发展的内在要求。从理念文化创新、制度文化创新和显性文化创新三个方面构建了实验室文化创新模型,并提出从实验室价值观、实验室使命、实验室制度文化、实验室行为文化和实验室物质文化五个方面实施实验室文化,有助于推动我国实验室的进一步发展。     

‘They do it anyway’: a study of Primary 1 teachers' perceptions of children's transition into primary education

Almost all 3‐ and 4‐year‐olds in Scotland now experience some form of pre‐school provision prior to school entry. Given such high rates of participation, the impact of pre‐school experiences on children's readiness for primary school has become an important issue for those involved in the early stages of compulsory schooling. Teachers in early years classes need to be aware of the experiences and achievements of individual children in their pre‐school setting to enable each child to transfer into mainstream education with the least amount of disruption to their learning. This study was carried out in one small Scottish local authority and explored the perceptions of early years teachers, from a diverse range of primary schools, of what information is important for them as children start school. This article presents the perspectives of Primary 1 teachers on children's readiness for schooling. It reports the factors, which these teachers identified as having an impact on successful transition from the pre‐school setting into the primary school.     

课程实施的策略与模式

课程实施是决定课程改革成败的关键环节，课程实施策略与模式对课程实施意义重大。本文分析了钦与本恩，麦克尼尔等人提出的课程实施策略类型，并选择了两种典型的课程实施模式－－研究－开发－推广模式与兰德变革模式，进行了深入探讨，考虑到各自的优势和局限，以及新一轮基础教育课程改革的实际情况，我们有必要采取富有弹性的课程实施策略模式。     

合作学习在英语写作教学中的运用

写作是一门综合性的技巧，是一种社会活动。小组讨论在写作教学中显得非常重要．而合作学习就是这种小组讨论教学方式的最佳表现形式。将合作学习引入写作教学有助于提高学生的思维和写作能力，也使教师的业务素质得到提高，但也存在不少问题。本文就合作学习在写作教学中的具体运用及其实施效果进行了探讨。
