中国职业足球联赛理事会构建的反思与重构

在法人治理结构中,理事会居于核心与主导地位,主要负责组织内部的决策与监督职能。我国职业足球联赛理事会刚刚建立不久,理事会内部结构设置不够完善,理事会性质与地位较模糊,理事会的角色与功能难以有效发挥。在我国职业足球联赛治理架构中,理事会是独立于中国足协之外,属于职业足球联盟下属机构性质的理事会。理事会是确定联赛运营方向,制定联赛经营决策的组织机构。     

社会转型与体育功能的重构

正像经济领域以GDP为中心的发展模式,我国体育事业存在着过于追求金牌的发展模式,体育在政治功能和提振民族精神方面发展较充分,而健身功能、经济功能等方面的发展却相对薄弱。竞技体育与群众体育隔离,妨碍中国从体育大国走向体育强国。当下正值中国社会、经济转型时期,中国体育事业也应有相应的转型。

Variable training: effects on velocity and accuracy in the tennis serve

Abstract

Variable practice has been shown to be an effective strategy to improve open motor skills. However, the usefulness of this procedure in closed motor skills remains controversial. The following study has the objective of analysing the effects of variability practice in the improvement of a closed skill. The skill studied has been the tennis serve. Thirty young tennis players (13 ± 1.52 years), divided in two groups, took part in this study. One group practiced in variable conditions and the other group in consistency conditions. Both groups performed 12 training sessions (60 serves/session). The variable practice group improved their accuracy significantly compared with the consistency group (F_3.25 = 3.078; P = 0.035). The velocity of serve increased after training in both groups (F_3.25 = 15.890; P = 0.001). The practice in variable conditions seems to be effective in improving the performance of the tennis serve.     

Theoretical Analysis of Aggressive Golf Putts

Abstract

The present study examined the relationship between students' perceptions of the motivational climate and beliefs about the causes of success, preference for challenging tasks, and satisfaction in physical education. Responses of 50 female and 46 male students (M age = 12.08 years; SD = .72) showed that perceptions of a mastery-oriented motivational climate were related to the belief that motivation or effort caused success and satisfaction. In contrast, perceptions of a performance climate were related to the belief that deception caused success and related negatively to the students' preference for challenging tasks. Results of hierarchical regression analyses revealed that perceptions of the motivational climate explained a significant amount of unique variance in the students' responses after controlling for dispositional goal orientations. The results suggest that the teacher can influence the salience of a mastery-oriented climate and, in so doing, optimize a child's motivation in physical education.     

我国竞技体育发展模式的形成、演变与重构

我国竞技体育发展模式是在不断解决实践中遇到的问题，并依据当时实际需要所做出的应对性选择基础上逐步形成的，在形成的初期，其总体上并没有一个先验的“经验模型”。从某种意义上讲，它的形成、演变是一个不断探索适合我国社会发展实际的选择过程。然而，历史经验告诉我们，体育发展模式只有与社会发展模式保持相对一致性，体育事业才会实现真正的发展。因此，一个适应社会主义市场经济体制的竞技体育发展模式，就不可能局限于现有体制（或模式）的简单修补，必须立足于创建一个既符合我国当前社会实际又与我国社会改革发展方向趋同的竞技体育发展模式。     

在新农村文化建设活动中普及太极拳的必要性与可行性研究

建设社会主义新农村是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务,文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计等研究方法;根据太极拳对身、心的锻炼价值及文化的继承等特征,从新农村贫富差距的根源;农村社会关系及农民的思想波动状况;新农村的生产、生活状况及休闲方式;新型农民应该具有的基本素质需要;农村体育人口现状方面及焦作太极拳普及成功的模式等方面,论证了进一步加大力度普及太极拳在新农村文化建设中的必要性和可行性。     

文本意义结构及跨语重构

为了使源语文本和译语文本间的转换和比较有据可依,采用综合分析法探讨文本意义结构及跨语重构。研究表明,文本意义是一个多维度的立体结构,由作者主体建构系统、语言系统和读者主体建构系统三个维度构成,源语文本和译语文本的意义结构相似度越高,翻译质量越高。文本意义结构模型分析为文本意义的跨语重构提供了新视角。
