战略人力资源管理研究:一个整合的视角

匹配与柔性是战略人力资源管理研究的两个核心问题,两者对提升组织绩效都至关重要,但以往的研究更多的是将两者分离,单独研究匹配或柔性对组织的重要贡献。随着研究的深入日益表明很有必要将两者整合起来,而且在整个过程中也不能忽视员工这一微观变量的重要性。因此首先在对战略人力资源管理概念进行系统梳理的基础上,提出一个整合匹配、柔性和员工态度与行为的模型,为组织通过战略人力资源管理提升绩效提供理论依据。     

短跑运动员不要忽视柔韧性练习

在基层的业余训练中,特别是在中小学训练中许多教练员的训练手段成人化,再加上目前竞赛制度尚不完善,一些教练员为片面的追求眼前成绩,使得一些少年短跑运动员过早地进行专项训练,在实施过程中只注重运动员的速度、力量、技术等训练,而往往忽视少年短跑运动员柔韧性训练,造成青少年运动员的短跑水平得不到突破性进展,影响青少年运动员将来进一步发展。其实各种素质间是密切联系的,而柔韧性素质又具有桥梁的作用,其好坏影响着其他素质的发展,以及各种素质潜能的充分发挥和利用。     

Physical fitness predicts the academic achievement over one-school year follow-up period in adolescents

The purposes of this study were to examine how fitness at the baseline could predict both academic achievement and academic achievement changes one school year in advance. A total of 194 adolescents (mean age: 14.15 ± 0.97 years old, 112 boys) who attended secondary school participated in our study. Cardiorespiratory fitness was measured with the 20 m endurance shuttle-run test. We also assessed the lower-limbs muscular strength with the standing long jump test and flexibility with the sit-and-reach test. The academic achievement was assessed by school grades. We performed linear regression analyses. Additionally, we examined the relationship between fitness and changes in the academic performance following the same statistical methodology. Cardiorespiratory fitness was positively associated with mathematics one school year in advance (p = 0.025). Cardiorespiratory fitness was also positively associated with changes in Spanish language (p = 0.005), mathematics (p = 0.023), and the grade point average (p = 0.006). Muscular strength was also positively associated with changes in Spanish language (p = 0.040) and mathematics (p = 0.010), while flexibility was associated with changes in Spanish language (p = 0.039) and the grade point average (0.027). Our results suggest that cardiorespiratory fitness was positively associated with academic achievement in adolescents.

Artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled CRM capability in healthcare: The impact on service innovation

Although AI-enabled customer relationship management (CRM) systems have gained momentum in healthcare to enhance performance, there is a striking dearth of knowledge on how such capabilities are formed and affect service innovation. The study adopted a mixed-method approach to investigate the underlying phenomena. This research infused resource-based theory, dynamic capability theory, and theory of productivity paradox to investigate how healthcare in India acquires AI-enabled CRM capabilities and enhances service innovation. We identified the facets of AI-enabled CRM capabilities using a case study and developed a framework for AI-enabled CRM capability and service innovation. This study noticed that customer service flexibility (CSF) is a missing link in this relationship. The findings of the quantitative study employing PLS-SEM reveal the linear relationships between AI-enabled CRM capability, CSF, and service innovation. This study explains the formation of AI-enabled CRM capabilities to fill the research gap and direct innovative performance in healthcare, which is an immediate need to sustain in a volatile environment. This study provides theoretical implications to enhance the research stream and practical implications for decision-makers.     

组织忘记对企业二元创新平衡的影响研究

构建一个有调节的中介模型,分析组织忘记对企业二元创新平衡的影响,以及战略柔性和企业规模在以上关系中所起的中介和调节作用,并通过271份有效的问卷调查数据进行实证检验。运用SPSSPROCESS宏程序(3.3版本)进行回归分析,发现组织忘记对企业二元创新平衡的直接效应和间接效应同时存在,战略柔性的两个维度-资源柔性和协调柔性在二者之间均起到中介作用,企业规模在组织忘记与战略柔性的两个维度间起着调节作用。研究结果不仅为二元创新平衡的研究开辟了新的视角,同时对中国企业提升二元创新平衡具有现实指导意义。     

Stasis in Space! Viewing Definitional Conflicts Surrounding the James Webb Space Telescope Funding Debate

During 2010 and 2011, debate ensued over funding for National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s (NASA) James Webb Space Telescope (JWST). This article uses stasis theory to analyze reports and statements produced by NASA, politicians, and scientists. The analysis reveals that an official report addresses stasis questions and guides further action. Additionally, varying perspectives on the telescope suggest that definitions play a crucial role in technology funding debates. This analysis demonstrates that stasis theory provides a productive tool for analyzing technology policy debates.     

健美操专项柔韧素质训练方法实验比较研究

为了探索高校健美操专修学生柔韧素质发展的有效训练方法,结合健美操项目柔韧素质的特点,采用4种柔韧素质练习方法进行小组对比实验,得出PNF牵拉法是高校健美操运动4种训练方法中发展柔韧素质的最佳方法,其次是动静结合拉伸法,而单纯静力性拉伸法和单纯动力性拉伸法的效果相对较差。     

Project risk management and design flexibility: Analysing a case and conditions of complementarity

We explore how risk management and design flexibility interplay in major (infrastructure) projects, using the £4.2bn Terminal 5 project to expand London's Heathrow airport. By juxtaposing these two conceptual frames, we unearth the conditions under which they can be complements for managing the tension between efficiency and effectiveness central to these projects. Building design flexibility - through modular or safeguarded integral architectures - increases adaptability to accommodate evolving requirements which is necessary to attain effectiveness. Efficiency, in turn, demands risk management to deliver the project ‘on time, within budget’. We explain variation in the interplay between the two approaches, highlighting the moderating role of the developer's relationship with the customer. Strong co-operation, particularly in a stable environment, encourages investments in design flexibility. Risk management practices prevail when co-operation breaks down. Another insight is that co-location and continuity of key project staff are themselves inadequate conditions to sustain co-operation.     

战略柔性对企业创新的影响分析

产品创新对于企业保持竞争优势至关重要,但是企业有时不能从产品创新过程中获取利润。本文主要研究战略柔性对企业产品创新和绩效的影响,目的是揭示一个非常重要的问题:战略柔性是否能帮助企业从产品创新中获利。在实证分析中,我们选取了中国607家企业,揭示了产品创新与企业绩效之间的关系。从而使企业提高竞争能力,最后得出结论与对策。
