文章采用文献资料法、对比分析法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对加强武术赛事人身意外损失风险管理的重要性和必要性进行分析,并对武术赛事举办过程中常见人身意外损失风险进行探讨,在此基础上,运用人身意外损失风险管理理论,结合体育赛事人身以外损失风险管理的特殊性,就如何控制和减少武术赛事中常见的人身意外损失风险,提出相应的对策。

Developing Your Own Simulation for Teaching Social Studies

Many students experience a personally significant loss of some nature during the school year. While some losses may appear trivial to adults, other losses are life-changing, such as the death of a loved one, and, compounded by normative developmental changes and transitions, may negatively impact students’ emotional well-being, behavior, and academic progress. In this article, the author discusses the issue of loss for children and adolescents and reviews possible approaches educators may use to provide support to loss-affected students.

The hearing environment

Glue ear, a condition resulting in intermittent hearing loss in young children, affects about 80% of young children under seven years old. About 60% of children will spend a third of their time unable to hear within normal thresholds. Teachers are unlikely to consider the sound quality in classrooms. In my research young people provided suggestions to help them hear, identifying the benefits of using their insight in improving the hearing environment. This article identifies five aspects from the literature which impact the hearing environment in classrooms. The focus is on practical low‐cost actions that teachers can implement in their classrooms, thus reducing stress levels in students and teachers.     

A Tale of Two Tests (and of Two Examinees)

It is widely accepted dogma that consequential decisions are better made with multiple measures, because using but a single one is thought more likely to be laden with biases and errors that can be better controlled with a wider source of evidence for making judgments. Unfortunately, advocates of using multiple measures too rarely provide detailed directions of exactly how to use them. In this article, we describe one source of problems with multiple measures and lay out a strategy for finding solutions.     

我国职业体育政府职能作用的逻辑起点与实现路径

当前我国职业体育中政府职能问题研究的市场失灵论切入点存在偏颇,应回归市场缺失论的逻辑起点。所谓市场缺失主要指我国职业体育的市场机制不完善,存在市场运行机制缺陷和制度体系缺失,市场未充分发挥其核心作用的转型特殊状态。市场缺失论引导下,要求政府职能发挥其主导作用,并引领我国职业体育的渐进式改革之路。职业体育渐进式改革中的政府职能需遵循先立后破、先退后进、适时机动等规范要求,在健全法规体系的作用下实现。     

留守儿童情感缺失和补偿的个案研究

留守儿童问题自从2004年以来得到广泛关注,解决留守儿童问题的探索进行了很多。本研究选择了河南省信阳市附近某农村的一名教师教导留守儿童的经历,描述了调查研究全过程,分析了留守儿童情感缺失的状况,以阐明留守儿童情感缺失的严重性。最后从教育者的角度出发,分析了教师在留守儿童情感缺失的补偿方面的有效性和可行性,试图探索一种以教师为主导的补偿留守儿童情感缺失的途径,期冀能够对教育者有所启示,对留守儿童有切实帮助。
