PRRSV弱毒疫苗鼻腔接种对母猪子宫黏膜内淋巴细胞的影响

试验研究了猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)弱毒疫苗鼻腔接种对母猪子宫黏膜内淋巴细胞分布的影响.试验选用4月龄长白×大约克夏二元杂交母猪12头.结果表明:鼻腔接种可使猪子宫角、体和颈黏膜上皮内淋巴细胞的数量较对照组增加,差异显著(P＜0.01).经鼻腔接种时,子宫黏膜固有层中多见淋巴细胞聚集成群,并向黏膜腔表面排放.说明PRRSV弱毒疫苗鼻腔接种对母猪子宫黏膜及上皮内淋巴细胞的分布具有显著影响.     

伏立康唑治疗侵袭性肺真菌病12例临床观察

应用伏立康唑治疗的12例侵袭性肺真菌病,观察疗效及不良反应。12例患者中有效8例,其中完全反应5例,部分反应3例。2例出现视力模糊,2例出现转氨酶升高,1例用药时出现轻微的头晕,后自行缓解。结果表明,伏立康唑是治疗侵袭性肺真菌病高效及安全药物。     

镉胁迫对水稻颖果充实和生理活性的影响

通过盆栽试验探讨Cd^2＋胁迫对扬稻6号和粳稻941颖果充实和生理活性的影响,结果表明：Cd^2＋胁迫降低颖果呼吸速率、光合速率以及ATP含量;降低颖壳和果皮叶绿素含量;使颖果灌浆速率减慢,鲜干重增加的速率减缓,灌浆的天数变短,最终成熟颖果干重降低。说明Cd^2＋胁迫降低颖果呼吸活性、能量物质以及其它生理活性,从而降低颖果的代谢活性和发育时间,最终导致贮藏物质的合成和积累量降低。     

Effects of inspiratory muscle training in professional women football players: a randomized sham-controlled trial

This study was conducted to determine the effects of inspiratory muscle training (IMT) on respiratory and peripheral muscles oxygenation during a maximal exercise tolerance test and on repeated-sprint ability (RSA) performance in professional women football players. Eighteen athletes were randomly assigned to one of the following groups: SHAM (n = 8) or IMT (n = 10). After a maximal incremental exercise test, all participants performed (on a different day) a time-to-exhaustion (Tlim) test. Peripheral and respiratory muscles oxygenation by near-infrared spectroscopy, breath-by-breath ventilatory and metabolic variables, and blood lactate concentration were measured. The RSA test was performed on a grass field. After a 6 week intervention, all athletes were reevaluated. Both groups showed increases in inspiratory muscles strength, exercise tolerance and RSA performance, however only the IMT group presented lower deoxyhemoglobin and total hemoglobin blood concentrations on intercostal muscles concomitantly to an increased oxyhemoglobin and total hemoglobin blood concentrations on vastus lateralis muscle during Tlim. In conclusion, these results may indicate the potential role of IMT to attenuate inspiratory muscles metaboreflex and consequently improve oxygen and blood supply to limb muscles during high-intensity exercise, with a potential impact on inspiratory muscle strength, exercise tolerance and sprints performance in professional women football players.     

Self-reported asthma and respiratory symptoms among Italian amateur athletes

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the interactive effects of hardiness (high vs. low hardiness) and anxiety direction (facilitators vs. debilitators) on performers' competitive anxiety intensity responses, self-confidence levels and the frequency and effectiveness of coping usage. Significant interaction effects showed that the high hardiness/facilitators reported the greatest use of planning, active coping and effort strategies during stressful competitive situations and viewed this use as more effective in dealing with these situations than the other groups. Main effects for hardiness on the competitive anxiety response and self-confidence revealed the high hardiness group to have lower levels of worry and somatic anxiety and higher levels of self-confidence than the low hardiness group. These findings have important implications for the development of hardiness-related coping strategies in sport performers.

非蛋白呼吸商是生理学中的一个重要概念，指的是糖的脂肪体内氧化时放出的CO2量与消耗的O2量的比值。对应不同的非蛋白呼吸商，糖和脂肪氧化的百分比不同。本通过定量计算分析表明，糖和脂肪氧化百分比既不是质量百分比，也不是放能百分比，而是耗氧百分比。

Focused Library Instruction for Occupational Therapy,Physical Therapy,and Respiratory Care Students and Faculty: Library Instruction in Allied Health

The integration of librarians into allied health programs presents many exciting opportunities for collaboration. This column will describe how a library instruction program is integrated into the occupational therapy, respiratory care, and physical therapy curricula at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. The allied health faculty have welcomed and recognized the librarians’ expertise in teaching evidence-based practice and library research skills.
