企业知识管理战略研究综述

在对1997-2004年国内外部分核心期刊上发表的知识管理战略研究论文及代表性的知识管理战略著作进行系统检索和分析研究的基础上,对国内外有关知识管理战略的理论基础、内涵、基本流派、管理过程等理论研究现状和知识管理战略在不同企业与行业中的应用研究现状进行综述;结合知识管理战略未来的研究热点,指出我国知识管理战略研究目前存在的问题。     

中、美大学网站规模的对比研究*

网站规模是决定网站信息资源丰裕度和用户信息检索效率的重要因素，网站的字节数、总文件数、页面文件数和总链接数是目前用于衡量网站规模最重要的指标。本研究以美国101所著名商学院和医学院的网站，以及国内7所知名财经院校的网站为研究对象，通过对中、美网站以及美国商学院与医学院网站的比较分析，不仅明确了中、美网站在规模上的差异，更重要的是为大学网站建设和评价提出了具有重要价值的参考数据。     

Benefits to Collection Development Librarians from Collaborating with “Community-Embedded” Librarians-In-Training

The 21st century collection manager encounters serious challenges in collection development (e.g., budget shortages, lack of skilled personnel, lower agency prioritization, and reduced available staff time). This article explores a practical, low-cost solution to these challenges that prevent collection developers from regularly creating/managing adequately balanced collections. It discusses the role of 93 “community-embedded” librarians-in-training to develop contextually situated collections in a graduate course taught seven times in an information sciences program in a southern land grant university. Findings of collection management activity tasks completed during the course provide evidence of accrued tangible outcomes/benefits to motivate collection development librarians and their information agencies collaborate with librarians-in-training in future initiatives.     

电子健康网站用户信息披露行为影响因素研究

[目的/意义]旨在确定信息披露行为影响因素,优化电子健康网站生态环境,间接助力"健康中国2030"战略目标的实现。[方法/过程]采用质性研究方法,对访谈资料进行三级编码,抽取影响电子健康网站用户信息披露的17个主范畴及5个核心范畴,并构建电子健康网站用户信息披露行为影响因素模型。[结果/结论]电子健康网站用户信息披露行为主要受到用户感知效用、感知风险、主观规范、服务质量和病情特征影响。其中,感知效用是最重要影响因素,感知风险是次重要影响因素,主观规范是较重要影响因素,服务质量和病情特征是相对不重要影响因素。据此,从政府部门、电子健康网站和用户3个维度,总结相关启示。     

基于DEMATEL模型的我国政府信息资源跨部门共享的关键影响因素研究

[目的/意义] 新时代下,跨部门的信息资源共享已经成为加快政府职能转变,提高政府服务效率和透明度的重要事业。明确目前政府信息资源共享有效实施的关键因素,无论对于政府准确把脉行动方向还是学界聚焦政府信息共享的根源性问题都有着重要的意义。[方法/过程] 通过综合集成法梳理出近年来被学界所关注的8个维度的政府信息资源共享影响因素,通过复杂系统DEMATEL模型,构建政府信息资源共享影响因素的关系矩阵。[结果/结论] 经测算,本研究发现11个影响政府信息资源共享实施的关键因素,这些关键因素主要集中在法规政策与标准维度、体制维度、机制维度和技术维度上。     

Cultivating communities of care: A qualitative investigation of the communication of support among incarcerated women

In 2014, a female-only detention and re-entry facility was restructured to implement new rehabilitative philosophies rooted in strategies to prepare incarcerated women for successful transition into society. A specialized housing unit called incentive-based housing (IBH) was created within this facility to promote an environment of accountability and responsibility. Here, women are expected to be proactive in seeking and achieving successes through programming, all while offering support to one another. In this study, participant observations and interviews were used to understand how 12 incarcerated women living in IBH communicate support. This qualitative study revealed three forms of support being communicated: (a) accountability, (b) validation, and (c) compassion. This study also revealed forms of communication that complicate support, including (a) drama and (b) rivalry. Communication of support is important to consider as we devise new approaches to rehabilitation within America’s criminal justice system.     

Citizen-Centered Journalism and Contested Boundaries

This article explores the existence of a “citizen-centered journalism” that sees citizens as crucial participants in the construction of news and as co-creators of their own worlds. Through qualitative case studies of three news organizations, the article examines the motivation for using a citizen-centered approach, the news routines that are required to do so, the categories of content produced, and the perceived impact of this approach. The results suggest these news organizations are working in partnership with communities and striving to give a voice to historically marginalized communities. The journalists, however, see citizen participation as complementary to professional journalistic routines that favor verifiable information, rather than assigning inherent value to it for its own sake.     

试探"合作学习"在《体育与健康》教学中的运用

《体育与健康》课程标准的出台意味着该课程的全面转型,学习方式的转变是其核心问题之一。本文结合教学实际,揭示了在传统体育课教学中被忽视的合作学习的重要性,从不同角度分析了新课程实施合作学习的条件,并进一步提出了实施合作学习的要点。     

中美基础教育课外体育活动的比较研究

运用文献资料法、访谈法、比较分析法和逻辑法，对中美基础教育课外体育活动的价值取向、政策文件、组织管理、场地设施、运动时间及实施效果进行梳理、分析和比较，从中得出以下启示：要坚持课外体育活动健身育人的价值；学校体育政策要向课外体育活动倾斜，并注重政策的落实；构建课外体育活动的三级体系，促进家校社三方联动；加快社区体育建设，引导体育消费升级；布置体育作业，保证课外运动时间；立足实际问题，让学生从课外体育活动中受益。以邻为镜比较优劣得失，但不能生搬硬套，要从传统体育文化中吸收养分，促进青少年身心健康，促进我国课外体育活动改革与发展。     

非汉文化圈留学生汉字习得的几点探索

在汉语预科教学中,汉语强化教学是最重要的组成部分,而在汉语强化教学中,汉字是亟待突破的一个难题,尤其是针对非汉文化圈国家的留学生,如何帮助这部分学生高效习得汉字对于汉语预科教学具有突破性的意义。针对非汉文化圈国家的留学生所面临的汉字学习难问题,本文将根据已有的教学理论和探索实践,提出几点针对汉字教学模式的改革,帮助留学生尽快度过汉字学习的困难阶段,从而将汉字的学习转化成一种自然的习得。
